3401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 25, 2021, 09:34:29 PM
Here's my pick.

Game : Warriors vs Kings.

After a big win against the Nuggets, I'm expecting that the Warriors already got the momentum here and they shall do the same domination against a weaker team which is the kings. I'm betting not the Warriors tonight as I feel they really need this win to compete in the playoffs.

Therefore I'll go with Curry at -7.5. GL everyone!
3402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 25, 2021, 11:23:12 AM
Lakers defense are unacceptable in this game, they always allow Powell and Doncic on the pick and roll play, Doncic is not the kind of player that will loss his exposure even getting doubled, he will just pass the ball because he has a good IQ and the offense is way even better.

probably that was the season high of Powell.

The Lakers seems making a huge adjustment from Davis' return.
They had indeed a terrible defense, and AD's poor shooting percentage was adding to the burden. AD was completely inefficient in his return from both games against the Mavericks.
They should've owned the paint with Kristaps' absence, but no they got destroyed by Powell.
AD needs to find his rhythm before the season for them gets worse. 3-5 more consecutive losses will send them down to the bottom and worse a post season elimination.

They need Lebron James, that's the only answer so the Lakers will start winning again.  Lakers still has a good ranking, still at number 5 but the lower rank teams are just close to their numbers, soon if they still not gonna win, Dallas might replace them in their current spot. Lakers next game is against the Orlando Magic, I think they have a chance to win this game, and they will have a lot of rest before that game.

3403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 25, 2021, 10:51:19 AM
Therefore my pick is Dallas ML.
Cheers bro! You did it again.  Wink
Mavs was behind with 17 points and they still won it. That was some game changer for Luka at the second half.
All they did was put more effort in their defense and it worked.

I did not worry beacuse I did not watch the game, lol... But I'm happy with the result, I just watched the highlights and it was the Mavericks who are taking over the 4th quarter, just like what I said, even without KP they will win.
3404  Economy / Speculation / Re: How fast do you think will Bitcoin reach $100k? on: April 24, 2021, 09:45:08 PM
I think bitcoin will fall again to 25K USD and then a bull race will start. That bull race will jump the price of Bitcoin to 100K USD. guessing time frame is not child play. May be with in 1 year or in last months of 2021.
Lol, this is so funny statement, what is your reason to say Bitcoin will fall to $25K. Even falling to $50K is difficult, and now you say will fall to half?? Educate yourself about Bitcoin before making any statement. $50K is strong support and Bitcoin will never go below $50K. The worst scenario will fall below $50K but for half is nonsense

Even your analysis is not right. Bitcoin is below 50K right now.  Cool

Bitcoin can fall to 40K too. There is no hard and fast rule that bitcoin can't drop to a certain level. However, currently it seems that its impossible for bitcoin to touch 25K.

The word impossible just don't exist anymore, if we have seen how fast bitcoin had pump, please don't think bitcoin could fall fast too. $25k is just so close at the current price, if you believe bitcoin could fall below $40k, then $25K should not be far. Anything can happen my friend.
3405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 24, 2021, 09:32:56 PM
Here's my pick for tonight's game.

Game : LA Lakers vs Dallas Mavericks.

I'll stick with the Dallas Mavericks, they have win some games without KP, so even if without KP, I guess Dallas can still win this game. They are just a bad home team, but hopefully they'll win here as this is the same team they beat 2 days ago.

Therefore my pick is Dallas ML.
3406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: April 24, 2021, 01:26:36 PM
With regards to Pacman fighting this year i think there is still time and in fact some said that he is on a light training at the moment, this is just a sign that he is preparing for a fight.

I'm optimistic that this fight will happen, Pacman announce in the beginning because he knows he will get a fight against Crawford, and though some experts are still underestimating him, it doesn't matter as I still trust him to win. I would love to bet on him if he will be an underdog in this fight, he is not old enough, I'm sure of that as his previous fight prove that he is younger than his actual age.

A fight with Crawford will not gonna happen at least for now mate. You can scroll above for the post.

Pacman vs Crawford did not get enough investors.

Manny could fight this year but it could be against Mikey Garcia which is a very suitable opponent for him at this stage of his career.

Manny have nothing left to prove and let's just be happy that he could get back in the ring even if it is with a B class fighter.

If the information shared is true, then it's a killer of the excitement.

Everyone is waiting for this fight as they know they can see a great fight and a real challenge for Crawford, but it looks like we have to move on and accept the fact that these two will not anymore fight. We don't know if that info is correct yet, so let's wait for more news like the ESPN news as they are more reputable.
3407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 24, 2021, 12:37:29 PM
Therefore my pick is Blazers -3.5

Bad pick as Blazer still loss, it's hurting my eyes seeing how Blazers struggle and they can't win in close games. It's already a 4 losing streak and they are still figuring out how to win, probably it's wise if we will just stay away from this team at the moment.

That's really not good, but it's alright, anything can happen, I lose my bet, I will bounce back later.  Grin

I'm currently checking these games.

Dallas vs LA Lakers
Toronto vs NYK
76ers vs Bucks.

I would just pick one, I will share my pick as soon as I will finalize my pick.
3408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: April 23, 2021, 09:55:19 PM
Well I'm sure we all do hope that the fight will push through this year, we have been wanting to see Manny fight again. Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything from both sides specially Arum or Crawford, it seems that there are black out news as far as this fight goes.

So it's either they are still talking behind, back and forth negotiations or the fight has died down.
I think that they are still negotiating the terms, and I think the reason for not yet going public is that they might want to make sure that every details is ironed out for both sides, I would love to see a fight and I hope that this is going to be a bloodbath because recent Pacman fights aren't as bloody as back when he was fighting against Morales, Cotto, Marquez and other past fights.

Not sure but after he claimed himself Christian he started to fight softly.

I missed those early years where you'll see him really eager to KO he's opponent,
those years where you can't see where he's punch coming it just went in the face of the other fighter.

Looking forward to see the final verdict of this fight, stop the boring talk just complete the negotiation and start everything.

They need some boring talk first before they go down to serious business. Arum is already old, but makes no mistake about it, this dude can still play mind games and tricks on Manny, so they better be ready, just saying.

I'm still looking for this fight to happen this year, before we can see Manny finally retiring. Crawford will be a big test for him. If he win, then maybe he still has one more fight for him. But if he lost, maybe it's time for him to say it quit.

Defending on how Manny will loss in this fight, if its a controversial loss, then probably we might witness a rematch or a possible trilogy if he wins the rematch. We know how business are going in boxing, it always lies on the judges score card if no KO win will happen and we know the reputation of judges which they can be bought.
3409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My warning for you all. Alt season will begin soon!!! on: April 23, 2021, 09:37:54 PM
Bitcoin really dropped but i think it will not take a long time and it will bounce back, so we don't need to worry for we are still in a bullish season bitcoin still high at price even if it already dropped, last bull run the price is not so high that time and if we are going to compair it the bitcoin price today is 3x higher than the last bullrun year 2017.

It has already bounce back to $50k, but are we sure we are going to see it soon trading at $60,000 again? Altcoin season was here, this heavy correction that cause a huge drop might be the start of a new bear market, we never know, right? but at least being realistic is what we need now, not just saying the price will bounce back and the bull run will continue without a good basis.
3410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 23, 2021, 09:21:59 PM
Back with a pick.

Game : Portland Trail Blazers vs Memphis Grizzlies.

This is a must win by the Portland, so I'll bet the home team here which has already loss 3 in a row, 2 from a very close game. It's an even much I can say but I'll consider the home court as an advantage and the desperation of this team to win.

Therefore my pick is Blazers -3.5
3411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 22, 2021, 10:25:43 PM
Their stars will actually play, that's according to the news that was published 6 hours ago.

A fresh news I missed it. Thanks for updating.

With that I will change my statement above and Celtics now have more chance to beat the Phoenix Suns. The line now moved from 2.8 to 2.0. Look at the impact of that news. But will stay on my stand that they are nothing against the healthy Suns if most of their superstars will not play on that game.

Hopefully they will play so we can see an exciting game.

Let us not expect Jaylen Brown to play here, I'm not sure if that's the latest update, but regardless, Celtics still stand a chance here, so it's good to see that both are playing healthy. I'll just enjoy watching the game, but I'm not putting a bet on this game.

Quote
Jaylen Brown (left shoulder) will not suit up for Thursday's game vs. the Suns, as expected.

Here's my pick.

Game : Dallas Mavericks vs LA Lakers.

Dallas is on a back to back game, after a continued loses finally they won. I'm with them today, betting on them against an undermanned Lakers, still have not seen an improvement on the Lakers so I'll bet against them everytime.

Pick : Dallas Mavericks -3. good luck everyone.
3413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 19, 2021, 09:34:00 PM
Here's my pick.

Game: Lakers vs Jazz

With the news that Gobert and Conley will be back in the line up, I will never doubt that Jazz could avenge their loss and win double digt here.
Therefore I'm betting on the Jazz tonight with -6.5, good luck everyone!

source : Rudy Gobert, Mike Conley probable to return for Monday’s matchup between Jazz and Lakers
3414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: April 19, 2021, 09:04:35 PM
You don't have to put yourself added pressure by gambling with a borrowed money.

You're certainly correct, when you borrowed money to gamble, especially a big amount, you will always feel the pressure because in your mind is the words "what if"... what if you loss, how can you pay the loan? or, do you have to borrow again after a loss?.

I mean, you can't loss because you are just borrowing the money, and that alone would affect your decision making from the moment you choose what team to bet and how you manage your bankroll.
3415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Cotto vs Marquez - Exhibition match on: April 19, 2021, 08:50:07 PM
but I will still argue that it was not a lucky punch, there is simply too much evidence against that idea, Marquez was able to even KO his sparrings while training that punch so to me it was a strategy that he used to lure Manny in and deliver a fantastic KO.

For those who says that was a lucky punch knows nothing about boxing. Marquez has been training himself primarily to be the best counter puncher. That KO he did to Manny was his perfect counter punch from his whole career. It was perfectly timed and perfectly land to a wide open Manny's face. We all know Manny has a strong jaw and won't get easily rocked by solid punch in the face, but that was totally unexpected.

That's why some people called it a lucky punch because it was unexpected. Only Manny's punch are calling it as a lucky punch, they can't believe it because Manny was already winning but suddenly when he was going for a kill, he didn't expected a counter punch was coming.

Also, that win by Marquez still doesn't make him better than Manny because Manny has been giving him rematch when he loss, but after this fight, he didn't give Manny a chance to fight with him again, that's why people think he is afraid to lose.
3416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An obvious rigging of Sports. on: April 19, 2021, 01:59:35 PM
Actually sports rigging is really happening, not only in the Philippines, this one is just so obvious, they brought the rigging into the next level that anyone watching the game would notice. They did not even benfit from this fight because AFAIK, the game was stopped.
I have never think Philippines could do such in their professional basketball, it's really obvious what they did and it's an insult to philipines citizens and international basketball federation as well. This incidence can actually result to penalty by the federation in charge of basketball as this will eventually repeat itself if proper punishment is not taken. Just saying.
Those who are responsible will only be punish, not the entire organization or the league, but they'll have a bad reputation. Actually it's wise if the refs were the ones rigging the game, not the players as its too obvious. We have a lot of conspiracy theory in NBA too, but it was never proven that rigging happened.
3417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you limit your gambling time? on: April 19, 2021, 01:38:42 PM
I'm limiting myself very much lately both because I am working like a maniac and also since I'm focusing only on sport; I'm basically betting only on the major European leagues. I miss playing dice a lot but I don't have time to concentrate on that at the moment,

Dice is really a time consuming, but sports betting does not demand a lot of time, so just suit your current schedule, you don't have to loss the fun in gambling even if you are already busy now.  Smiley... coming from sports bettor.
3418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: April 19, 2021, 12:53:11 PM

Indeed, for now only because of the high transaction fee, but if you don't feel paying $10 to $20 per transaction, then it's okay to use bitcoin and ETH in gambling, but since most of the gamblers are not really gambling with a decent amount, then altcoins would always come to the rescue.

The price of 1 transaction in BTC today is quite high and if you just send some small amount of BTC, then you might as well need the same amount for your transaction fees. ETH is also the same, last time when I tried to send some of my altcoins, I need to pay more than I used to pay. the more the price has reached another ATH, the more we need to pay their transaction fees.

Definitely, that's what we need some timing when making a deposit, and don't deposit an amount that you can just use for one day, maybe a week or a month would be good enough, just learn the right way of managing your bankroll so it will last and you'll withdraw when you have a big wins that would not make you feel the high fees anymore.
3419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves will replace ethereum on: April 19, 2021, 12:22:09 PM
I believed Waves could be superior competitor to Ethereum. I remember buying huge amount of Waves years ago. When I turn and look back to it just lagged behind. Don't get me wrong, nft business is right idea to influence but Waves need more capital investment towards projects on its chain. See bnb and binance smart chain. That's how you create real ethereum killer.

Honestly I don't have confident that waves could beat ETH or even BNB, Waves according to its price does not really pump in regular market situation, it only pump during the bull run and it has a limited price increase.

As of now, it's only $13 and it has not breakout yet unlike ETH and BNB which is really profitable this season.

Waves needs more adoption, and the way I see it, they are not so aggressive so they can't get their target, I also invested with Waves but get out after I got bored waiting.
3420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 19, 2021, 11:29:42 AM
Game : Charlotte vs Portland.
Therefore my pick is under 216. Good luck everyone.

Finally a win for me, I thought that was easy but didn't expect that Portland played so bad in that game.

I'm just quite happy with the result, hopefully it's the start of another run.
