Will there be any scheduled updates today as we approach end of crowdsale. with regard to amount vs time remaining, etc?
Hi there BayAreaCoins has indicated there will be no further updating of the totals before the end of the crowdfunding period. There are a large number of addresses requested that are not utilized and it appears he will have his hands full registering new purchases today. It is entirely up to him what if any further information is released before the end of the crowdfunding. thanks ViralDev Ok. If the total is updated, perhaps it would be best if it is updated across all platforms simultaneously. This would be most fair. Clearly there are a lot of people jockeying for postition with their buy ins as the crowdfunding nears the end. It would be unfortunate if such information - if it became available - were not released in a fair way. I would like this too please. Might put more in.. |

My meeting and discussions with Erik Voorhees went well, he’s a brilliant guy and showed me a larger, real world, business perspective. The ideas helped me refine my own vision for TRON and I'll be making some new announcements soon. I’ll be posting some details in the ANN later and Mr. Voorhees said he will reply via his BTCtalk account to vouch that we met in person.

How does your schedule change so fast, I thought he was flying in to see you Wednesday. I looked a couple pages back and it says Thursday. How the heck did he decide suddenly to fly in on Monday. Hey guys, just taking a break from cleaning up code even further and wanted to show you guys a little sneak peek into the auth process to become an active node in the VIRAL network. Once you run the wallet you will see this inside the wallet panel. Then you would do the auth process that takes less then one second to complete and then you will see all the metrics information about the VIRAL network which constantly is updated to reflect any statistical changes, info on sponsor advertisers who have locked in, reserved, paid for campaigns etc.
A lot of hard work is going on behind the scenes and testing as well. Just the four stress tests performed today were a 100% success!
Are you all ready to be a part of this revolution? I know I am!

Have you guys considered the possibility of tagging node addresses and using sub tags when Viral members start farming their own subnodes? The way I am reading it is gonna be the wild west out there - people are going to be making giant subnets and take a cut of everything they are bringing in. Tagging nodes would let you to that seems to me.
There is a lot of flexibility in how the Verified / subnodes system can work. Much of the challenge is in designing a system where tracking participation in the network scales smoothly between different levels without creating unnecessary work for the algorithms and metrics. Revenues on the other hand are simple. They simply follow metrics along a predetermined system of reward. The Verified system will reward individuals who - by building subnodes - expand the reach and weight of the Viral network. For the Viral network, more reach+ more weight = more revenues per campaign,and a more attractive product for sponsors. One can enable and encourage subnodes in a variety of ways. You can allow high performing subnodes to assetize themselves. Fred and his high performing Pinterest network sell shares in "Freddy Pinterest". Or, by using a colored coins system, John can bring people into the Viral network, gradually build a subnode and monetize its subsequent participation for a certain number of months, according to the system we have in place. The possibilities are many. Many of these decisions and methods will affect the growth of the Viral network as a whole - in terms of speed, reach, revenue, reinvestment, profitability, and direction. So we will be looking especially to our crowdfunders in the coming weeks for input on how we all want to grow Viral. It will be updated in there, you can see the totals in the top panel in the op of the crowdfund thread, they will be added up for you to make it even easier to see the entire amount at each update so you do not have to add them manually. More information regarding this will be discussed and released with the initial crowdfuning early investors as soon as the crowdfunding phase is over. We'll be running a private team speak or something similar and we'll get everyone involved in that decision making although some guidelines are already in place we truly want the community involvement during that important decision process. okay if you make community involved too it should be okay. i already put in some btc. i will maybe put in more after watching how much btc goes in.. keep working hard! |
