The blockchain was stucked for hours due to low hashrate and high difficulty and mined coins need a 100 block to get confirmed.

That is a different coin (SHA-256 algo). The ticker for this coin is supposed to be CASH and it's not listed yet.

So it's rolling again but the diff is still 64.

I got back into mining it to see if the difficulty will change after the next block.

Add this to your conf file:
addnode=104.207.142.169

Or add this to your wallet's console
addnode 104.207.142.169 add

Edit: nevermind, I get the same if I restart the wallet. Apparently the last block was so long ago that the wallet thinks it's not synced.

Apparently thanks to the difficulty retarget being lazy as hell the diff is still 64 and the blockchain is being stuck for hours because I guess a lot of x11 rentals and miners stopped mining.

I still have some for sale, pm if interested.

I think forgeting this coin is necessary if OP can't even setup diff retarget.
