341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government digital currency! on: December 17, 2016, 02:39:05 AM
Digital currency but not bitcoin for sure, the government will only make a currency who are under their control and since bitcoin is decentralized, it's not possible to use bitcoin and promote to its people.
342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there new people coming to Bitcoin? on: December 17, 2016, 02:37:39 AM
Yeah people getting awareness about bitcoin and who got awareness about bitcoin they start to use bitcoin and a lot of new people coming to bitcoin and people feel wonderful with bitcoin because bitcoin available in everywhere and they can buy anything with bitcoin from anywhere with easily.
By looking at the price of bitcoin it will amaze them and once they dig dipper they will know what are the opportunities using bitcoin, they can invest and gamble at the same time, it will really attract them.
343  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: December 17, 2016, 02:28:54 AM
Bitcoin is decentralized, so basically no one control Bitcoin, but the network.
do a search on google, and you will find more information

Google is your friend, friend.
This thread should not be created, the answer is very easy and the question is very simple. One click in google then problem solve. Maybe next time a thread that will be created is something worth discussing for.
344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: December 17, 2016, 02:22:02 AM
Bitcoin doesnt need to "make alliances" with anyone. Bitcoin is tool (it's technology) and other businesses will make use of it if it's any good. Just like any other tool. If you are good you will be used, if not, you wont. I say BTC is really good tool and is used more and more around the world.
probably bitcoin will need help from all users to be more popular and have a future, I know bitcoin has great technology, but if there is nothing propagate bitcoin, few people know about bitcoin, and it will interfere with the future of bitcoin
Didn't you see what is happening, I guess that is because of our support with bitcoin, the price has rise and double this year, and for me it's already a great achievement and hope this trend will continue.
345  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Clif High says Bitcoin is the future on: December 17, 2016, 02:15:24 AM
Well, Clif High is also predicting that aliens will feed on us in the future, therefore I do not think he is a person worthy of much credibility.
At least his prediction is positive on bitcoin, that will make us more comfortable with our investment. We have our own prediction but a prediction of a more reputable person will keep us at ease.
346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to determine the price of a product in bitcoin on: December 17, 2016, 02:11:49 AM
Definitely they have a system that determine the price conversion, but if you are in double use preev.com and look for your currency and bitcoin conversion, it would be easier.
347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of Banning Bitcoin ? on: December 17, 2016, 02:08:25 AM
If bitcoin gets banned I think in my opinion people will still use it because it is hard to monitor exactly who is using it and who is not, because you can create an infinite amount of bitcoin addresses and it is really hard to trace.

However governments can always regulate exchange activities, aka fiat to bitcoin or bitcoin to fiat. They already are.
It's online and decentralized so if the government would really want to stop us using it then they should make it illegal but still we are already satisfied with what bitcoin can give, new currency will arise and transfer our trust to the new one.
348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin Friendly Countries on: December 17, 2016, 02:03:35 AM
There are so many bitcoin friendly countries. USA, austria, belgia, holand, bulgaria, kanada, colombia, swiss, argentina, denmark, liberland, france and so many more. But all those countries were only regulated the transaction which use bitcoin, they still use their national fiat as payment option beside allow the people to use bitcoin. Atleast it is proof that bitcoin is getting more popular and stronger.
Yeah there definitely are a lot of Bitcoin friendly countries. Most of them allow people to use Bitcoin, but they are still regulated and it is not like you can do whatever you want. Even with those regulations, people do illegal activities with them and therefore, some countries might not be so Bitcoin friendly in the future.
Bitcoin is a great currency but that does not mean we can do whatever we want with it, even if bitcoin is not regulated in your country, I’m sure you are not allowed to commit crimes because of it, for example if gambling is illegal in your country using bitcoin instead of fiat does not change anything it is still a crime.

Right it will always defends on the users conscience and beliefs. Bitcoin should not be the one to ban ,the users must know that its their crime they just. However because bitcoin is really beneficial to everyone who uses it we can earn, transfer and transact anywhere some where using it illegally.
Bitcoin gives us freedom to transact online without limitation and that benefits it's users, banning bitcoin will not help us and would not help a country, people are earning online with different ventures and such earning will still be spent to buy basis needs so the government will still benefit on the tax of what we buy.
349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is the best future currency? on: December 17, 2016, 01:56:38 AM
bitcoin future will be best because bitcoin is very useful and profitable currency and there is a lot of people are earning profit from bitcoin in huge amount and bitcoin is very much popular currency and i think bitcoin will be acceptable sooner in local shopping center in the future.
during the country hasn't received bitcoin and no tax in bitcoin for the country itself then bitcoin will not exist in local shopping
Tax is very big in our country but using bitcoin allows me to spend without tax, that's why it's the best future currency for me but I doubt if the government will not make ways to tax us.
350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: December 17, 2016, 01:49:40 AM
Everyone is entitled to his/her opinions..but bitcoin is here tp stay... and we are enjoying bitcoin

Sure, bitcoin is here to stay and rule the cryptos. I don't think banks will be replace by bitcoins. But both of them will be used together and simultaneously. There are people who still believe in Government backed Banks and that will hard to change. And Government need banks to function to have control over the economy.
yep even some say in the future there will be a special bank bitcoin like fiat, in my country bitcoin is not legal payment. so seems must a long wait until it happens
Both have a separate value, The Banks are under control of our government, and the Bitcoin is ruling online gambling industry. Our governments need banks to control our economy. And the banks will pay tax to government so the banks are legal in all country. Why the bitcoin is not legal in many countries means in BTC transaction govt will not get any income and people will use this currency to do illegal activities. That is why BTC is illegal in many countries.
Government will not get income and people can maximize it's income, I guess that's fair and that's the main reason why we adopters of bitcoin does not want it to be regulated so government will not interfere in our transaction online.
351  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: December 17, 2016, 01:29:08 AM
I like them both but I think that the bitcoin is good but gold is better because its more secure if you know what I mean.
Yes I was also so, I use gold for the long term, I would not leave the gold although many lucrative investment in a short time like bitcoin or altcoin. I very afraid of being too quick to profit later if loss is also fast. Gold investment that there is never death, so my main choice anyway.
Gold has already proven for centuries and it is the king of all investments, imo. And you don't have to worry about its value for it is keep on appreciating as the time goes by, same goes with bitcoin with that type of increase but that depends on the demand of its users. But for me, it is better to have both for securing yourself.
No question about that, gold is always better than any other investment but it does not guarantee us good profit without a decent investment. If we have that then we can go but if not we must shift our focus with bitcoin.
352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: December 17, 2016, 01:21:27 AM
I have been involved in the interesting world of online business for almost a decade, but I do not remember precisely in which forum someone commented on the potential of a new digital currency called bitcoin. I read his information with some interest but unfortunately I did not get more involved, and that was about 2010.
People who are early adopters must be weird in the eyes of the money because they don's see the potential of bitcoin, and now that bitcoin is very successful they have adopted and hoping they can make it profitable to them as well.

Good thing some sees it for investment but I know it because of gambling.
353  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: December 17, 2016, 01:11:22 AM
I don't even understand why to teach kids about bitcoin. I can understand that for teenagers it could be a nice underworking that doesn't ask too much time. But I think that modern teenagers are more better with computer than we are and they can understand bitcoin system very fast.

I think that you shouldn't force the idea fo bitcoin into their minds as well. Rather, just send them a millibitcoin or two and let them see themselves how bitcoin works. If they like it, fine. If they don't, alright.

In my opinion the idea of bitcoin should be appealing to teenagers because they want to privacy and anonymity online.
Kids cannot understand bitcoin because there minds are still young, you cannot make them adopt when their interest are not in bitcoin. They are busy with other activities like at school or playing with their fellow kids.
354  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: December 17, 2016, 12:58:25 AM
No, I think that never will happen because the United States will never so easily yield the economic hegemony of the world and will do everything possible to hinder the development and massive adoption of bitcoin.
Its obvious it can not be happen but if government can be attracted into benefits of bitcoin maybe they can be change it but i can not imagine that it can be happen in the future. since bitcoin was made only for alternative payment when bitcoin was start they are just using bitcoin for alternative payment in gambling or if you are in casino its a chips before you can gamble.

I personally don't think that the government will ever endorse the use of bitcoin because it is against fiat. And they need fiat to make a living, the government. It is hard to see a government only collecting taxes and not printing money surviving.

I can see that bitcoin will replace the USD, because the USD is simply outdated and not as global and convenient as BTC.
And no chance it will happen, bitcoin is very small community and you cannot force to make it great without the support of the people, the government is big and they will protect the currency of their country not to be fully replace.
355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: December 17, 2016, 12:47:33 AM
I do not see the best source mentioned.  IMO, the best course would be earning it by offering a service of some sort.  That would be the best way to get it and get enough of it to make a difference.

I still prefer trading, and of course working for it, but offering your service won't get you big bitcoin, except if you have an exceptional talent or skill. That means, you have to be one of the best to earn, and since you are not alone at most of the skills needed here, except if your skill is really rare, you have to compete with others to earn, and sometimes the project might not be awarded to you so you have to look and wait most of the time.
While what you say is true, the biggest advantage of services is the possibility of losing money is low, if you offer your services as escrow or something similar then at worst you will waste some time and that is it but in trading you not only risk losing time but money too.
Everything has it's price, so if we lose in trading that means we are not making the right effort to study and improve out skills. The easy is not always journey but you will have a chance being smart.
356  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: December 16, 2016, 01:27:26 PM
I know that people give out loans but what's up with people no returning what they borrowed?? I want to know this because I might give out loans myself and I want to know what to watch out for... I have ~800 BTC at the moment and would it be a bad idea to start loaning? I bought my BTC back in 2010 mid August January(when it was about $0.07 per BTC) and I noticed the price went up a ton! Also what would be some other way to grow my BTC? Any ideas on what I should do?

Something I should have added my friend was doing something you guys call "mining" I am very knew to the bitcoin world even though I have had them for a long time. I bought these bitcoin from him because he needed to sell them, my financial advisor has told me that the longer I wait the more return I would get so I told him hold the account for 5 years and ill see where I am... So last July I had gotten my account back, did a bunch of research then found you guys. So I came here to post a few posts and for everyone skeptical this is the proof https://gyazo.com/ee99cef712e9b72f03a3e8e870c33624
Why must loans money, better you create start up bisiness, it is more challenging and give you good future.
You only borrow when you do not have a lot of money but if you have a lot of money then there's no reason to borrow money. We are talking here directly about the topic of loans, so either you are a borrower or a lender you have something to share.
357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Kill The Income Tax on: December 16, 2016, 05:28:17 AM
The wealthy already avoid many taxes. I don't think Bitcoin will make that much difference in tax avoidance. Taxes will still be collected on purchases at regular business and possibly when cashing out Bitcoin.
The wealthy avoid taxes legally through the loopholes in the system.  Bitcoin is a whole different ball game and there soon will be a team paid by the government to track bitcoin usage to be sure no one can avoid taxes using bitcoin.  I am not sure how they will do it, but I am sure they are working on it already.
Government will do all things just to tax us, now that the community is growing and the economy is improving the government will surely see this as a big potential for tax collection that can help a nation to progress as well.
358  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many Bitcoins are lost forever? on: December 16, 2016, 05:19:31 AM
I know there are a large number of them.  I am one of the sad souls who did not take it seriously and lost my whole wallet after I invested $1,800 into 100 of them a long time a go.  It happens and good luck to whom ever finds them.
That could be true, that's why we short of supply nowadays and the price had increase. Before when bitcoin died people lost trust with it and they do not think it will risk again. For me, it's good for the new investors so when the demand will hugely increase the supply will be short and the price will rise again.
359  Economy / Economics / Re: How would you double $100,000 safely? on: December 16, 2016, 05:07:00 AM
all investment still risk, investment zero risk is imposible
incraese and high your return risk incraese too
and all online investment very high risk can lost all your money
Investment in bank will give you more security but the amount you will be getting is not big enough of what you are expecting, the nature goes like this, if you invest with little risk you earn a little amount also, therefore you have to decide if you are willing to take big risks, as you can loss that amount or double it when you succeed.
360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: December 16, 2016, 04:56:56 AM
I think this is the fault of us, when there was freedom then we use for things that are contrary to the law. I am not happy with this, as this could make the Government or intelligence agencies to create a rule for prohibit bitcoin.
i do not think that it is such a big problem because not only bitcoin but all most every currency of the world might be use for illegal activities, therefore it is not such a solid to bane or prohibited bitcoin as it is used for illegal activities. i think still the good use of bitcoin is too much that the illegal use of bitcoin.
But bitcoin is new concept of payment system so I think people opinion is really matter. If people see bitcoin used for buying or any illegal transaction, they will think that bitcoin is as illegal currency and only used for crime. It is not good I hope all bitcoin users only use it for legal transaction so bitcoin will get accepted by all people in thee world and being legal in every country in the world.
Therefore this people needs to be educated so they will not only see the dark side of bitcoin, even fiat are use in illegal activities so they need to maintain an open mind to understand what really bitcoin is and what it can do to our lives.
