Duplicate loans, especially with their account as collateral is very shady. Just FYI - I won't be splitting SwingFirst's repayment with you assuming he defaults, since that was my collateral, and if he does default, the account will probably be negged, since my loans isn't related to yours. There isn't a legit reason to offer an account as collateral while having a active loan with the account. Selling an account with an defaulted loan, even if it is repaid via collateral will still be difficult. I agree it's broken, but I accept it's what exists and that it's not my forum. OP, start your own forum if the trust system is so bad you can't stand it. People know you? Then ask them for the loan. What it looks like is that you don't know how to handle money--you have to borrow money until money you loaned out gets paid back? Sounds exactly like the type of loan that gets paid back late or not at all.
