I feel like some people aren't understanding that the 30% of the management fee is what will be distributed as dividends... not just profit for the Iconomi team. Fund manager keeps 70% of the fee they charge. 30% is split across 100,000,000 ICN.  If management fee for OFM is 1% @30%, they get 30% of 1%p. a. and most of it will be distributed as "dividends" among 87.000.000 (!). Or 1% of OFM NAV (nett asset value) diveded by 365, you get daily man. fee, and 30% of it is "daily" income for ICN holders, as stated, should be distributed weakly... ICNX and ICNP goes as 100% of the fee ... example: if OFM has flat NAV through the 365 days 100.000.000 EUR NAV 1% man. fee -> 1.000.000 EUR p.a. 30% of 1% -> 300.000 EUR p.a. 300.000 gets distributed among 87.000.000 ICN holders or 0,00345 EUR / ICN on yearly basis. That's the way I understand it. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I think it is still too early to calcualte OFM (DAMP) fees structure in details. Let's have the platform with ICNX released first. You have one fundamental mistake - dividends payments will always be distributed to all 100M ICN tokens |

Nothing much new as that they are working - currently we have closed beta. Yesterday were news how they will price Arrays that is 3-10% fees for managers and they will collect 30% of that fee. That looks really good when you think that swings in crypto are +- 10% daily. I've been reading a little bit into this project,but I feel like I'm missing something. Why can't someone else collect money like ICN did in its ICO and invest money into crypto to pay dividends?
... From projects that get like 10000+ BTC ICNOMI today has shown platform while projects like Lisk Waves DixDao are not even in beta or alfa to see some results so from me this is big + ICONOMI. That is something people forget or don't pay enough attention to. From all crypto projects out there, besides btc and ethereum who else had delivered anything functional? Besides the niche privacy coins that provide some kind of functionality with no/little UI all others are yet to deliver! Iconomi has a working platform with the right foundations in place. Sure, it is just the skeleton, and beta is still limited as it should be for this early stage. Having the first ever crypto index fund working with real money after 4 months is impressive. |

you can get a dividens, but you need store your ICN in your wallet, not in exchanges.
u mean Local pc wallet or which wallet u mean ! i have myetherwallet but no icn wallet on it You can send all ether based tokens to an Ether wallet. You can send ICN to your ether wallet the same way you send Ether. Not to ALL eth wallets. Make sure the wallet you are sending to supports ICN. For example jaxx wallet does not support ICN yet, and if you send it to coinbase eth wallet, those ICN are lost forever |

what?  If you mean ICNP, so no. They won't share their exit strategy. As for announcements - they will always be made after. They announce in which ICO they invested after ICO has ended, and the same will probably apply for selling. Not sure they need to announce what and how much they sold |

Well I guess they can start paying out dividends from the beta platform, but they will be measly pennies, since not a lot of money are rolling there. And what will happen is this - people will start coming over crying "Are those the long awaited dividends, some lousy fractions of cents" and someone's going to explain to them that it's just beta, not much money involved, but they won't be satisfied cause they've come here to rage, not to get explanation, then more will come and ask the same thing of course, nobody will ever bother to read the previous posts or inform themselves in any way. Just go on some forum and rage.
The dude above me I'm not sure, I guess he wants to hear the latest news. Just go on Reddit or read the previous pages in this thread, or go to ICONOMI's medium and read it all firsthand.
Btw, the last few pages are surprisingly adequate. It's been a while since there was such a coherent discussion in the ICONOMI thread.

The dividends I'm talking about is from the profits gained with our money from the ICO.
This is a small token of appreciation to the ICO investors which is long overdue. In the
long run this will show intent of the dev's to progress the project and should help stabilize
the ICN price because we are all working on good will ATM.
I don't see sence for cashing out BTC just to show that they can. They have to make from those ICOs profits but like with most startups to get cash back you need time. You can cash out lite by lite ICNP but that will mostly crash those starting ICOs before they fly. We need cash out on pumps. If they will pump BTC  ... they why not cash out this one to ^^ Regarding ICNP - one of the conditions for Iconomi to invest in an ICO is that they see long term value of the project. The fund is not looking for short p&d. Dividends are like the rook in chess - it comes in play relatively in a late stage of the game. |

Paying dividend will show the token is real, not a few screenshots of a Platform to be.
It takes time to develop platform that handles people's money. You can't have shortcuts with that. The team has to take the time to build and test the platform properly. This is the first platform of that kind - first crypto index-based fund and first token of that type (ICNX). If you think it can be delivered faster, you know nothing about development. |

Has anyone experience their withdrawal from kraken cancelled every time? I've tried withdrawing 3 times already and its always cancelled. I have bought some ICN last night as decides to send them to myetherwallet today. Frustrating to see I can't send them even after the withdrawal confirmation from my email.
