Gambling can be really considered as a sickness in my eyes, look how much people are already addicted to it, I really think its ridiculous.
They can also not stop and I think that you can than call it a real sickness..
Yes, for the fool people who join that gambling casinos, gambling becomes sickness as they are unable to manage their time at there and after getting addicted to there which leading to withdrawing from all other activities of life. Yes an addicted gambler fails in his social life. I prefer strategic gambling with amount that I can afford to lose. No gmabler become suddently rich by gmabling, let alone being billionaire. I think you dont need to learn if when you bet a big amount because its always depends in your luck not in your timing.. And yes you should control your self and be satisfied what you had.. honestly you can make more profit if you are satisfied once you win enough profit.. No gambling can't be profitable in the long run because it is all about luck and depend on our goal how much much profit we want from that session, if we don't have any control and can't make stop our self when we are in good profit, it is really hard to make profit by doing gambling.
Because you will never know if you will be lucky or not, because it is just a prediction if you bet and that is gambling for you! but it is much risky if you keep on playing and never stop on what you are doing for the house edge will surely got into you! If you bet on sports there is surely a juice that make you lose on the long, if you want to be profitable you should bet of underdogs moneyline but don't bet blindly, you have to analyse if the team your wagering has a chance to win. If you end up winning/losing 50-50 then you will probably earn some profits. Even on sports betting there is still a chances of loosing even the team is very good. Try doing some training for yourself. For example, if a whole day passed and you didn't gamble even if you urge to, you get yourself a pizza or smth that you want. Like a little reward for your action. You can get other people involved with this reward, like your wife or some member of your family. You can try doing punishment to yourself. This isn't a good punishment but this might get you to try to discipline yourself. Whenever you gamble, you wouldn't eat for 24hours. You can tell your wife to not give you food, lock the ref, etc. Once you get a little traumatized with this starvation thing, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to have this punishment again. Thus, pushing yourself to not gamble. Then you will end up dead of starvation by the time you realized that your cure of your addiction or maybe not! I think punishment isn't really needed but although this is just way to extreme to do in my opinion because what you really need is some proper attention from a psychiatrist on what he/she think on your level of distress, and if you really need rehabilitation is his/her go signal! Well, that was my point. Quit gambling or you'll die of hunger. If I calculated the amount of money that I lost in gambling is about $57 all in all. Since I don't really like to gamble because I am very bad lucky in it, so I decided to stop it.
Good for you, hope you will never come back anymore cause it's just a waste of money if you are not rich. Better invest your money in trading or in a casino so at the same time you can learn how the market works. I still bet in sports but with minimal amount though, something like the minimum 0.001 per bet in my sportsbook. Well, for me if i am rich now I will still gamble but not with the intention of going richer but to entertain myself. But if there is other things that can entertain me besides gambling, then I will not play anymore.
That's the right thing to do when you are rich, find something else that you know could entertain you...just avoid gambling or vices, some of the rich people go back to being poor when they abuse gambling...rich people look for something else to earn more than what they have than to sit and gamble.. Maybe rich should try to consider donating an extra funds to the poor so in that way you are not selfish cause you were able to help your brothers and sisters. I believe we are given by God that blessings to share with the poor. But anyways, it is still on one's decision we don't dictate their lives. Just because your have money don't mean you need to donate. Some people came from being poor to having riches. Personally i believe in donating but not so much you'll miss it. These days most the charities are ripping them off an only giving them a few cents of a dollar. If someone do not want to donate the cash direct to the needy or the charity organizations then they should have to buy some stuffs for their daily use, like they have to buy clothes and food for the poor people and have to provide shelter to them with that money so with that you will be satisfied that your money did not waste. |
