Scam ICO are still many people are investing I don' t know why they do that even they know what is happening to their money.
If we want to stop scammer to create ICO better to not tolerate to investing to that investment because people are also the cause why they do that .We can stop them if we have unity about that we know that is the problem only .

Why other people think  about the profit they get when they re open again their business like that the casino I know many players are want to play but it is not the right time to that.
