Occhio che market cap che si abbassa =/= soldi che effettivamente escono direi che puo essere anche che il marketcap ke si abbassa sia dovuto alla diminuzione del prezzo delle singole coin che compongono il paniere non necessariamente vuol dire ke sono soldi che escono... la butto cosi ... ma credo non sia un ragionamento sbaglio ... o sbaglio? |

1) A prescindere dalla data non esiste un listino prezzi ufficiale, quindi calcolare il valore preciso è praticamente impossibile, soprattutto considerando la volatilità del BTC;
2) Se non hai effettuato scambi BTC-euro perché vuoi volontariamente complicarti la vita per niente quando non ci sono ancora regole a tal proposito?
Premetto che ognuno è libero di fare le sue valutazioni, dichiarare o non dichiarare, pagare le tasse, evaderle, ecc. Molti dei problemi sollevati qui nel thread però sono falsi problemi. Il quadro RW chiede il valore iniziale dei btc (o altra criptovaluta) all'inizio del periodo di imposta o del periodo di possesso e il valore a fine anno. Il valore preciso c'è. Non sarà un valore oggettivo proveniente da una banca centrale come i cambi delle valute fiat ma è comunque un valore attendibile. Ipotizziamo che io possieda 2 BTC. Vado su Coinbase, c'è il grafico col valore storico del BTC del 2017. Il 1/1/2017 il BTC valeva 970,17 $ quindi i miei 2 BTC valevano 1.940,34 dollari che al cambio in euro di quel giorno (Banca d'Italia: 1,0465) equivalevano ad € 1.854,12. Gli stessi 2 BTC al 31/12/2107 valevano 26.990,80 dollari pari ad € 22.505,46. In considerazione della forte volatilità potremmo decidere di utilizzare cambi medi anziché cambi secchi per le conversioni. In ogni caso però ecco compilato il quadro RW senza che questo comporti il pagamento di nessuna tassa. Abbiamo però rispettato gli obblighi di monitoraggio. Se qualcuno ha superato nell'anno la giacenza media di 51k deve fare il passo successivo e cioè determinare gli eventuali utili effettivi e pagarci il 26%. Sì ma per le alt su exchange, parlo di alt contro BTC/ ETH o USDT che cambio usi? Fai il report giornaliero in valuta BTC (di solito non c'è il calcolo in FIAT) e ti riporti al valore di BTC ed EUR all'1/1? Gli scambi in genere sono molti e non se ne viene a capo. Confermo con gli scambi del genere venirne a capo è come sbrogliare una matassa a lunghezza infinita sopratutto per chi opera da un po' di tempo ora andare a ricostruire magari è semplice ma come calcoli i vari gain e perdite? |

Queste dichiarazioni mi sembrano puro FUD da stampa ... le loro parole andrebbero interpretate e data la cosa è facile che ognuno interpreti in funzione di quello che vuole dire in positivo o negativo ... a gates vuole shortare bitcoin non gli piace però gli piace l'idea blockchain ... all'altro dice veleno per topi... chi sono i topi? Le banche o i poveri cristi che sono stati e vengono sempre sottomessi dalle banche cioè il popolo? Bha direi pura creazione di FUD con le parole di grandi personaggi.

Il crollo è dovuto al fatto che oggi si decide se Ethereum sia una Security oppure no (C'è una riunione della SEC prevista).
Se nel caso dovesse essere classificato come Security, potrebbe essere un grosso problema per tutte le criptovalute.

Non voglio sembrare superficiale però se il ministero delle finanze fa questi strafalcioni e lascia tutto in sospeso la scelta di non dichiarare e non compilare l'RW è un'opzione condivisibile. Non è solo un fatto di convenienza ma una scelta di campo.
