I think is something wrong with the code. I've stacked 50K coins for 3 days and I got only 4 BSX stacking 3 times which is far away from the 50%, this is something like 1% APR instead of 50%.
yea they've known for a while pos is bugged, I informed them a few weeks ago and I was told the 50% fork would fix it though from the code it was obvious it wouldn't. they are working on it now apparently, its either a case of stake at the pitiful rewards or hoard weight I'm afraid mate. Well this explain the low price of the coin. |

Always! This is all about in this world, to be your own bank, to own your money. Never keep the money on exchanges, make the trade and always withdrawal the money to your wallet. that doen't help you much if the exchange scams yall while you make the trade... I made me a usual LTC haul from Coinsmarkets to Cryptopia after buying for 140k cheap as hell and then I see they have disabled withdrawals and Coinsmarkets started to 'malfunkshun'  and then they stole all my precious Ke$h. Recently they've been noticed dumping millions of COLX and XSH from the exchange accounts. I hope those FBI guys catch then but they won't return stolen money to us ofc. The government of the US prefers to keep all dem dirty dollars for themselves. Just to become as dirty as those they catch. Well to avoit this matter too you can trade the amount you have in chunks, let's say if you want to sell an alt for 5 btc, you send and sell for 1 BTC, you withdrawal, repeat 5x. About Coinmarkets, well they burnt a lot of people because they offered POS and many people were just holding the coins on the exchange to earn interest. Not a smart idea. |

I'm still hoping that the wallet sync issue fix will be released soon. My wallet has been out of sync for over 3 weeks. I still don't understand how some insaners have a working wallet while others don't. That's insane!
Try to make a sync from 0. Save your wallet.dat file and delete the hole INSN folder located in %appdata% than run the insane-qt and wait to full sync. Replace the wallet.dat Thank you. I did a variation of what you said by deleting everything inside the appdata INSN folder except for the conf file and wallet.dat It looks lthe wallet is all sync'd up now. Hopefully I can get some stakes now. Awesome! You'll get your share eventually. |

That's just great but I have no idea how to use it anyway. Cryptopia needs some 'message' and there's no manual on how to add that message as if we all are Linux gurus to figure it out all by ourselves. And this one costs a lot so I don't wanna lose the transaction in case I sign it wrong  I guess i need to choose 'Sign message' then click on 'Sign message' and there's no OK, only 'verify' 'dismiss' or X  we need a manual for the wallet! We never need a manual for any QT wallets out there right? We don't need manuals for Monero wallet either... but THIS... We are not like any coin out there, Monero or anything else. To sign a message just fill the "Data" field with the message provided by the cryptopia wallet and that's it. P.S. To not make this "cost you a lot", first send a test amount of 2-3 coins and see if you get them into your wallet. This is recommended when you send any coin out there, before you move large amounts of money. |

fork it +1 Yes. There will be another fork soon. We will end POW mining at block 200 000. Since there will be no POW distribution anymore. We will also extend POS interest a bit higher and distribution will continue only via proof-of-stake protocols. BSX will be soon pure POS. Please reduce the POS interest per year to have less supply to stop inflation in the future. +1 for this subject also less supply more demand I told them to either have a total supply or reduce POS interest per year to have less supply, like you said "Less supply more demand", but they did not listen. This is not true, that "Less supply = more demand" I know a coin which is very hot right now just because it have 50% interest and have a circulating supply of 25 billions, why, just because almost all the POS coins out there have 5-10% which is good for inflation but doesn't attract investors because is not worth staking. You'll say "yes but if more coins will be produced the more coins people will sell" again you are wrong because people are greedy and the more they have and more they stake, the more they want to have, to get even more. If you'll change the POS to let's say 5% people and the coin is pure POS than people will loose interest as I saw in others projects and they was forced to introduce masternodes to make people happy which will lead to the same infaltion you are talking about with higher costs (more coding, more money to exchanges as you'll need a new chain, etc..). Just my 2 cents! P.S. Exactly the 50% interest made me buy some BSX as I invest only in POS coins with 25%+ interest and never fail to make very nice profits. You'll say "Aha, you are greedy too" no, I just bet on the greedy nature of the people involved in crypto. I don't even stake the coins I buy and I just hold them until I make at least 10x profit which in this case BSX will need to reach around 400 sats. |

They look like two different projects. How does EQT have value with this seemingly newer platform coming out?
Both EQT and Aluna.social are owned by the same guy, @onemanatatime on twitter. As far as I know Equitrader token might rebrand to Aluna and become the token used in Aluna.social platform, bringing more exposure to it. This sounds interesting. I'm waiting to see into what it will turn in the future. |

It would be nice if Bismuth was listed on a popular exchange with good volume, so far cryptopia is the only decent one. Has anyone tried getting it listed on exchanges like Bittrex?
We contacted several exchanges, including Bittrex, but all refused us due to custom implementation. We hope this will change after the RPC implementation. |

Fair price for Bismuth  Is the price above real. In which exchange Bismuth hit 6 dollars. I don't see this graph on criptopia. Maybe some other exchange with very few volume. Were some coins on sell order on Octaex like 2.5K BIS and someone bought them at 10x the price of cryptopia.
