341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead Coins - Coin Dead Before You Knew It on: June 11, 2019, 06:45:41 PM
Yes that's crypto, which needs to survive and compete against thousands of other crypto. The coins that were once loved and are now just rubbish and coins that were once thrown away are now gold, crypto is full of puzzles, and what survives here is only coins that are seriously developed.

And now I think, if the first loved coin is dead, then what about the coin that is loved now? Will he have the same fate as his predecessor? I hope not, because I have a portion of the coin.
342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Money for Nothing and your Bitcoin for Free on: June 11, 2019, 06:19:53 PM
this was already discussed a ton when price dropped and was debunked too. you didn't need to read something on reddit and make a article about it! it was a misunderstanding plus some FUD that led the started of this whole thing to believe those funds were moved to exchange to be sold. we actually figured out that those coins weren't even moved to exchange, but to a wallet (XAPO to be exact)

Yes right, this discussion has been discussed in another thread and it is true that there are quite a lot of coin transfers. But that doesn't mean that they dump all coins, the price drops in my opinion because there is a lot of fud appearance due to this discussion so that people think through other perspectives as if a big dump will occur.

343  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do technical actually work on: June 11, 2019, 06:08:22 PM
Yes, technical analysis works.

But you cannot totally depend on technical analysis for trading regardless whether you trade bitcoin or Forex. You have to do fundamental analysis as well because in the history bitcoin price mainly drove through fundamentals. However, it's not possible to apply technical analysis for all coins. Coins with low volume and market cap which are listed only in one or two exchanges can be easily manipulated. Therefore, it is wise to take decisions for trading using technicals only for major cryptocurrencies which have a high volume and market cap such as bitcoin and Ethereum.

Yes, it's true, TA does work. But in my opinion each market has a different percentage of TA strength. I think TA is more suitable for the forex market and the FA is more suitable for the crypto market because crypto itself has a higher fluctuation than the forex market. To be honest, so far in my opinion FA is more suitable than TA, and so far the average person has become a FOMO.
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty campain with ETH or BTC payment ? on: June 11, 2019, 05:39:56 PM
It's because projects don't have the money to begin with. That's why they are doing an ICO so that they can raised funds and have the money to pay for their bounty hunters. So it's like a gamble, if the project didn't succeed then you won't received any.

Also they are a handful of campaigns that pay in BTC or ETH and then their tokens. But those projects are just exceptions and the last thing I heard about these kind of project that pays both is during the peak in 2017.

Indeed, there is also a point, the goal of developers is to have a bounty campaign to minimize the marketing funds they spend because the bounty of company spending is far more effective. Long before ethereum was created, at that time it was still a little bounty and on average they were paid with bitcoin, but after ethereum was created and many tokens were created at that moment the bounty hunter began to be paid with btc.

But there are still other alternatives if to get btc paid, please look for the siganture project in sub topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5057923.0
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: governments vs altcoins on: June 11, 2019, 06:05:56 AM
I think the governments' concern about altcoins is regarding scams, frauds, and money laundering. These are the primary concerns. The point you had stated is only secondary to these. Banking systems and cryptocurrency systems may exist side by side with exlcusive functions and overlapping functions.

Yes it is true that the government prioritizes it, but in my opinion the government policy is wrong if you have to ban the existence of bitcoin, even though bitcoin is also one of the businesses. The government should not ban but make rules, with the government banning bitcoin means the government is unable to overcome this problem.

Many countries out there prefer to use bitcoin instead of having to forbid it, banning bitcoin does not actually reduce crime but increase the number of violations, like in China, many people prefer to leave their country and live with bitcoin where bitcoin is legalized.
346  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't share your email and KYC with every bounty and airdrop!!! on: June 11, 2019, 05:51:06 AM
Yup, I am always careful with this, I am also a person who works in marketing so I understand the issue of mailists, where marketers hunt mailists that are suitable for market share and targeted. Even worse if it really is sold illegally, therefore I have never used a primary email address as a condition of joining bounty, airdrop or something like that.

My advice is for others, always use a separate email and never use your primary email address to be published, it's your privacy and only certain people you can tell.
347  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to survive on: June 08, 2019, 08:08:17 PM
Hey guys!

Just interested if you still earn any money? The situation is so horrible that it's interesting to me if someone still feels good.
Maybe you mine or you continue to invest in something.

On the whole, how to survive now? Hold, trade, sell, invest, mine?

It is really hard to survive in crypto right now. Particularly if you are a novice here, better for you to do this as your part time job dude.
It is because bear market was running for almost 1 year here, and yet Bull run is not happening. And most of the community here in this industry they hold their altcoins or coins in a long term and waiting for the bull run turn.

But not now, because now bitcoin has shown its bullish side and this is the right time for us to start trading. Yes, I know when 2018 bitcoin is indeed bad and everything like trading, mining, holding, investing is not profitable, but the situation is different now. Bitcoin since the beginning of April has begun to develop and I feel like trading, holding and investing can be done now, but for mining, in my opinion it is still not profitable.
348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Luring hunters to promote bounties on: June 08, 2019, 06:43:24 PM
1. I know about this, yes, most bounties with large allocations are indicated as scammers. When I analyze a bounty project, I always set a total allocation of no more than $ 1,500,000 and the rest will definitely be garbage.
2. So far I have never followed a bounty whose token has already been exchanged unless the payment is btc or eth, the average bounty is that the payment with a token that has been listed is low.
3. Yup the manager is the main thing I see, I also have a reliable manager and on average I follow projects from him.
349  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your First Stop Loss on: June 08, 2019, 06:24:56 PM
Still though, my portfolio bleeding away from a little bit of play money to almost no money was nothing compared to the feeling of getting stopped out and price rocketing straight to the moon a few seconds later. 🚀🌖

That's the part nobody warns you about.

I can definitly feel you Wink I remember the time when I traded BTC in mid 2017. BTC fell from ~3600 to 3525, my stop loss was at 3530 so it triggered. But it was literally just a second BTC was that low, it immediatly turned and rocket to around 3800 letting me sit with my FIAT.

Same bro, I once felt that when the price touched the SL then the price returned to skyrocket it was very painful. But in my opinion it's the best than we lose more money, because we ourselves cannot predict how long the market will touch the lowest point.
In my trading experience, the most painful thing was that when I didn't install the SL and the price went down, wow it hurts.
350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, Speculations and FOMO on: June 08, 2019, 06:02:28 PM
I think bitcoin still need time to reach $10,000 and maybe we will not see bitcoin increase higher in a short time.
I don't think that will be wrong with those scenarios because we already have seen so many predictions about the market and the truth we still don't know where the market wants to go.
The FOMO will always be there no matter if bitcoin price increase higher or not because they are afraid of missing something at the market.

Indeed, FOMO's habits will not be lost in the soul of the merchant, I think you and everyone trading have that habit. And I think bitcoin is starting to show a bullish side not only because of FOMO, this is more because investors are starting to return after the bitcoin signal in early April and followed by the emergence of the IEO.
351  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has the dip passed? on: June 07, 2019, 10:44:06 PM
I have been in here from December of 2017. This means I had never experienced a complete bear market before. So I want to ask the veterans: Has the dip passed? What is your opinion of it?
As what others say the dip has "maybe" pass, but dont feel confident just because we are seeing bitcoin rose up from the bottom of the bear market to where is it right now,the dip maybe has passed but may comeback in anytime bitcoin may slide down again were not sure untill it happen but hopefuly its not gonna happen

Yes maybe the decline has passed but for the market conditions in my opinion it is still bearish. But so far the market is heading towards a bullish direction, this is only speculation so we cannot expect much. But many also think that the market conditions are still under correction, so we have to wait for the correction to end and then determine the open position.
352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How far are we from real decentralization? on: June 07, 2019, 10:06:34 PM
The real decentralization is in the usage as long as bitcoin holders can spend the bitcoin at the time they want that is the freedom and haven gain but the financial freedom and giving us the secondary currency which is without border restrictions.

Yup, I think that's the main thing, the real freedom is when we have what Fiat doesn't have and Bitcoin has it that is decentralized and this is real evidence that is felt. There are no taxes, low fees, and much more. It's as if someone who holds it has full, this is real decentralization
353  Economy / Speculation / Re: How to know Feb 7 was the optimal buy point 2019. on: June 07, 2019, 09:50:54 PM
The analysis you presented is quite clear and opens my mind to speculation about price and risk. But my question is if indeed bitcoin has no risk then how do we determine the lowest bitcoin floor or the last floor.
Everyone here I'm sure only a few understand about science, even they only rely on speculation and FOMO. So how do you determine the lowest bitcoin price limit?
354  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I need suggestion on: June 07, 2019, 09:16:08 PM
I am looking for some altcoins to invest, which is profitable in this situation. Theres lot of coins, so i am confused Where to invest. Thanks in advance

The most important thing is not to choose shitcoin, I highly recommend that you buy popular coins in the coinmarketcap. At least choose one of the top 20 cmc, then analyze the coins. I prefer to choose from the top 5 cmc because these coins are more potential.
355  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Automated trading on: June 07, 2019, 08:35:14 PM
So far what I know is about kryll, then in 2018 this platform held an ICO and was quite successful. You can see it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2791849.0
Yes indeed to run an automatic bot this requires a token, at least you hold the token.

But I do not recommend that you use automated trading bots because in my experience, trading bots are often detrimental because we cannot fully control our trade.
356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stores that accept bitcoin as a payment on: June 07, 2019, 08:09:47 PM
I dont know if any common stores like walmart accepts bitcoin but Im currently using this (https://coinatmradar.com) to look for bitcoin atms and it works, sadly theres just one bitcoin atm here in my country, you can try and test it out to find bitcoin atms near you

That's right coinatmradar has almost 5000 bitcoin ATMs and US has more than 3000 ATMs, check https://coinatmradar.com/countries/.
If for a major store that accepts Bitcoin quite a lot, some time ago large companies AT & T also received bitcoin payments, quite a lot of which is also BitPlaza: https://www.bitplazashopping.com/.
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Harmony. +800% after IEO on: June 07, 2019, 07:54:48 PM
even after a few days we can see ONE prices in binance are very stable with not much movement but with trade which in my opinion is quite large.
for now the price may still be very good, but the development of the project is still very early, and we don't know what will happen in the future. because some events have not been shared yet, we will see it after the market is completely open to everyone.

Yes that's right, this project is still very early and just born, there are still a few people who have ONE. Usually a project like this did grow at first and after that there was a massive dump.
Not to mention the bounty hunters, they hold a number of ONE tokens but are still locked, when it is unlocked then the dump again happens.

At first, I saw this token very potential, because they had pocketed some money from investors before running the IEO.
358  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Very frustrating on: June 07, 2019, 07:30:15 PM
It is really frustrating that people are not bothering to learn in crypto! After seeing a historical bear market, I thought only true learners are staying strong! But with the BTC price growth, we have been seeing FOMO again! Without any development, just by tweeting TRON price increased 20%! And the same thing is doing the Binanve CEO! This is like smart manipulating! People should think twice before supporting an altcoin!

FOMO has become a habit among traders, so I don't think FOMO can be eliminated. Because most novice traders don't understand good and professional trading, they don't understand the technical so they use fundamentals where many FOMOs are in it.
359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is all this "Satoshi" drama? on: June 06, 2019, 11:43:18 PM

"If he really is, he can go onto bitcointalk.org and make a post under Satoshi’s account saying who he is. Otherwise he’s a lier. Or what? Did he forget his password?! Lier lier. And a twat."

If indeed the silly man claims he is satoshi, isn't it easy enough to prove it, he has an account here, just write a new thread with a satoshi account and declare that he is satoshi, if he forgets there is a second option by proving his wallet containing 1 million bitcoin at least that amount. But so far he has only argued and said silly that he is satoshi, yes this is full of stupid drama.
360  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto exchange Coinroom disappears with customers funds, Website Offline on: June 05, 2019, 06:46:35 PM
I am also concerned about the victims of the scam acquisition. Scam is the biggest problem for the crypto market since the past, even investor interest in the ICO has declined in 2018 due to the large number of scammers. Actually we need a platform that can handle scammers or a crypto police where all new crypto platforms have to do this crypto police, hopefully there are platforms like this to reduce scammers.
