anche secondo me l'iva andrebbe pagata, ma allora anche gli exchange dovrebbero caricarla, come d'altronde in tal senso si era espressa l'autorità di qualche paese comunista del nord (non so se svezia o finlandia) con riguardo a quel tizio che voleva aprire un exchange di bitcoin. però tutto sommato bene così, in italia bisogna fottersene se si vuole fare qualcosa. provaci e in bocca al lupo. tanto sono tutti falliti.

il quadro regolamentare migliore secondo me è il seguente: riconoscere il bitcoin come moneta privata. punto. non necessariamente deve essere inquadrato come legal tender, anzi molto meglio se non viene definito legal tender (nessuno sarà costretto ad accettarlo). per il resto se uno incassa in bitcoin traduce l'entrata al cambio giornaliero, e fine del film. pagherà le tasse sul controvalore in euro. di fatto quando un merchant usa bitpay e sceglie di non ricevere alcun bitcoin, i gettoni neanche li vede (peggio per lui).

Instead of correcting the funds error issue I've had for more than a week, they took lots of BTC and LTC off my account. and yet I can't withdraw, the error is still there!
this is absurd and extremely fishy.

I was able to get in touch with someone on QQ, he/she told me there was an imbalance of xxx btc,. (i have more than that), yyy ltc (I have more than that) and zzz xpm (I didn't have any of them). So I bought the zzz amount of XPM... problem is still there. Then he/she sent me the list of my trades.. (what should I do with them?? not clear to me). I'm still waiting for someone who speaks a better english to let them know the problem and have it sorted out.
