What a game! 76ers beat the Memphis Grizzlies in OT successfully without Embiid and stopped Ja Morant from doing his thing and I think it was the best defensive play I've ever seen in the NBA. Though he managed to pass the ball to his teammate, the shot was not successful forced a turned over and the 76ers closed the game with 3 points lead and +2 points in a buzzer-beater.

3402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: February 01, 2022, 02:03:13 AM
The gambling industry will always stay profitable, however, regulations will be stricter especially in poor countries, but in rich countries where most people can afford to gamble, they will just likely increase the taxes so the government will benefit from the industry. With the popularity of crypto gambling as well, it gives the regulators more opportunity to earn and the entire industry will grow as gambling across borders made possible and easy with cheap transaction cost.

I think the poor countries will be given consideration and they will put the regulations on the country where most people are rich and they are only securing their earnings with that kind of so-called regulations. We might not see the gambling industry spiking in the metaverse but it is assured that they will gonna be there as soon as they see a huge number of people going there. Makes me think that the rich will be more prone to this kind of entertainment because they can afford it and regulations are always behind them.
3403  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Former miss USA jumps to her death on: February 01, 2022, 01:36:12 AM
It may just be that she was going through a lot, but not any different from what most people are facing but suicide really is never the solution. If she had good friends, they would have noticed her being suicidal and depressed and try spend more time with her or better still, get her help. Not pushing blame to anyone but her for giving up the fight, i hope her soul finds rest.

Her post has something to do with depression and I'm thinking that her friends don't really know what's going on maybe they used to see her posting like this because if it's rare, they would have to go to her place immediately or call her to talk with her about her situation. It's not really a way to escape everything in this world but depression will make you do that no matter how much popularity you have and if you haven't got someone to talk to, it multiplies a lot.
3404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sologenic snapshot for XRP holders is the worst I've seen so far on: February 01, 2022, 01:07:12 AM
Sologenic airdrop for XRP holders could be the worse of them all, imagine holding 700$ worth of XRP just to get some free sologen airdrops and you ended with 1$ worth of this token in your binance wallet, is this just my luck or others got the same reward?

It's just simply the same with mining altcoin with only 1 GPU, it gives you an unreasonable amount of that coin but the price won't matter to you because you want to hodl it for years hoping that it will become expensive in the future. The project is only in its early stage where lots of things can happen and it might be the best chance to keep grinding it as long as you have the necessary resources and just keep it in your wallet and leave it there like you don't have it.
3405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Thurman vs Barrios - Feb 5 on: January 31, 2022, 11:03:11 AM

Great analysis though, on point, because if Thurman wants to have a bigger fight after a win, he should win convincingly, and there's no other way to make the fight convincing but to KO an opponent, so yes, there's a better chance that he will win by KO, and I'm with you on your bet.

He needs to vie it all here as it's his last fight if he still wants to revive his popularity which was already subsided years ago. But Thurman is one of the popular entertainers in the boxing industry, he can still be a good asset if he somehow loses this fight and decided to be like Porter, a boxing commentator. The fight is next week and that would be a must-watch for me since I want to see him fight and get back in the ring after this.
3406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IMF urges El Salvador to remove Bitcoin as legal tender on: January 31, 2022, 04:46:05 AM
If they can find some way to resolve this problem then you can say that they really are not joking about their implementation of bitcoins in their country. I think they already have some plans to counter this problem and they will try as hard as they can to resolve and further strengthen their vision towards the future with Bitcoin. They're just facing a common problem as an investor but the only problem is they are a whole country and all eyes are on them watching closely if they can survive or totally collapse with their dreams.
3407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WildRig Multi 0.31.2: multi-algo miner for AMD & NVIDIA on: January 31, 2022, 04:11:14 AM
Guys, I'm using this software to mine Raptoreum and I was thinking how will I know my progress? I mean, how to see my current balance cause all I can see is these codes. I already put my wallet address on the bat file though.

How to know how many coins I currently mined? and how to claim them to my Raptoreum wallet?
3408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 31, 2022, 03:42:24 AM
Atlanta Hawks are able to get the win. Trae Young is awesome with great and big production. He can really carry this team with good support. It's been a while that the Hawks get a main scorer until they drafted Trae Young.
He has the potential and someday, maybe he can bring the Atlanta Hawks to either Conference Finals or much better to NBA Finals. He just needs to remain all-healthy as much as possible.

They are in the playoff tree somehow and they have a big chance to further increase their rank when they played such a clutch and won crucial games against strong teams. The Lakers are not doing well these days and they may throw their spot on the top 10 in the western conference if they lose against easy opponents. Looks like their star players are not really the best combination ever. The players aren't bad, they just don't fit with each other playing on the same team.
3409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's wrong with Privacy Coin? on: January 31, 2022, 03:11:23 AM
This is simple logic since not every coin out there will reach its ATH if the investors don't really want to join the bull run. Looks privacy coins are not really essential for investing due to this kind of flaw no matter how many influencers on Youtube promote them with any kind of click baits. I've been into XMR too but the current price is too high for me to even invest since I can only afford low investment, I prefered to invest in NFT coins or Meme coins which are cheap and trend right nowadays.
3410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One Bitcoin on: January 30, 2022, 01:17:06 PM
You're not alone in this journey bro, we have many users like you and they have their own way to save bitcoins and hold them until it reaches their preferred price. Your story is common but the difference is you shared your first step with us and you are pretty confident with that. I hope you will be successful with that 1 BTC and may you persevere and have patience when a bearish market takes place this year. Don't worry about the people who rush to sell their bitcoins in panic, they only give some opportunities to the real investors.
3411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins like Monero to mine? on: January 30, 2022, 12:38:35 PM

I thought BTT was still accepting GRIN. I saw GRIN trading at $0.22 and has been constantly losing its value since its inception. Logic said: That's a buying opportunity. Then I learned BTT wasn't accepting GRIN anymore so while the price is still low, the logic that justifies a higher price for the future isn't there anymore and that means I can't make an educated guess for that project because I don't know any other positive news about it.

Without an analysis like that above, you will be throwing a dice.

I tried to mine GRIN earlier when I first read your reply but it seems to me like the amount that I'm getting does not really cover up the price of my GPU when it will broke by mining it 24 hours Grin Grin

I decided just to buy some early coins that haven't been reached their ATH yet when I have some spare cash to spend on altcoins. I can also buy some GRIN if I want, depending on my mood.

Maybe if I can increase my hash rate, it will be possible to mine it but right now it seems impossible and unreasonable to mine it without any assurance of its developments and updates in the future.

3412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Amir Khan vs Kell Brook - Feb 19, 2022 on: January 30, 2022, 11:30:07 AM
Boxing fans may eventually face kel brook now matchroom boxing promoter hern has sparked speculation, claiming that preliminary talks are underway between the broadcaster and their representatives. Hern said about a possible fight between khan and brooke behind the gloves I think you get it yes I think some broadcasters are looking at it. There is still a big fight which was not once, there is certainly discussion both fighters are former world champions.

They are indeed entertaining to watch because once again they will prove to the world that they can still box and they still have the certain skills that made them champions once in their pro careers. I think its the best for them to make this fight as if their last because of the match potential for them to be known and will make some influence to other activities in the boxing industry. Khan is already famous but this fight will give him chance to further expand his popularity to the public.
3413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 30, 2022, 10:51:50 AM
The 76ers are lucky that the shot from Barnes didn't go in or it will be a lot of questions from the official and so does the madness from the whole Philadelphia fans. That's obviously a timeout before the 5-second count and Georges Niang pointed the ball on their side.
Joel Embiid with a great performance once again in the 3rd quarter while they are down by a high figure and he continues after his rest at the 4th.
He now climbed the 3rd spot of the MVP race next to Giannis and Durant at 4th because of the injury.

Joel Embiid has a high chance to make it because of his improvement this year while being one of the best players in the NBA today. Imagine? After all of his contributions to the team with his strong and unstoppable skills on the court, he still fills some rooms with his new improved shots and dribbling skills. they are 3rd in the Eastern Conference with their 4th winning streak, if this will continue, they will have high chances to get to the top in the east which will further boost his popularity to gain the fan's votes for this year's MVP.
3414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Altcoins like Monero to mine? on: January 30, 2022, 10:22:39 AM
I wonder if anyone of you guys knows a certain coin to mine that hasn't even reached a year or two? or maybe a coin that can be mined and the rewards are high no matter how low the price of that coin in the crypto market today. I tried to mined XMR nowadays but I was thinking if I only managed to mined this coin in its early years, I would have become a millionaire with just an easy step. I mined Monero with my CPU and it feels like I didn't do anything with my PC though the amount is super low, I don't really care if I can mine the same coin but a new one.
3415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 29, 2022, 01:00:55 PM
And another win for the Phoenix Suns. Someone stop these guys. 9th winning streak. Chris Paul keeping his cool despite being fouled hard by an annoyed Prince, well that's after he nutmeg him.  Grin But we could see how much he grown. He won't let those type of reactions get the better of him.
Big numbers for CP3 earning a triple-double. 2nd for the season and 21st for his career. Something that should be celebrated by the Suns team as he gets better and so does their chemistry.

They're on it again last night and their next game will be on their court which gives them a big advantage because they're on their rhythms again like they break their winning streak record of their franchise last year. Man! if they really made a comeback to take a second chance to break this record in a single season, they're really an amazing team and their main roosters should be preserved as the GSW does with Green, Curry, and Thompson.
3416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: State Senator Introduces Bill to Make Bitcoin Legal Tender in Arizona on: January 29, 2022, 12:28:56 PM
The State of Arizona can pass the bill, but it needs to abide with the constitution of America. Maybe it can give access to shops and other services the legality to be used. Bitcoin to be a legal tender can't be made, maybe there'll be different laws that can get an exclusion. I'm not that technical, but from a common man's view this isn't gonna happen for now.

At least they've tried to pass the bill and maybe they have some plans after that in order to make it real in the future. Since they already know that it has a high percentage outcome to be denied on the upper hands once it reached them, I'm sure they have some other backup plans in the future. This kind of proposal is rare back then and we will see these kinds of bills more often once the other nations will also make their countries a Bitcoin Legal Tender and crypto-friendly nation.
3417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 28, 2022, 10:24:21 AM
Most of the time, when you say Warriors the player that they think first is Curry and Thompson and they aren't thinking about other players like Wiggins.

There's no problem about him being counted as an all-star but the problem is they make him a starter right away. Anyway, we cannot decide things that have already been finalized and all we can do is have fun watching this upcoming NBA all-stars week which is the best time to spend with your families and friends. I wonder who would be the candidates for the Slamdunk contest, one of my favorite all-star activities.
3418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Thurman vs Barrios - Feb 5 on: January 27, 2022, 12:00:05 PM

Exactly, Keith Thurman isn't that good anymore, we can really see the way how he move in his last fight against Manny Pacquiao, he's slowly decaying and the fact the haven't got a fight since 2019 will be his disadvantage in the ring unlike Mario Barrios who had professional fights every year since his debut on 2013. Aside from that fact, Barrios has the upper hand here in this fight also the reach.
Either way, seems like Thurman is just chasing the money in this business and trying to use his name even if the lose or win.

We can see if they really put some huge effort into their training when they step in the ring because if they show the same moves and skills as their last fights, that will be their big mistake because their opponent can easily predict where they going and how to counter their moves. No matter how experienced both of them are in the ring, if they only show the same style, the match would end early. I still wanted to see Thurman fight after this though he cannot assure to win this one. I'm sure that if he wins this fight somehow, will give himself some boost of confidence to take on another championship fight.
3419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Show a newbie the way on: January 27, 2022, 11:36:02 AM
Now that bear market is slowly taking over the market what can a newbie do to make money in a bear market? Staking is a bad idea in bear market I heard, even mining coins are not profitable in bear market too so what's the way forward?

First things first, don't forget to invest what you can afford to lose because the gain is not guaranteed to come back at its appropriate time. You might gonna think that it's ok to borrow money since the market will recover anyway. Yes! it would recover but doesn't say that it will recover soon. it can take days, months or a year depending on how the big-time investors respond to the current situation of the crypto market. You can also add some tweaks about good news in crypto or anything related to some big time investment like Elon Musk does.
