Just checked all my wallets which I do from time to time, and found out I received 67,000 XPl exclusive platform token I did not remember promoting such a project but after doing a research I found that I did participate in their bounty campaign but that was january 2019 that's over a year, how about have you received coins that you forgot that you promoted in the past. Coinmarketcap is the real reason why so many new projects devs are misleaded, they go to CMC and pick from the top rated exchanges to list their tokens because CMC gives all bad exchanges good rating, that's very misleading
Maybe now that Binance CZ is about to take over, new projects developers will start making the right decision about those Exchanges

Some hunters just quickly come to the google application form, deplore several telegrams or even steal some bitcointalk users telegram username who are not participating in telegram campaign, and use it to cheat. This is why we do see over 2k-8k telegram applicants on a single campaign on the spreadsheet which sometimes will give the BM and his team a hard time verifying and sorting out real workers from cheaters and spammers, they may not be able to fully do a perfect job. This style employed by Julerz in GEOMA bounty campaign is a step in the right direction which I believe has helped to chase off some telegram scammers and spammers off this campaign and thereby reducing applicants to only serious campaigners and at the end will lessen the overall job of the BM. Fraud that often occurs in the form of postponement of time, not paying the completion of the campaign, not being listed in the exchange, locking up tokens for a very long time, even some who cannot make withdrawals.

Bounty manager can't do nothing about it. His has more experience than you and applied it by research but sometimes could scam. I know still several users can give you some names and all campaign will success which means 100% success. Guys, I am telling this to you after going through some hard day's ETH sees massive upswing now. It broke the key hurdle of $130 level and gave a solid start and the bulls have gained some momentum in the market because ETH is closely tracking Bitcoins price action at the moment. I'm here to talk about bounties with long duration, I know we all have our experience with short term bounties and long term bounties but I have come to understand that it doesn't matter, here is my own experience
Last year I promoted E3T bounty project for 4weeks duration and I earned 30$
In 2018 I promoted Airwallet for more than 14 weeks and I earned over a thousand dollar
Durations doesn't matter, small duration bounties can pay high rewards and long duration bounties can pay worse rewards, it's all vice versa, what matters is the quality of the project you promote
Who are involved in crypto as a hunters since long time, all hunters believe long term project is good but if failed than all your work for nothing. Short term or long term this doesn't matter. Quarter 4 of 2017, 8 weeks campaign was finished in weeks because funds rise in short term then all are rewarded for 8 weeks. |
