If you were referring to vaccines overall, I would say never. However, you seem to be referring to the Covid-19 vaccinations and I would answer it to you like this: whenever the elites get the results they desire. I'd say you have most of what you said in your rant right except for the last statement. We don't live under a fully capitalist system but a crony capitalist system where the government and big businesses pick winners and losers. Crypto is the real capitalistic market with Laisse-Faire balance (well this last part can be argued as the institutions dive in and media tries to control the narrative in the markets). I think you haven't had your eyes shut at all they are wide-opened and see what is going on around you. I could go on about how each media outlet has its own bias due to its sponsors or the party they represent. NBC/MSNBC/CNBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, and practically most of the mainstream media have supported and are biased to the beliefs of the Democrat party.
