Im currently 13 years old and i don't know if im allowed to receive and use the card When filling in the card information (like Personal info and Residence address), you will be asked for your birthday. Card can be issued only for adults (18 y.o.). No one can stop you from using fake year of birth, however mind some consequences. Like you will not be able to verify such card (well, it is anyway not possible for virtual cards, but in case you decide to upgrade later, or win a plastic), and in case it gets somehow blocked and bank requires ID verification proof for unblock (it is not often, but sometimes happens). |

We started offering MasterCard instead of Visa this week. We are not sure yet, whether we will be offering Visa again in future. It is still under discussion. why no visa anymore, what is the problem? i remember that visa is not even against bitcoin like mastercard is, so it should be the opposite in theory... That is because MasterCard offered us branding option, while Visa refused (and we might have cards in basic design only). Branded cards are pretty important part of marketing strategy, so we made a decision to switch to MasterCard. Perhaps, in future we will be able to offer both Visa and MasterCard, however it is pretty blurry at this time and I cannot promise that. |

Hello, as was already said before you can surely use E-Coin card in ATMs in India (the ones which have MasterCard logo on them). However, at the moment we do not issue and deliver cards to India dues to the bank's limitations and financial regulations in your country. So, if you decide to use the card, you may consider to order it to the address in one of the supported countries (e.g. your friend or relative who can then resend the card to you, or your own if you have one). |

You misunderstood me , i am asking if anyone has used a Withdraw feature in PP to Card with sucess.
So from PP balance to transfer to the card. To clear it up. Obviously the card would need to be added and verified beforehand.
I am sorry for not being clear. I meant the customers of ours manage to connect E-Coin cards to the PayPal for further funds withdrawal (from PayPal to the card). So, yes, it is possible to use Withdraw feature fine. It may take up to 5 days for money to arrive from PayPal to the card though. |

Since E-coin sell your bitcoins on exchange, there is a difference between the buy price (most companies show it on the main page) and the sell price (in your e-coin cabinet), called " spread". I know what spread means. The fact that these assholes can't put this on the main page but instead after the login just proves how greedy these assholes are. And their customer support is laughable, the reps are absolutely uneducated and dumb. Every rep gives me a different answer. Not yet. We have added PaySafeCard, however it did not work properly. So we disabled this Top Up method for time-being. I believe it will be back shortly. I really hope you get this working. Together with BTC and bank transfer this card would have all features i allways dreamed of. Maybe you could take a look at austrian cash4web vouchers for topping up austrian citzens cards. Fully anomized vouchers and theyr policity is not as user unfriendly as paysafecards is. We are working on adding as many services as possible, so I am definitely going to send your feedback to people in charge. Thank you!
