Yup.. If you succeed, IFC will eventually become one giant loan payment.

Even if you eliminate interest, the credits, fees and the hoarding will destroy IFC before it has a chance to show its true potential.

Next you'll want to call it the CMF, Crypto Monetary Fund, and use it to impose austerity measures on the miners and pools that do not comply with your standards. Roll Eyes

HT xD

firstly if loans are considered it will be a totally different website  ( I don't really want to do loans snaz31 does )

the most we would be encouraging to save would be 1 blocks worth that's not really hording it ( we will lower that amount as the block size gets smaller )

the savings part is only the first of many projects that will be for IFC once there are quality services for IFC they can only help it  Smiley

the start of this project will be up and running very soon  Smiley

Have fun trying. It will surely fail as anyone willing to trust ANY bank in this day and age, is a fool.

snaz31 also says its ok to sell cheap trust votes and/or forum accounts...  What would his price be on some or all of your savings ?

3405  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Satoshi Dice -- Statistical Analysis on: July 20, 2013, 07:39:59 AM
Provably fair has nothing to do with bitcoin blockchain (although some provably fair sites use the block hash as part of the calculation).

Pravably fair means that you can prove that the result was not manipulated by the house.

you can see the details of the provably fairness of the SD bet clicking on it details.

for example: http://www.satoshidice.com/full.php?tx=116e1bed713524656eb8b70be537daafbe9a7cf9bc32b4d56cd2d786a743c17b
Then why does SD claim that bets are "provably trustworthy" ?

Or is SD only implying the provfair standard is in effect ?

I don't really understand your point.  I think "trustworthy" and "fair" are being used interchangeably here.  It's nothing to do with blocks or confirmations.  It's to do with SD being unable to decide who wins and who loses in an unfair manner.

Thanks for making things clear guys. Smiley

Hey! its all manwin content just don't go there.....

Teen section is hot, really they got much better legs for doing the bouncing than the milfs or older ladies, and it shows when in the action.

Teens are children.

If that is what this coin is about, I will delete/destroy my coins and be done with it.

i'm lost what u r on about actually?

Something we all need to be cognizant of, especially in this thread, is that this is NOT silk road. Sexcoin should NEVER in any way support illegal activities. Personally I don't, and really I would pull MY support of this coin if I found that it suddenly was a favorite conduit for many of the potential pitfalls that surrounds the "Adult Entertainment Industry". Safe, Sane, Consensual is a rule of thumb. Be mindful of all the stigma that Bitcoin has had to overcome when posting here.

100% agree.

i think i missed what started Hippie Tech comments

Your website did ! uugh..

Why you do not understand that watching child-like teens, will only give those against the crypto movement, more ammunition.

Don't get me started on sites like RKings and how they prey on the drunken, drugged, young and impressionable.

If you are not a mormon, look into it because they also like them young. You'll fit right in.

HT xD

Who's website? I have no idea what the hell ur on about in here and as far as I am aware sxcoin has no association with any illegal websites?

I think the coin's name will be a good novelty when it starts trading (after it has usefulness aswell), longterm it could do well, and the average users will think of it more in a fun way as fun thing.

Pardon my brain fart but I meant fendlesitck's porn site. And, I never said it was illegal, but it should be.

21+ all the way !! Grin

How many +12v rails/combined amps and what is it's rating ? eg. 80+ gold.. ect..

If its a budget like psu, I wouldn't push it too hard.

Sounds like the 5830s are using the same rail.

Sadly it's only getting worse.  We are beyond a 24 hour retarget at this point.  Even 24 hours is bad, because in reality all that means is that only 480 blocks are mined for each retarget period (~2 days right now).  That's quite a bit shy of the target 1440 blocks that are supposed to be created each day.

Yes, some action is required here. I am researching the best retarget times now. So not to introduce other undesired side effects.
I am thinking now of 5 - 10 min retarget intervals. So we will do a hard fork in the near future to break this feedback cycle.

Titan

See if you can re-target based on time rather than block count, it should be pretty easy to do as each block has a timestamp so an "if greater than timestamp = x then adjust". Most devs take the easy way out and just change the block count parameter because it's easier to calculate when the last change occured, but just look at all the coins that have been high diff locked by the flash mining crowd to see that's pretty hopeless.

I think an elapsed time diff adjustment, like 10min, 30min, 1hr or more should be good, just depends on  how long you are prepared to leave the block rate out of range. If you adjust frequently, say every 10min, then you could set a limit like no more than +/- 10% change every 10min. So the ups and downs are a  bit more graceful.

If you went time based adjustments ask people to nominate the interval and the percentage to see whats prefered. You could even run a poll with some choices to see what miners want.

eg.

Interval  Max diff adjustment
 10min   10%
 30min   50%
 60min   unlimited
 ...

I see your point now. This is an interesting idea.
There might be a problem if consecutive block numbers do not have consecutive time stamps.
I have to think a bit about it.

Certainly I am open to new ideas from the community to make the network more robust and secure and give a fair share to all miners.

Titan

You may want to look at Mincoin's diff adjustment.  It handles the hashrate bursts rather well.

Or.. you could.. as a courtesy, to each coin's core movement, decide that coin hopping is BAD BUSINESS.

Thanks bud, great promotion!

Edit, have given you your trust feedback (first person I ever did that for)...

Selling trust ratings for  a few pennies of IFC is not cool.

Happy to have some coins and check out his website but I won't be helping set him up with cheap false trust for scams.
yes trust is for 2 way transactions not one way transactions

Then why exactly did it let me do it? Go talk to the site admin, not me! There is a comment section, nowhere on my trust rating did I say I put up any money! But the guy promised to send the coins and came through! Jesus christ! People can always READ the comments in the trust section and see what exactly happened, okay bud??? Next time I choose to do something, should I run it by you all first? LMAO
i was speaking to the OP, you are obviously free to give trust to whomever you wish

Well that is awful funny because you seem to commenting regarding mine and the other chaps comments as shown by the little sub thread above... But hey so glad to have your blessing there even if it contradicts your original comment. Lol

You should read ELiOt's comments again as both are valid.

Selling merit points IS SKETCHY (especially when done under the false pretences of a give-away) and those that choose to vote for the OP are free to do so.

Those that do sell or fake votes should be aware that this will cast them under a similar light.

This also a huge dis-service to Bitcointalk and their efforts to provide us with a viable rating system.

HT xD

Once and for all and this is the last thing I will say about it: I was NOT selling trust points or doing something remotely sketchy, and I feel terrible if things came out that way. Everybody is free to use his or her favorite block explorer and verify that I indeed did give away 47 million IFC as promised. My intention with this thread was to broaden the number of IFC users, and I feel those goals were met. If a receiver wishes to thank me by using the trust point system, it is completely his or her call. Peace out.

You did nothing wrong mate some people are far too up there own arse to be honest! You did a good thing and I appreciated that hence the trust rating. I saw your good intentions and if others couldn't that is their problem not yours or mine. Again thank you for the great promotion.

I am honestly wondering how soon we'll see a Gox thread in the Scam Accusations forum.

Let the first exchange with insider trading cast the first junk coin.  Cheesy

Since there are none.. lets line them all up... and... BOYCOTT ! The asic companies.. the exchanges and anyone else that deserves it.

Is there anything this so called revolution is doing right atm ?

3420  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Satoshi Dice -- Statistical Analysis on: July 17, 2013, 05:14:13 PM
Hios Wink

If this is provfair, then why am I seeing results before the next block is found ?

HT xD

The result is derived entirely from three things:

1) the site's daily secret
2) your bet's txid
3) your bet's output id within the tx

It doesn't matter which block your bet gets included in - that doesn't change the result.

Then why does SD claim that bets are "provably trustworthy" ?

Or is SD only implying the provfair standard is in effect ?

HT xD
