Image added: All of your D3 have the same condition? Have you settings pools and other things at Config? And also network config as m.vina mentioned (maybe your Miner isn't received internet connection).

What is Server's CPU?
Some says it's good option.
What is it?
What that you mean server's PSU? Am I right? Server's PSU is PSUs that used for powering server (a server computer). Since server typically running 24/7, need Power Supply Unit that has good durability and good enough efficiency to handle server devices. And that was good to powering our rigs, but a bit noisy than consumer's PSUs.

Most of the miner that using Polaris cards getting the best performance using the newest driver, I don't know what's happened with your systems. But, since you been solving that problem with your way, no need to arguing about it. Better to lock your thread as the comment above said.

Agree with Leonix, that PSU has 2 x 6+2 and 2 x 6 (2 x 8pins and 2x 6pins) is it right?
If that's right, you can use Y splitter (PCIe 8 to 2 x 6) so, you'll have 6 x PCIe 6pins for each PSU. That was enough for powering all of your 1050 Ti. Your cards have single 6 pins connector, right?
For risers, you can follow Leonix advice, or if you want to stick using SATA, I think is okay with 1050 Ti.

There actually is a company that made an adapter to make this possible.
It would take a regular PCI slot and be able to run a 1x PCIe device in it like an Network card or a Sound card. Maybe a GPU would be fine if only used for mining.
However the adapter is expensive, usually costs more than a new motherboard and not cost effective.
Yes, we can find that kind of adapter on the market. One of my friends has bought it (PCI to PCIe 1X adapter). Its price around $40, planned use for mining, but I didn't yet hear back about the result.

Seem OP been getting good explanation above. I'm just adding a bit of info. On the mining pool sides, they will adjust their miner's diff to maximize each miner's potential based on miner's Hashrate (at the poolside/reported Hashrate). So, if we have less Hashrate, the dynamic diff will be better (IMO).

Out there you can find a few open source mining pools software, you can build your own mining pool with that. hmmm..or maybe I misunderstanding your question?

Look like wallet issue, have you run it as a server (B coin)? Or may those port already used, check it. Have you tried with BFGminer? I have the same issue before (a long time ago ), the same error message as yours with cgmine but run smoothly with BFGmine.

Seem like that proven that AMD more tweak-friendly or may need to tweak it to get the best performance . Most of the tools posted related to AMD cards. Good job!

I'm getting an Antminer V9 soon. I just refer to them as "computers" sorry if that's unclear. But will just the one in my air-conditioned house be fine? Or will I need a whole cooling rig? Bitmain says that it runs at a high of 40c or a little over 100f. Will it overheat without a special cooling setup? Again, sorry that I didn't say it was an ASIC, haha. The most issue with ASICs is heat and noise. Maybe you should build a DIY soundproof box (for one only ASIC) and add some DIY cooling systems, you can use Peltier for a small cooling system.

''Can Mobile Mine Damage My Phone?"
Yes, except it fake mobile mining (simulation only, e.g., ETN) Suggest Some Mobile Miners that are profitable And Does not harm the mobile.
Related to the first answer, when you tried to use your phone for mining, that will harm your phone and non profit on it.

As leonix said, we need more specified info about your issue.
Several factors can be causing that, most of them have mentioned above. Also, it can be you haven't enough pagefile.

BiblePay (BBP)- 10% mined coins always go to Charity (currently sponsoring 329 Orphans monthly!) - ASIC-Resistant like Vertcoin/Groestlcoin ( CPU Mining Only) - fork of DASH (Masternode Governance, Proposals & Voting), Live 10% Monthly Budget - Proof of BibleHash (POBh) algorithm, All Nodes are Full Nodes - Ranked #145 in Code Commits .......... You again? Yeah, seem like I found several same posts on a few threads. @togoshigekata Are you the developer of that coin? Better to do announcing, your ways to post the same thing on several threads, can be categorized as spam.

Share coins name is worthless, that's a part of profitability. And strategic that you need to do is do research by your self, mine several coins on machine algorithm and compare it, which the best.

It's more like system limitation. Using Linux must be solving your problem (like the other said), but am not sure why you aren't able to do it with Linux. Splitting your rig will be better. With less cards, your rig will be more stable.

Lol I didn't know this existed. Is this item new? So, this means I can use 28 GPU on my 6PCIe + 1 M.2 MOBO? Or that should be a problem? Actually, technically doesn't as you think. Systems have a limit, also the motherboard itself (have PCIe lines limit). One use seems okay, two or above, am not sure.

nice explanations @Geraldo
do not forget mate, Almost all miners do not give a recommendation to mine with CPU especially laptop.

@adi1989 What does that mean, dude do you understand the problem ? delete or jump your post to Bounties (Altcoins)

1. this time is not the right time but if you do not care about the price and ROI you can do it Personally, I recommend to buy 1070ti because the price is cheaper and the performance is quite good
2. yeah..possible
