341  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Smart Bitcoin Investments - the #1 source for Bitcoin investing knowledge on: March 20, 2018, 09:42:23 AM
Did you know Dubai is set to become the world's first completely Blockchain centered society? Everything including passports, land deeds, banking info, and your driver's license will be on the Blockchain - completely transparent and working seamlessly with each other.

Before cryptocurrency can take off there has to be a real use case for it in day to day life (otherwise it is just virtual money). Once Dubai is able to solidify their position as a fully integrated Blockchain society then it will not be difficult to imagine the rest of the world following suit.

If you are in the Dubai area and would like to learn more about how you can effectively buy BTC check out our newest article:

342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than gold on: March 14, 2018, 02:20:10 AM
Gold is a dependable store of value and will only gain value in times of a crisis. It works as a great hedge against fiat currencies considering how their price movements have flip-flopped since the dollar was taken off the gold standard.

Bitcoin is a limited supply of value that will only increase in value as more people and services adopt it.

They are both contrasts when compared to the dollar but very different kinds of store of value.

Coinbase may be the most popular exchange around, especially if you are in the United States or Canada. With their mobile app, buying and selling crypto is seamless and easy. Right now they have 4 cryptocurrencies - Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash - and are rumored to introduce Ripple in the near future.

If you have been considering Coinbase as a legitimate place to buy Bitcoins then our latest review will be useful for you.

Appreciate the feedback magneto. These are some very helpful tips and I will upgrade the guide accordingly.  Smiley

Although the website is centered around Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency investing, it is important to stress the benefits of other assets like precious metals so we went ahead and created a Gold IRA rollover guide. Those who learn mostly from the crypto-universe will gain knowledge about gold, silver investing which will help in the long-run.  Grin

Nothing wrong with more and more websites popping up re Bitcoin, but am highly doubtful of Bitcoin investments that are actually viable. Your latest post, for example, resembles more of the typical, run-of-the-mill HYIP than anything else. Don't you think 1% a day just sets off all sorts of alarms, especially when you're allowed to "reinvest" at the end of those 140 days? Even the best legitimate Bitcoin generating opportunities out there are at best low single digit interest rates (margin loans at some of the big exchanges, for example).

Careful you don't get tempted to write reviews and earn referral commissions, or you descend down the route of hyip site. You're an investment knowledge site, maybe focus more on education and awareness?

Good point. It seems right after I completed the post, USI Tech came under strict regulations in both U.S. and Canada, so I would be wary of investing into it for the time being. In fact, if you are invested within USI-Tech I would advise that you start taking your BTC out. A friend got me into it and although it may sound great for a quick return, over the long run I think USI Tech is a scheme.

You are correct about creating articles for the legitimate investor in cryptocurrency and specifically Bitcoin. I think I will be turning the site into a high value, long-form content sort of website.  Cheesy Appreciate the genuine insight.

For the time being, we have shared another great post on Why Bitcoin Is Valuable And Will Be Part Of Our Future. I think Bitcoin will be the staple crypto for the next few years....maybe not forever but definitely for a good while. 347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever convince or encourage someone to invest in Bitcoin? on: January 07, 2018, 05:25:16 AM
Bitcoin has been awesome and will always be awesome. We, who have been involved in Bitcoin since the very early days understand this very well. However, for the laymen, for the people who don't really understand the technical aspects of Bitcoin or those who only watch the mainstream media are skeptic about Bitcoin. Since, all they hear in the News is how Bitcoin can be used for illegal activities and how it offers complete anonymity (common misconception) to people to do what they need on Internet.

Have you ever convinced or encouraged anyone to invest in Bitcoin and did you have success? Of course, since we know that we are giving a good advice, so we would usually advice our own family members or friends about this.

In the past few months, I encouraged some of my friends to invest in Bitcoin. They had a lot of questions about it from technical perspective and I helped them understand. They invested in Bitcoin and are very happy with the returns. And now this information propagates and more people will get involved in Bitcoin.

In my humble opinion, as a Bitcoin enthusiast, we can help understand people the positive aspects of Bitcoin. The price of Bitcoin is still in the very initial stages and those of us who really understand what Bitcoin offers, know that Bitcoin Price is only 1/10th of what it's worth right now.

What are the most common responses you get from laymen about investing in Bitcoin?

Some popular ones I receive are:

1. "Oh, it's already too expensive, I cannot afford to buy it."
2. "The governments don't regulate it, why should I invest in it?"
3. "It's an illegal currency and only cyber criminals use it."
4. "What backs up Bitcoin? For example US Dollar is backed by Trust (all time favorite response Cheesy), but what backs up Bitcoin?"
5. "The market is way too volatile to invest."
6. "You can't really use Bitcoin as a currency."

Indeed through SEO I have been able to reach a wide audience of people around the subject of Bitcoin and IRA's. I think cryptocurrency is the future of 401k's and will help to secure and solidify retirement accounts for generations with ease. One can allocate equal amounts to other people and dispense at certain periods of time under certain conditions. Plus, you always want to invest in something that is growing rather than dying. 348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Now Climbing Back Again !! on: January 07, 2018, 04:59:34 AM
The further Bitcoin gets from $10,000 ea the harder it gets for the mainstream person to actually obtain a Bitcoin. Pretty soon the price will hit $20,000 and eventually 30, 40, 50k. From there it will likely skyrocket to six figures and above. The main questions remain when, why and how it will happen.
349  Economy / Speculation / Re: Its too late to invest in Bitcoin! on: January 07, 2018, 01:15:01 AM
Just look at the overall potential of the coin, not necessarily the price. Bitcoin is only in the 5 figure range and there are many experts who are predicting that the price can hit the million dollar range which is 7 figures.

If it ever hits this point it would be an over 10,000% gain. The same can be achieved with other altcoins but overall I would say that Bitcoin is less risky compared to most every other coin, but most of the value gains have probably already been achieved by the initial "Bitcoin Millionaires".

To answer your question Bitcoin still has a long way to go and can easily give you great returns. But if you're searching for BIG fish then you're better off gambling with a lesser known coin and hoping that it gains traction.

For those interested in an excellent Bitcoin passive investment opportunity that takes advantage of the power of compound interest check out USI Tech. You simply purchase a package for 50 Euros and have it paid back to you in about 1% increments per working day until you reach 140% Return on Investment.

The downside is that you have to put your Bitcoins away for some time (at least 140 working days but you get it all back within 100 days), but the USI Tech team specializes in compounding capital and investing in assets/business opportunities that bring a healthy return for investors. The best part is their package 100% auto rebuy option which enables investors to really make a good return with their seed capital.

USI Tech investment opportunity:
- Forex and crypto trading
- Arbitrage
- Custom Bitcoin and Ethereum mining investments
- ATMs
- Leasing patented technology

Our strategy is to purchase a set number of packages and set the rebuy to 100%. Then for the rest of your commissions simply reinvest or earn from affiliate commissions.

Here is my review of USI Tech:

With the lightning network and SegWit2x still planned for the future, I only see Bitcoin becoming stronger as these new developments grow.

The LN will solve the problem of slow txn speeds which has been plaguing traders lately and would actually make Bitcoin Cash somewhat obsolete. I can see Bitcoin and Litecoin developing a stronger relationship to the point where Bitcoin will be used as an investment vehicle while Litecoin is used for instant transactions for food, clothing, etc. This could be a great solution to the current problem of high fees and slow payments in the long run.

Bitcoin Gold coming out in 12 hours is about to complicate things even more.  Grin I have a feeling something similar will happen with it.....and since it is technologically superior than Bitcoin Cash I guess this was bound to happen.

I'm going to scoop up some cheap BTC in the morning. Ciao

The Bitcoin Cash fork is on the 13th so we still have another day of BTC price carnage.  Grin
Bitcoin gold you mean, and Bitcoin cash forked back in August.

Nope, I mean the 13th. And well technically it isn't a fork but an upgrade to the existing Bitcoin Cash technology. https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-cash-developers-set-date-november-hard-fork/

The Bitcoin Gold hard fork is today - the 12th.

355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fiat Currency Will be Laughable in Five Years Says Billionaire Tim Draper on: November 11, 2017, 11:54:08 PM
The only way cryptocurrencies will replace Fiat is if crypto becomes Fiat in another form. I don't see the governments losing their grasp of power, but I do predict a revolution in the way that we hold, carry and transact money.

Cryptocurrency is a new technology with many advantages. It would be foolish for governments to regulate it and not adopt it at some point.
356  Economy / Speculation / Will Bitcoin price come back up? on: November 11, 2017, 07:44:34 PM
After the recent string of events involving the cancellation of SegWit2x and pumping of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) by miners, Roger Ver, South Korean exchanges and others, I have a feeling this is just noise to scare off short-term investors and for institutions to buy in at good prices. I am still confident that Bitcoin will hold strong as long as the core developers exist and SegWit2x is in the plans. We may even see the lightning network come to fruition sometime in 2018.

With the Bitcoin Gold (12th) and Bitcoin Cash (13th) forks coming in the next two days, I predict quite a bit of movement within the market capitalizations of all these coins & altcoins.

How low do you think the price of Bitcoin will drop before it goes back up again?

If you are having trouble deciding what to do for retirement - in terms of the economy and cryptocurrency, then don't feel lost at all. There are still many ways one can profit from this immense opportunity. The truth is that we are only in the beginning stages of the crypto boom. Those who are able to time the market and make smart decisions will be the ones who prosper over the long run. If you or someone you know is considering cryptocurrency as an investment for retirement feel free to refer them to this guide:

P.S. We are expanding our articles very soon and will have much more content for people who are just getting into Bitcoin.
358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: November 02, 2017, 08:32:17 PM
I'm not too surprised. There's been a lot of movement and hype around both the Bitcoin Gold fork and the upcoming SegWit2x hard fork.

I am guessing that there are a number of big whales buying in along with normal people who are just now realizing the massive potential of Bitcoin. I would still be cautious with Bitcoin until the hype around the SegWit2x fork clears, and see what happens with the 2 coins.

Regardless, I can't see Bitcoin losing value after what happened with Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, etc but you never know. Just don't invest more than you can afford and you will be okay.

I want to finish building out my App for Birthday gift giving.  Grin

I plan to implement the ability to send Bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies) as gifts to other people complete with messages and animations. I think this could really making sending Bitcoins easier for some people and really streamline the whole process for millions of people.

Now that I think about this project more.... I am getting more excited for the completion of it. I can help people save so much time learning about Bitcoin and have fun doing it. I can't wait to release my app.
