Hi, I just wanted to ask you to consider adding FC, or Feathercoin, to your exchange. Reason being is that in it's first day, its release thread has had more visitors/participants than any other altcoin. Adding to that, over half of the trade threads currently being posted in the Alternative Cryptocurrencies subforum at bitcointalk.org are for FC. It also already has a rather large community of great people, who are also trying to spread its use and publicity. I know it's only roughly 4 days old at the moment, but it's already going somewhere, and I just wanted to do my part in helping shape it, so even if you don't do it now, just research it a bit and consider adding it to your exchange.

Look under transactions and on the upper right of the list you'll see unconfirmed. Click on that and scroll of to the bottom and you'll see the total you have unconfirmed. I actually just found that out myself lol, that's what I was looking. |

I find it highly likely that a small group of people sit on maybe 2 million coins when they started hashing with several MH when difficulty was 0.0000X , don't forget that difficulty at that level goes up exponentially with fast hardware and only hours after the first several thousand blocks have been mined diff would be 100s of times higher.
Maybe a little under 1.5 million is believable. I started mining it 6 hours in and we were only on like block 6000 or so. But I see where you're coming from. Either way, the release is still better than some other coins around  |

After reading through all 38 pages of posts, I am unable to find why I have such a high reject rate.
My stale rate mining litecoin with a pool is ~1% with the same cgminer gpu config.
I added --expiry 1 --queue 0, as suggested to another member.
I fowarded port 9336, and have 11 active connections currently.
I currently am solo mining, and have 1 accepts and 5 rejects in a time frame of ~3 hours.
Any ideas at what else I might could try.

Generally at that thread concurrency, anything anything above -I 13 in cgminer will cause it to do that. Try putting it to 13 and see how it works. |

I'm calling scam (not just useless coin) on this entire 'operation'. Pools don't pay out, obvious 'pre mining' for a small group of early adopters and NO early adoption of coin except for forum sales.
Have you tried the FC Simple Pool? I have been using it for 30 hours and have received multiple payouts. Point your cgminer here: http://fpool1.zapto.org:28339I don't think it's a scam. There is no premine, and pools used to pay regular yesterday. Altpool is still working and accepting my shares, though website is under maintance now. Depends heavily on what you call premine. First 5 miners threw something like 5MH @ mining and scraped together millions of coins in hours at ultra low difficulty. Launching an altcoin with 200 block reward and early miners finding 1000s of blocks an hour qualifies as premine to me. There's less than 4 million coins... so you're saying 5 people have all coins? lol if you want to call something a premine look at Mincoin that has 2mnc/block but gave people 500/block the first days worth of blocks, 100/block the 2nd day and 50/block the 3rd Did I ever say 5 people have 'all coin' or are you just mentally challenged? Well if 5 people mined "millions" of coins within the first few hours, then yes I would be assuming that by 4 days later, with only 3.5 million coins, that that you would be suggesting that. |

Deceptive title: this is *NOT* an exchange.
It is, it's just not up and running yet. I think they're doing final tweaks before its release and until then, they're just doing manual selling. |

Sure that's fine, I was actually buying some cause I was going to donate a couple thousand to psybits list of bounties once they make a bounty thread for some of the websites/faucets/casinos they're planning for FC. But if you can get some more diversity with clients that's great too!

Highest I would go is 5 LTC or 0.05 BTC for 1000 FC
I could go 1 LTC per 200 FC or 0.01 BTC per 200 FC.
The block reward it too high, and there just isn't any value in the coin yet (possibly ever?).
According to http://cryptocoinexplorer.com:5750/ there are 3.5 million Feathercoins made already. Well, to match up to the 4:1 ratio of FC to LTC, we still need 64 million FC xD Still a long way to go |

I didn't get the exact times since I've only gotten two transactions and I haven't been able to track them start from finish, but from the looks of it the FC tx times definitely seem faster than LTC. It's also been posted on the main List of Cryptocurrencies that it's 4x faster.
As for the pool stales I think it's from an overburdening of the servers?
