341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: December 02, 2021, 03:32:55 PM
long ago the country of El Salvador had intended to adopt bitcoin and applied it widely to the people of the country where they had created several bitcoin ATMs for transactions in that country. It would be great if there were countries that adopted bitcoin publicly and We hope that with the adoption of these developing countries it can increase the price of bitcoin on the global stock market again, the decline in the current bitcoin price
really ? long Ago? lol where did you get that History?  looks like from ancient books  Grin

Yes El Salvador is the very first country that adopt Bitcoin as legal tender ,  but there are many country that considering this also though not implementing as of now.

El Salvador  must be proud of what their country is standing now as Bitcoin country .
Yes, whatever we read usually doesn't necessarily show good results, especially if the news or the basis of the conversation doesn't use good and correct indicators.  It would be nice if he was to link the source of the reference info because it relates to sensitive issues and other things the establishment of the BTC City project was only there first.
342  Economy / Economics / Re: Why are some government officials like saying what they don't understand on: December 02, 2021, 03:15:31 PM
Actually, I'm not surprised if Bank Indonesia said that, while on the other hand the President himself allowed the people to learn Crypto because it was part of the development of the times.  Basically, Bank Indonesia as the central bank really doesn't like the existence of BTC and other coins.  What's more, they consider crypto as a threat and an enemy because it disrupts financial stability in Indonesia.  So that the warning from Bank Indonesia continues to roll on crypto users.
343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 02, 2021, 02:40:12 PM

During tonight's Old Trafford matchup, Manchester United will meet Arsenal in Manchester, England. At present, Manchester United is ranked number 10 in Premier League, while Arsenal is ranked number 5. Man United has an average odds of 1.95, but Arsenal has an average odds of 3.60. However, Rangnick may take a different approach and ones who are playing well will be rewarded, regardless of their status.

Looking at Manchester United's odds with Arsenal that are like that, it seems like luck will be owned by Manchester United rather than Arsenal even though it's not necessarily.  Although after meeting Chelsea they ended in a draw it was nothing to support the next performance.  it remains strategy and hard work that determines it.  I bet on Arsenal for a good result.
344  Economy / Economics / Re: China cracking down innovation on: December 01, 2021, 03:44:26 PM

With a high probability, the Chinese Communist Party decided to change the internal course, and all freedoms will be "curtailed". The Chinese economy is not as stable and powerful as it seems from the outside. The collapse of the construction market, very unexpectedly led to a problem with filling the market with microelectronics, and many other, so far not very noticeable events ... There is still a possible relocation of production sites to other countries. And all this will accumulate, up to a certain critical point, after which an "explosion" will occur ... And a country with a collapsing economy will appear on the globe, and with 1.6 billion population, with a bunch of internal problems and enormous internal tensions ... But that's another story

Actually, at this time we are being shown the real politics of the Chinese government who wants to take full power on the economy.  After many companies are productive in their country and generate significant income to encourage double-digit economic growth, but we must be aware that their government is currently showing their fangs of power as rulers so that the private sector can comply with government regulations.  This is very good politics for communist socialists.  Do not want any private sector to dominate the market and become a capitalist country
345  Economy / Economics / Re: New COVID strain may affect crypto valuation on: December 01, 2021, 03:13:07 PM
I wonder why Bitcoin price was affected by the news. If zoom went up according to your post, why not Bitcoin which would be more useful in times of crisis/uncertainty.
Bitcoin get known through information and bitcoin also been affected by information, i found out that any negative information of bitcoin alway affect the price, "why" because so many people who is cryptocurrency minded do not believe in bitcoin with 100% trust, and any information that comes negatively about bitcoin always brings fear to the market.
It's nothing new since bitcoin leads the crypto market, whatever negative news that will attack bitcoin will certainly leave a negative impact too on the whole crypto market. But that does not mean that bitcoin will stay in dump, it may suffer from price dumps but only temporarily. And with this news all about new covid variant, it will be another threat for bitcoin and with the rest of altcoins. But somehow, i know most of us are expecting that crypto won't be affected that much like we used to see in other types of investments. Who knows we might see new ATH for bitcoin just when this new variant comes out in the market.

Economic conditions that cause the market to stagnate are systemic in nature, if Covid causes economic activity to stop massively, this will have an impact on the market, because the money supply for investment will decrease while money for basic consumption needs will increase.  This is theoretical.  But in fact, all countries have prepared a new adaptation which is often called the new normal.  So I'm sure it won't have much of an impact.
346  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 01, 2021, 02:13:34 PM

With the absence of 4 Liverpool players at the moment for me it will not reduce their performance tonight just more great players for Liverpool and strikers Mane, Salah, Jota are equally sharp up front now for me this is a big threat for Everton.
Rafael Benítez is decreasing in his strategy I don't know if Rafael Benítez can raise a new spirit for Everton because the decline in the EPL is really very drastic and is currently in 14th position if you lose again it is possible to drop the standings again.
Yes, the absence of these 4 players does not have a significant effect if Klopp has set Liverpool's strategy later.  Salah is still a strong bullet that can maneuver to be able to bring Liverpool to win.  Moreover, on a track and record basis, Klopp and Banitez have repeatedly competed against game tactics but Klopp has always won.  I'm sure with Liverpool's experience they can still beat Everton, at least it ends in a draw.
347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 30, 2021, 04:03:18 PM
With that said, I'm not sure Newcastle will stay in the EPL next season, let's see what will happen with Newcastle in the upcoming transfer market.

Am I the only one who thinks this Newcastle and Norwich game will be very boring because they are a team in the relegation zone.  Whoever wins will have no significant effect on the Premier League standings.  In the previous season I thought that newcastle wasn't this bad.  Just look at their poor performance impacting their sustainability in this league..
348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JP Morgan believes Bitcoin is Overpriced on: November 30, 2021, 03:11:00 PM

Some of them turns or looks to be bearish but on the fact they are secretly accumulating behind the curtains which do really sucks big time because even we do say that we shouldnt really take notice of these sentiments but there are noobs or new to this market do really make out such bad impression whenever they do possible read this up thats why we should really make out our own decisions basing on what we are seeing on the market.
We do able to identify out that theres so much potential into this place or thing.SO theres no need to worry honestly.
People who have panicked because of their lack of experience in the crypto market only make rash decisions by selling their assets, while on the other hand, people who understand investing and are already rich with their investment returns take the opportunity and opportunity for panic prices.  What to avoid ya FOMO.  News like this is normal, and I don't think it's fundamental as anyone can assume.

After read this news, I know there is no clear correlation between the content with this thread. But I just wanna share something which is strange, Jack Dorsey has step down from CEO Twitter and this is the same strategy which is chosen by Jeff Bezos. I guess this happens because of his future plan who wanna start a new bussiness in crypto field. I dont surprise if in the future, he realize his plan.

350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if governments make Bitcoin centralized? on: November 29, 2021, 04:07:59 PM
No amount of regulation can make it centralized.
Government can't control the bitcoin network, but they can still control you with regulation. See now, the government has managed to control the majority of bitcoin users by making regulation on KYC compliance on a centralized exchange for all users. Anyone who uses this exchange service then they must comply with the rule. They don't create a centralized bitcoin network like bank, but they can regulate bitcoin users living in their jurisdiction. This happen in most countries and mine is no exception.
But the funny thing is that the regulations they create are only for their own benefit.  For example, if they implement a KYC policy to find out who the user from the address on the exchange is, but on the other hand they forget to set policies such as an integrated complaint service for those who are exposed to scams.  So what is the use of KYC in the public interest?  just bullshit in the end right?
351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 29, 2021, 01:34:13 PM
So I think, Arsenal still has a chance like Man United had against Chelsea and there is even a chance that Arsenal will beat Man United.

The next match when Man United met Arsenal was eagerly awaited by the fans.  Based on the results of the previous match, Arsenal beat Newcastle while Man United ended up drawing with Chelsea, who had been strongly predicted to be defeated by Chelsea.  United's playing strategy yesterday was a little different and then this team will be led by a new coach who will of course also have a new strategy.  Ralf Rangnick has been trusted to lead United to achieve their goals.  However, Arsenal will also certainly maintain the top 5 position.  Both teams will face off with their way and style of play which is much more aggressive than before with their potential players
352  Economy / Economics / Re: 2.5 million US truckers say they'll quit over vaccine mandate on: November 28, 2021, 04:24:15 PM
LaMalfa says that the Biden administration is not helping, but you know who else is not helping? It's precisely guys like LaMalfa that keep emphasizing that vaccination is a personal choice, that nobody can make people vaccinate if they don't want to, instead of actually sharing the science of how vaccines drastically change your odds of surviving covid and encouraging people to consider vaccinating. They're talking about trucks, but in my country the anti-vaccination moods are so high that while there are already some jobs with mandatory vaccinations, doctor is not one of them because apparently many small towns will be left without crucial doctors if it's made mandatory. Nothing is more unsettling than doctors who don't want to get vaccinated. As for the US, I'm sure they'll figure out what to do. They might take a risk and see if it becomes a supply chain problem. They can override the mandate if it becomes the case.

A very interesting case for someone like me to read.  I really appreciate how idealistic people in the US are, and how different it is for people in a developing country like us.  Government regulations that force all workers to be vaccinated are not given the option of their own will.  Even today, vaccines are not due to the need to increase antibodies against the covid virus but as an administrative requirement only.  Flights must be vaccinated, work must be vaccinated, even to watch movies in cinemas must be vaccinated first.
353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 28, 2021, 03:28:24 PM
Manchester  city leads Westham 1-0 at the break of the first half, and as it stands they go a point above Liverpool and are at par with Chelsea who are in action later this evening against Manu in a high stakes match.
As far as City's game goes today, they have had the ball very well.  Although many people think Westham is not an easy opponent for City to beat, but in the first half alone it has shown that City have fought well so far.  This season has been filled with the best teams in the top, Chelsea, City, Liverpool all showing results that match their performance very well.
354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: November 28, 2021, 02:49:12 PM

Is it an exaggeration to say that politicians have always been taking advantage of their elective positions to steal money from their own people and country? What country are you from, can you say that your government is run by honest people?

Also, the IMF is angry because Tether appears to competing vs. the IMF’s monopoly on global financing and lending to countries and governments hehe.

Haha, talking about my country, there are many people who take advantage illegally in the government.  I may be too naive to think that all of this was planned with good intentions, but indeed this project provides a great opportunity for those who intend to do money laundering.  Such is the case in a Swiss bank which strictly maintains the confidentiality of its customers so that it is used as a place to store assets resulting from corruption by officials in my country.  Isn't it like this, there is no chance for Bitcoin to advance?  Should the political stance behind the big Bitcoin project continue to be a constraint?
355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: November 27, 2021, 03:46:13 PM

It is a cooperation and not a condition where who is influencing who. The skeptical me is speculating that Blockstream wants to create this project for profit, president Bukele wants the project because it is another place where he and his friends can use it for money laundering and Tether, Bitfinex, iFinex is the liquidity and shadow banking provider. This is only business.

I see the views of friends regarding this project are becoming increasingly critical, behind the big plan of the president of El Salvador and it has been highlighted even in my country's national media even the media say this action makes the IMF angry, on the other hand you explain the possibility of the reason behind this is the opportunity to facilitate corruption  .  Isn't this an exaggeration?  Or is there any clear evidence?  I thought this would have a positive impact on the market but it didn't.  The forum's response even shows suspicion on him.
356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 27, 2021, 02:14:27 PM
In the match between Arsenal and Newcastle, everyone expected that Arsenal would get an easy victory. I thought so too. But Arsenal could not score even after 45 minutes of play. Arsenal 79% and Newcastle only 21%. Yet Arsenal are unable to score. Newcastle are playing very defensively today. They will be happy if they can draw today's match. Arsenal should attack more now. Otherwise, they will not be able to break Newcastle's defense.

It's normal if in the first half they can't score a goal.  Arsenal have studied their opponent's defensive strategy, but after that we both see how Arsenal scored 2 goals very well.  Newcastel won't be able to last forever against Arsenal's attacks, especially with Arsenal's team working so solidly today.  Control of the ball to accurate passes between teams is enough to help their performance today.
357  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin Is The Best Weapon Society Has Against Inflation & Wealth Inequality on: November 27, 2021, 07:29:03 AM

In Modern Monetary Theory, taxing the people is being used as a mechanism to control the public’s spending behavior, or even behavior in general. The government doesn’t need to tax you to put money in their treasury, they can simply print them.

Economic conditions regulated by the inflation rate is a form of injustice.  Per capita income per year which is an indicator of economic growth is just nonsense, because basically the increased income is accompanied by the inflation rate.  The greater our income, our expenses are in line with it, so how can it be said to grow.  Bitcoin is here to support the capitalist concept but not completely because its dominant value grows at a higher rate than the inflation rate, doesn't BTC answer this.
358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: November 26, 2021, 05:06:35 PM
Actually, Ronaldo is an athlete who is much more feet than any other athlete of his age. And this is also known that he has the least amount of body fat amongst all of the footballers. He has maintained his body really well. So I won't be surprised if he continues the 2024 European cup later. I think he can play for a longer time if he even wants to. Maybe we also might see him in the next world cup after this one, who knows!

Yes, obviously with experience and high flying hours, a Ronaldo is quite natural to have many achievements compared to friends his age.  When compared to those who are still young, the answer is definitely Ronaldo avoiding him, even though we see each other how fast the teams in the other league are.
359  Economy / Economics / Re: MicroStrategy Buys $250M in Bitcoin, Calling the Crypto ‘Superior to Cash’ on: November 26, 2021, 04:19:23 PM
Well, when a company owns that much bitcoin and it's clear that they don't intend on selling any of it anytime soon, it's inevitable that investors are going to see it as a way to indirectly invest in bitcoin, similar to buying gold/silver/copper mining stocks if you want to get exposure to metals.  I don't see that as a bad thing.

Like other companies that keep their company's investment assets as their new business line, even though it is not explicitly stated by the CEO if the business operations have been supported by 51% of the investment results, it can be said that the business has changed according to the new investment.  However, if I see that MSTR is currently only investing and has not even sold it, it means that no return has been realized, can it be said that their business has changed?  But if it is said to only support the company's value, I agree.
360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 26, 2021, 02:46:32 PM

I still think they need to appoint a new manager fast. Manchester United this season has been just hot and cold. They win 1 game and just when you are expecting from them to win the next one they lose. They won in the champions league now and everyone is expecting something more from them now.But they are going in an away game to Chelsea and i think they dont stand a chance against them.

The current condition of the Manchester United team seems to have lost the motivation to win trophies.  There are many supporting factors, especially they often end up in the final without bringing a trophy, so if the current team is demotivated, it might be a natural thing.  When their match against Chelsea, it should be going well because both have the same strong team and the difference lies only in the spirit and teamwork.
