341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Taking Profits on Altcoins Strategy on: April 27, 2021, 04:45:40 AM
I think your strategy is too complicated for new investors, what I advice is simple, take one-third of your investment out when the coin do 3X to 5X and let the rest run to 10X and take more out, by doing this you will have your investment back and sit in profit. For bear market learn how to hedge yourself and short the market, this is where the profit is because they there will be a lot of stupid money still sitting around and waiting to be scooped
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin liquidations briefly surpass Bitcoin. New altcoin era? on: April 27, 2021, 04:40:58 AM
These Doge crazy and most of these animal coins that pumped recently is as a result of ELon Musk shill Doge which causes spike in the prices of these coins. We are likely to see maximum pain from all these animal coins soon because none of them deserve their current valuation and smart people are watching this
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin has gone to the sky, a collection of Animal Coins on: April 27, 2021, 04:37:22 AM
The more things change, the more they remain thesame, when I see all these animal coins pump this way, I remember the last bull market, where do they people thing the money they are using to pump all these useless tokens are coming from, whales and exchange and when the dump starts, it would be epic, this type of pump makes me to thing the super cycle may stall
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB will remain valuable for a long time on: April 25, 2021, 06:39:58 PM
Thanks for BSC for giving Ethereum run for her money but the issue with BSC now is that most people on it are just their to make profit not to build, they are mostly clones of a successful project on Ethereum. I am waiting to see how the chain adapt to the forthcoming Ethereum hard fork, if all these changes on Ethereum bring the transaction fees down, they on what basis will BSC compete
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold Could be Next Bitcoin on: April 25, 2021, 06:37:15 PM
I know all these Bitcoin clones will pump one by one, just look at BCD and BTG recently, but they do not sustain their gains long term as compared to BTC because most of them are Pump and Dump. In a bull market any shit coin will pump but most will lose 90% of their gains in bear market
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the significance of taking profit on: April 25, 2021, 06:35:29 PM
I think we should understand difference between trading and Investing, if you are a trader, profit management is very important thing to learn and master because it can have a huge decision on your portfolio but if you believe we are still in bull market there is no need to rush to start taking profit because you are looking at a bigger time frame
347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BSC on: April 22, 2021, 08:52:40 PM
The issue with Ethereum is that the gas price won't come down to the level of BSC even when it come down. The issue is that the higher the price of Ethereum, the higher the gas fee, just look at what is happening now, BSC has open the mind of people that other chains can indeed become a good platform and attracts huge developers just like Ethereum has, I just hope projects like Solano and Polkadot leaves up to expectation
348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: April 22, 2021, 08:49:41 PM
Gold to me seems to be comleting its life cycle, there was a time when Cowries use to be valuable it is no more, though Gold will retain its value due to the demand for Jewelries and taste from high class people in the society but it will no longer be seen as the Store of Value that it is now. Crypto has come to take the front seat
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP Community Tells SEC: You Don't Represent Our Interest on: April 21, 2021, 09:20:10 PM
This is just the hand of Esau and the voice of Jacob, this move is by XRP team, looking to play to emotions, there is no doubt that average Joe has been affected with all these XRP fiasco but we do not have short memory, when Ripple team was dumping their self mined tokens on the market, who do you think they were dumping the tokens on, retail investors and a lot of people lost money holding ripple post 2018 bull run and this did not stop the team from selling the tokens
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto will be a trend, Momentum for replace fiat currency in the future? on: April 21, 2021, 09:13:57 PM
I don't see crypto replacing Fiat, Fiat has come to stay but Crypto has come to stay as an investment asset and with bog projects have strong lobbying power by paying up all these big people in finance and politics to join their advisory board, the path way for the future success is been laid
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any opinions on Reddcoin? on: April 21, 2021, 07:59:13 PM
I am not surprise to see all these low priced tokens pump since Doge coin did well recently and all these gamblers are looking for the next big thing in town. People need to watch it now because these is how whales work, pump one token and suck people in and dump on them, then they turn to bag holders, you will later sell to them at the bottom
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chia Cryptocurrency on: April 21, 2021, 07:53:24 PM
I read this in the newspapper, and people start buying many SSD in hongkong, the price of SSD also going up 30% from it is supposed to be. But what i dont understand, why we need chia ? Why not siacoin ? Filecoin ? The feature is looked similiar right ? Mining with HDD or SSD.
It is just like asking why do we need Solano and other smart contracts platform since we already have Ethereum. Chia is one project I have been waiting to see it launch because it promises things that the current competitors do not have, my fear is just that most of these coins will end up in the hands of Whales and big farmers because they have money to deploy and buy gears to mine it. I believe this will pump when it hit market so I will likely ride the hype
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: At $7.5 Dogecoin will be more valuable than BTC on: April 21, 2021, 07:46:42 PM
All these dreamers need to wake up from their slumble there is no way Doge market cap is going to surpass that of Bitcoin, look at the performance of DOge against BTC not against USD, Doge could one day hit $7.5 by then the price of BTC would be $1 million. I can't wait to see the price of Doge coin goes back to where it belongs
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT keeps getting better on: April 21, 2021, 07:43:06 PM
There is no doubt that USDT is the best Stable coins in the space, thanks to FUD from the competitors some of which are warranted but if not for USDT Crypto market will not be where we are presently. I just feel what Tether team need to do to cement their top position is better transparency and improve in public perception of the coin
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1 Million BNB Burnt today on: April 18, 2021, 09:45:05 PM
Hey,

If you are not aware of this, Binance today burnt 1 Million BNB worth $500 Million dollars. What is the expected price jump in BNB due to this?

Would love to know your feedback

The recent price pump in BNB token is as a result of buy the rumour and sell the news, this has been priced into the price again anyone buying expecting the price to go up now is going to lose money short term. I am very bullish on the tokens long term but if you think this burnt is going to affect the price after announcement then you have missed the opportunity
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins with incentives to hodl long term on: April 18, 2021, 09:41:40 PM
I'm wondering, are there any other planned or existing crypto, other than hex, with incentives to "lock" coins, thereby reducing selling pressure?

Yes, there are many tokens now that incentives those that stake their tokens, if you stake your coin/tokens you have interest accrued with time. Look at Sovryn have good incentives to those that stake their tokens and it is a very good project with huge potential for growth
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: INJ 16000$ missed the oppertunity. on: April 18, 2021, 09:37:53 PM
Please move on from this, if the price went to zero after you sold it, you will be like a genus today. You win some and lose some that is life and also people do not know what they want, you as a trader is different from you as an investor. The mind set of an investor is different from a trader and people seems to mix these two together
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deflationary Tokens on: April 18, 2021, 09:35:45 PM
I am not supporting of the idea deflation, it is bad for economy, people talk about deflation as if it is a good thing, Inflation is good but the rate just need to be relative to the rate of growth of the economy and also people talk about Bitcoin as if it is a deflated coin NO, BTC has inflation it is just that people understand the issuance rate and it is factor into the price that is why we see these fluctuation in prices over time.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin high fee has brought dogecoin to limelight on: April 17, 2021, 07:28:57 PM
Apart from Elon musk hyping dogecoin these past months that got price hanging at $0.05 now the price has gone skyrocket. The skyrocket price of doge I believe is becayof the high fees of bitcoin transaction.

Dogecoin is proving to be a more optional coin to bitcoin and that is undoubtedly pushing price high and for the first time dogecoin has made a return to faithful hodlers. Grin Roll Eyes

I doubt the price of Dogecoin went up because of Bitcoin high fees, there are ways people move money around now and it is majorly through Stable coins, people see Bitcoin has an investment asset now and will not just part with it, I cherish my Bitcoins and won't trade it for useless and joke coin like Doge and I believe many people hold this believe too
360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOGE is living proof of Influential Power of Rich People! on: April 17, 2021, 07:25:54 PM
People like Elon has great followers and if 10% of his followers buy into what he is promoting the price will surely pump the way Doge pump, but I see this has opportunity to make money, nothing else if you can beat them you join them, make cool money and move on, but I pity those buying Doge and thinking it has more room to pump
