3401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GPU vs ASIC and the life of bitcoin on: December 11, 2017, 09:11:18 PM
I agree with your point of view and I think that I know that those people are using Graphic cards to mine instead of using some great ASIC miners like ANTMINER S9. Those people are using graphics cards might not have enough cash or enough space to buy or put their Asic miners, or they might not like the noise that comes from those miners.
The graphic cards are not noisy, and they can be fit into any place. ASIC miners are more power hungry and they are very noisy by nature. Those people should mine other altcoins with GPU's than Bitcoin because the other coins will make them some profits. Ethereum is a great choice for those people. They should mine Ethereum instead of Bitcoin.
3402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacking Attempts on: December 10, 2017, 08:56:24 PM
As crypto market integrating more and more day by day and world is getting familiar with crypto currency. This has brought a fresh cake for hacker as they are now attempting to hack out account. Recently person suicice as he got hacked and lost 6000 bitcoin.
No, hacking Bitcoin or any other altcoin is not easy at all. Even if someone knows your wallet address. Bitcoin is known for its security and even hackers used it for a long times for transactions as dark web.. It's kind of strange that a hacker hacked someone wallet with 6000 BTC. If that was the care then the wallet wasn't secured and the provider of the wallet might be involved in that hacking plan. Altcoins like, Ethereum, Litcoin, Iota, and others have a very strong security and all the transactions from them and to them are traceable. That leaves no point for hackers to hack someone's coins and runaway easily.
And, by the way, you should do some reading about Bitcoins and others altcoins in general to know more about them before believing such kind of stories.
3403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin transaction unconfirmed for 5 days. Help! on: December 10, 2017, 08:24:53 PM
A few of my transactions are unconfirmed for 5+ days now. I paid regular priority fee on Blockchain.info (it was $2.xx). Anyone know what's going on?
One of the transactions: https://blockchain.info/address/19CU5foLmRNNLS5aKkMWE2vJzGTc1CcLGW
You should wait for it because you will receive your Coins within few days or even within few hours. Bitcoin transactions are very slow these days and sometimes it takes more than 8 days for complete confirmations, but it will never take longer than 8 days. Some exchanges and wallets are way faster than others, the ones that are faster have more fees than the slow ones.
Last time when I did a transfer from my wallet to an exchange, which took it around 7 hours to get my transaction confirmed, but sometimes I takes way longer than our thinking. My transfer was around 200$ USD worth of Bitcoins and that's why it was somewhat faster because of its low price.
3404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex, the market mover, HAS to be insolvent.... on: December 10, 2017, 08:15:16 PM
I don't know much about the exchange, but as far as it comes to trading, it works really fine. I heard that the delays are very high for withdrawals as well as deposits, but I think that is an inner issue with their exchange. Although, I wasn't sure about their 250$limit before this post, but I will still try to do my trading at their platform and request for a withdrawal once I reach the point of 250$. The main thing that made me like the platform was its non-crypto to cryto idea because at their site we can exchange USD, EURO, and I think Aud for Cryptos. I have been with them for 4 days now and I am not sure that how long will it take me to withdraw my cash back to my wallet with some profits.
3405  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we predict if the value of Bitcoin will go up? on: December 09, 2017, 11:46:19 PM
No one can actually predict the value of Bitcoin, and even the most experienced investors aren't sure about that. There are some good things that you should keep in your mind before predicting the price of Bitcoin in general. its not stable and its value and price and go up or down many times per day.
Some people think that Bitcoin will go higher than 20k$ within few days while other think that Bitcoin will go back to 8k$. None of the predictions are actual but point of views of the people who are investing in Bitcoin. My point of view about Bitcoin is something strange because I think that Bitcoin will either be stable at 20k$ or even cross it within few days. However, it doesn't means that my point of view can be right. It can be either right or wrong, but it is a sure thing that Bitcoin will go higher and higher.
3406  Economy / Speculation / Re: ✨✨✨ Time To SHORT For Massive Profits!! ✨✨✨ on: December 09, 2017, 11:34:29 PM
You are still living in the age of Vintage movies buddy. Bitcoin isn't any kind of ponzi scheme. It's the new form of currency of this digital age and coming ages. Those 1% who back then invested in the Bitcoin knew its features and were very sure about its importance and value in those time, but unfortunately you haven't understand Bitcoin till this day. How can you even think Bitcoin as a ponzi scheme without knowing anything about it.
Look man Bitcoin is the new revolution and crypto-currencies will be the feature of almost all the businesses in next few years. I would recommend you to learn more about Bitcoin and crytos in general before posing such kind of non-sense topics. It would really be the best decision for you, and you should also try to bear in your mind that within few years the Bitcoin will reach millions.

3407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin regrets... on: December 09, 2017, 11:20:10 PM
To be honest I didn't knew much about Bitcoin then. Because i was introduced to the Bitcoin in 2015 and didn't know much about it until 2016. But, your story seems amazing and it's really amazing to see such kind of experiences that took place for people who had Bitcoin. After knowing about Bitcoin in 2015  I bought some good stuff using it without knowing its importance. Almost all of the stuff I purchased with Bitcoin were digital goods like, Aws coupons, Windows keys, and some other software related stuff. I wasn't really sure at that time about the value of Bitcoin, but today I know its value and I regret my ignorance of those days. Most of my work aka trading is via Bitcoin and I use it everyday now.
You paid 3-4 Bitcoins for paying your rent it really horrible to hear these days because 3-4 Bitcoin can be used to buy houses in many places these days. It is really inspiring yet sad that you spent your Bitcoin, but its really encouraging for many who are onto investing some money on Altcoins.
3408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BITCOIN or ETHEREUM? on: December 09, 2017, 08:36:31 PM
I would recommend you to invest 75% of your money into Ethereum, and 25% into Bitcoin. Bitcoin's price is already too high, and it's not suitable for small investors. But Ethereum is still not that high, and can make you some great profits within a year. Many people think that its smart decision to Buy Bitcoin at 18-20k$, but those people are just like the crowd who speak what others are speaking. Bitcoin is feature rich and it is accepted in more places than Ethereum, but if your main motive is investing than Ethereum is more profitable than Bitcoin in that sense. Many investors believe that Ethereum will reach 1200$ within a year, and if that happens then you will get more than 100% profits. For example if you put 10k$ into Ethereum and it reaches 1200$ peak, then you will have made more than 21k$ within a year.
3409  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you think these 3 domain names would be worth anything? on: December 09, 2017, 08:24:25 PM
Hi!

I own these 3 domain names but I hardly know the domain name business.

Do you believe these 3 domains would be worth anything with bitcoin growing at such a crazy rate?

btcnews.ca
Buybtc.info
BtcValue.info

I am not so sure the .info could be worth much but what about the btcnews.ca?

Thank you!
Well, if you got those domain names cheaper than they worth it otherwise they don't. There are so many websites with such domain names as yours, but you can still do some work on the domain names to make them better. The 1st one in the list is good and can be used to put information and news about everyday going trends of the Bitcoin. The 2nd one is not good because such sites will not be visible at all so the traffic will be limited. The 3rd one is quite interesting because if you really do some good work on it then it may be visible on search engines very soon.
Conclusion:
The domain names are good and can make you some profits if you know how to sell them.
3410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best coins to invest on: December 08, 2017, 11:17:14 PM
Hi,

I am new to crypto and am planing to invest some amount in following coins. Please let me know these altcoins are good or need to change.

IOTA,
digibyte,
cardano,
adex,
ripple,
bancor

Thank you .
There are no best or worst coins. it all depends on their supply and usage in general, and sometimes the advanced features and implementations. The higher priced coins like, LTC, ETH, are not cheap but they are more stable for investments. They will give you good profits if you hold them for sometime.
IOTA is also a very feature rich coin and it's best to invest your money on this coin and hold it for sometime. Digibyte is also good but not as good as IOTA. I would not recommend you to go for ripple because its supply is very high and it will not give you good profits. If you are really into the investment game than for now you should go for IOTA.
3411  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many posts limit in bitcointalk for a day? on: December 08, 2017, 11:07:33 AM
Hello Everyone,

I have been reading and commenting on bitcointalk posts, and I spend lots if time in btt. That's why I posted more than 10 posts in a day. Will it be harmful for my account? Please Kindly give me inform me.

Thank you
No, it won't be harmful for your account. There is literally no limit on the number of posts or replies a user does. But, there can be some duration limits on some of the accounts depending upon the rank of the accounts. Actually, making good posts and doing some good replies is a very good thing. Why would anyone do anything to your account if all you're doing is spending your time here.
However, you should keep in mind, that this forum is very strict for spammers and if any of your posts includes any kind of spamming that can be harmful for it. Otherwise, you can do as many posts and replies as you can without getting scared for a second.
3412  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will it crash in the next few days? on: December 08, 2017, 10:56:37 AM
I won't crash but yeah it might go down within few days. The downward movement might be temporary, and I am very sure that it will not be permanent. I had many cash outs and transfers within these few days, and to my goodness all of the transactions were successful and they took around 2-4 hours, but the fee was very high. The fee for 190$ transfer was around 20$, and that is kind of insane to me. But I had no other choice and that's why I paid the fee.
Which wallet you used to cash out? Was it an exchange wallet or a simple wallet? Well, I used an exchange wallet and I also used the wallet of localbitcoins, and both of them were really fast for me.
3413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [B3]B3Coin Hybrid POW/POS [Scrypt] - ANTI-INSTAMINE, NO PREMINE, NO ICO, NO IPO on: December 08, 2017, 10:42:12 AM
I asked uncomfortable questions in the channel. For 3 weeks I could not get my coins from the pool. After the question I was contacted and within an hour everyone was paid. Also explained why it took so long. You just need to ask questions, not hysteria and trolling.
I never trusted their pool, and that's why I never deposited more than 4k b3 in thier pool. Because I think that their pool was kind of a trap to own our coins. I really don't know that much about it, but I think that it was a trap. They never sent anyone anything. I lost my 4k there, but I am very sure that you might have deposited more than that.
Their support is kind of dead, and the coin looks dead to me. But, I'll still hold the coin until it reaches 20 sats. After that I will sell half of them. But, if unfortunately it wouldn't reach that peak then I will forget about it and hold it forever.
3414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [B3]B3Coin Hybrid POW/POS [Scrypt] - ANTI-INSTAMINE, NO PREMINE, NO ICO, NO IPO on: December 08, 2017, 12:09:39 AM
I hear you, bro...
I also got banned for no apparent reason and no warning... I am an investor and just as you said, I haven't received my coins yet and I am left in the dark...

Yes only happy talk allowed on discord. Act to investors like this is not a acceptable!!! I think it will backfire to them. Keep you posted if I get my coins or not.
Well, I bought around 6.7 million of this coin, and I am present as a member of their discord group. i don't know that much about the coin, but being active at their discord chat for less than a week, taught me some good things about this coin. The coin and its features are quite interesting, and it can be much better after implementation of Master Nodes. At this moment, the situation of the coin is not good, and the official exchanges are delisting the coin. In their discord they always discuss about the #1 wallet, but actually no one knows about the owner of that wallet. I think that the team is playing some games with the investors, and it seems kind of impossible for them to re-stabilize the coin.
3415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top altcoins to invest now? on: December 07, 2017, 06:53:40 PM
There are so many good alts on which you can invest your money. But before investing on any of them, you should know some details about them. Research is your best friend when it comes to investing on any of the altcoins. So it's better Do your own research to know which coin might be profitable. For your research purposes, you can check out coinsmarketcap, and also read the news related to a coins before investing.

Some of the good Altcoins that might be profitable are the following;
REQ
IOTA
ETH
Even though the above coins are the ones that can have some good upward movements, but still you should do your research. Find as much information, news, about those coins as possible. Once you feel satisfied only then invest of them.
3416  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whats wrong with Bitfinex? on: December 07, 2017, 05:29:04 PM
Whats wrong with Bitfinex? Trying already more than 18H to withdraw   Huh Huh Huh

Nothing is wrong with them. They have huge amounts of traffic, and that's why transactions are taking longer than normal time. Last night I tried to deposit around 190$ worth of BTC into their wallet. It took them more than 4 hours to reach the wallet. I thought that they might not be legit, but after receiving my Bitcoin in their wallet, I found them quite good. Their network is too busy because of so many transactions at the site.
You should wait for few more hours so that you can receive your BTC's into your wallet. I found Coinmarkets exchange much faster than Bitfinex, but unfortunately they don't have IOTA in their exchange. And, that's why I used Bitfinex. Otherwise Coinmarkets worked best for me.

It's Official! We are living in Dumb and Dumber! Society!

Behold, CryptoKitties

https://www.cryptokitties.co/kitty/102971

The society is not simple but way more advanced than others. Many of us are investing thousands of dollars, and are earning millions of dollars without much physical efforts. So many people have earned enough money from this world, that they can run their whole families without having any jobs.  Even they are unemployed, but still they are more rich than the CEO's of many small companies. I have heard that there are some people who are living in heaven just because they invested in the world of crypto-currencies.
How can you call those people dumb? Please give some solid facts about your comment. Don't just laugh on others without knowing their rank and position.
3418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investment Strategy on: December 07, 2017, 01:47:55 PM
Greetings! I am planning to invest $5,000 in cryptocurrency but I do not know how to invest. And where should I invest? - in Bitcoin, in alternate cryptocurrency, or in ICO? I’m asking for an investment strategy for professional traders or investors out there.

First of all, you should try to learn as much about cryptocurrencies as possible. You should check the coinmarketcap to see the movement, supply, and 24 hour volume of the major coins. And, after that you will know enough about the cryptos in general. That will help you in deciding.
I would recommend you to check out some good altcoins that you might find interesting. The altcoin Iota seems interesting, and within just few weeks it might reach 20$ per coin. Other alts like, ETH,and Monero are also some good coins for investment.

Remember:
Do not invest all your money into 1 or 2 coins. You should invest half of your money into Bitcoin and other half into altcoins. So in that way you can have some good profits.
3419  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN OFFICIALLY HITS $15,000 US!!!!!! on: December 07, 2017, 11:35:28 AM
It is a great news for those who already have abundant number of Bitcoins in their wallets. But it is kind of non-profitable for those who want to buy Bitcoins. 15000$ is a quite high amount for many of us, and most of us can't afford to buy Bitcoin at that price. It is right to think that Bitcoin will go up higher than 20k, but if it falls back to 10K than most of the investors will lose their money, and instead of making any profits they will go toward losses.
Everyone want to get profits and no one wants to have any losses. Those who can hold Bitcoin at 15k will be richer and richer than those who will sell it. Bitcoin is the future and holding it is kind of a wise decision. Hold your coins and be wealthy. Wink
3420  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will fall down on december on: December 06, 2017, 08:18:19 PM
Your prediction is literally not correct. Intuition is something different than the reality. Bitcoin may have some down falls because of demands. But, that doesn't means that it may fall as low as 7k in December. There are some chances that it may go back to 10k mark in December. However, I still doubt that mark.

Bitcoin is currently rising and many people are predicting, that it might reach 20k within just few days. However, I still doubt that. Bitcoin is the future of the currencies, and it will not fall back any soon. I am just wondering that it might reach 20k in the first quarter of the 2018.

Everything is possible in Crypto-world and no one knows its future. It can go to moon, mars, or even extraterrestrial planets. It might go infinite or it might fall all the way.
