3421  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: February 23, 2017, 09:32:52 AM
Just collect from faucets.
So i am happy just doing that. Smiley
Sometimes when done working. and I have free time I sometimes listen to music and occasionally get some satoshi using the faucet. it was to fill my free time alone
Faucets are good to earn without risk, everything other than faucet have risk. Based upon that need to act wiser to get the best earning. Even during the free time if you make an effective schedule and work on it sure you'll get a better earning in terms of bitcoin than what you earn through faucets. With bitcoin more the earning requires high risking mind.
3422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does a President Trump mean for Bitcoin? on: February 23, 2017, 09:23:03 AM
So what is the worst case scenario?

Let's assume that Bitcoin gets outright banned in the US (just like possession of gold had been banned by Roosevelt). Obviously, the companies like Coinbase will have to either close their operations completely (as to me, this is unlikely) or move elsewhere. For purely online companies (and Bitcoin companies fit here perfectly) this seems to be the most rational decision. Will the American Bitcoin users sell or otherwise liquidate their stashes? That's just as unlikely ("come and take it"). And what will we have as a net effect of this ban? The price will likely drop to around 700 dollars per coin, and folks outside the US (and certainly many of them within the US) will jump at an opportunity to buy cheap bitcoins as it happened earlier in January

When the US government took an aggressive stance on the online poker industry, the most serious online professionals became expatriates and moved to countries that were more poker friendly.  The enforcement of the UIGEA happened over night....I woke up one morning to an FBI splash screen instead of my poker account....all funds were frozen on several sites!  It was spooky!  Bitcoin pretty much saved some of us who didn't expatriate....but....the gambling industry took a huge hit.  So, I think that something similar could happen if bitcoin were also outlawed....The faithful bitcoiners will either expatriate or go rogue, and the casual investors will liquidate. Weak hands will fold, and faithful holders will take up the slack....but the overall effect may reduce bitcoin's marketcap.

Well, I empathize with you, I certainly know how it feels

And I kinda understand your appreciations and fear ("once bitten twice shy"), but we should remain realists, before all. In this case, if you don't use web wallets such as Coinbase and their likes, you are basically insured from your money being taken (read stolen) by the FBI unless they break into your home, of course (but in that case you'd better expatriate to another country where Bitcoin is not going to be prohibited, say, to Switzerland). In this way, Bitcoin is better than poker

Everyone is worried about , Trump.

Everyone better start watching CHINA,
they are the ones that FROZE THEIR ENTIRE COUNTRIES BTC & LTC WITHDRAWALS for a month or more

They froze withdrawals and the price went exponential, more power to them

BTC= Better Trust China

BTC -> Bye-bye To China
Well that's the right acronym for BTC relating to China. The dependence of Bitcoin on China has decreased a lot than the past days. Still it has got the increased user profiles as well increasing acceptance compared to the other nations. Recent day the focus turned towards US when the Chinese Yuan fall in respect to the price increase of bitcoin. The regulatory use of bitcoin in US didn't make a big change in the US market.
3423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving bitcoins on: February 22, 2017, 03:01:09 PM
Saving of bitcoin may lead one to profit or loss it can not be predicted because its rate is changing and may increase or decrease. But saving for future is good thing so saving of bitcoins is good.  Cheesy
save bitcoin will not make you lose, because you will avoid scam and losses. for storing bitcoin will certainly benefit, because the future will be bright and certainly bitcoin already guaranteed price will be higher than now

Yup as we are seeing that the price of bitcoin getting higher and higher so its a smart investment to make as price will be much higher in future so its good to save as many bitcoins as possible as it has a potential to give us returns beyond our imagination.
yes i also think so that holding bitcoin in the present time will be more beneficial in future. i think it is very easy to buy bitcoin right now. because the price of bitcoin is currently very low and i think every one at least  can afford bitcoin to buy a little amount of bitcoin. and then holding it for a long time can give a good profit.
Holding bitcoins is good for the person who holds it because it allows them to make some decent money, but for the bitcoin itself it is bad because in order to become a successful currency it has to be used around and not just sit in people accounts without use
If holding is not recommended sure people won't give importance to bitcoin for any reason. As mentioned when acceptance as a currency and the user profile increases even users who just hold for profit starts using bitcoin directly without converting to fiat.
3424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Apple, Microsoft, Mercedes Benz Accepting Bitcoin on: February 22, 2017, 02:09:03 PM
This is what i call a 100% Fake News.
This is 100% a real news, the ancient automative maker Daimler with Mercedes Benz has initiated the hyperledger project for the future of their management. With the agreement with a payment portal service who have been accepting bitcoin is the supportive to accept bitcoin into their business.
3425  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to 2,000 $ soon ? why not ? on: February 22, 2017, 03:25:24 AM
What do you think guys ?

I'm on it and supporting it,who would have thought a once $0.30 worth of application or currency could worth $1000 now,so we are the one who are going to profit more if it reaches that amount but it needs more propagation and merchants accepting it and so far everything is looking good.

I'll go for it too the price of bitcoin now is on $1,107 and I'm pretty sure that it will keep on moving higher. The next thing that we need to do is to help the adoption and let the price of bitcoin fluctuate and move up to the moon. It's time for the holders to keep on holding probably we are all expecting that price will reach this mark.
The price increase is quite good in the forward direction. The same has the chance of moving downwards, as anything is possible with bitcoin in accordance to market scenario. This time analysts too have predicted the price to go beyond $2000. So if gradually price increases we can experience $2000.
3426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which sportsbook is the best? on: February 22, 2017, 03:07:57 AM
Instant Deposit & Withdraw, reliable, large scale of odds.

Which one is the best?

Sportsbet, cloudbet, nitrogen, directbet?
Mainly I Like DirectBet Because I Personally Used it and I Liked their Service Because they Offer Bets Without Registration that You Just Need to Choose the Team you Want to Bet on and Just Deposit the Money You Want to Gamble with on a Address Given By Directbet and that's it. If you win you will get your winnings back to your Btc Address.......

Yeah, most people find it better due to the registration free gambling access. Some people prefer gambling sites where deposits were already made and based on the requirements just the amount can be added to the event.
3427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Reliable are Bitcoin Casinos? on: February 22, 2017, 02:48:17 AM

Going through our forum helps find a perfect casino to be used. One among the best and reliable gambling website for casino is betcoin.ag
3428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: February 22, 2017, 02:31:40 AM
it's looking bright right now, the price is steadily moving above $1000 and the news and adoption is moving positively, a ton of new people is getting into BTC as well, I guess everything is perfect for bitcoins now.

I agree, finally looks like a nice and slow, steady grow. I think many (read China) tried to push the price down below $1000, but it pushes back up, they cant control it how they wanted to. New people coming on board, and I dont know many bitcoiners that gave up, so all looks rather good at this point.
I think even china can not push the price of bitcoin down, because bitcoin price increases occur normally, it is triggered by economic and political conditions such as the devaluation of the yuan, the currency war and geopolitical uncertainty. so in 2017 the price will continue to rise.
Yes I also agree with you, in fact it is not china to influence the price of bitcoin, they no longer can manipulate the price of bitcoin. The price of bitcoin effecting mostly by the increasing demand of bitcoin which is being hyped due to decreasing supply and so the price of bitcoin increases. The high prices attract more investors and the cycle repeats itself. I am expecting bitcoin prices to go beyond $5000 levels in 2017.
Expecting such a big price increase is something which is not possible by this year. I expect the price to reach $2000 at least based upon the gradual increase without the intervention of any market statistics. As more chances were found to go beyond the quoted price depending upon the Sec and etf contradicts. Let's hope to experience the best.
3429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bank of Canada calling for Cryptocurrency intervention? on: February 22, 2017, 02:11:48 AM
This would be a nice test case - what happens when the Government intervenes in cases like cryptocurrency. Hopefully, other governments will learn from the blunders of the Canadian government.  Smiley
It can be considered as a trial by other countries. I don't think this would be successful, because from miners to low level users everyone gets affected. If successful it will function same as PayPal, money gram or western union. We can just make use of it. The government will be the profit maker and serves as the center of control.
3430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dollars And Euros Removed How We Determine The Value Of Bitcoin? on: February 21, 2017, 04:41:41 PM
If dollar and euros were removed bitcoin will be valued directly. Already bitcoin is divided from small denomination, so people starts using it based on that. In reality at any instance USD or euros won't be removed.
3431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Apple, Microsoft, Mercedes Benz Accepting Bitcoin on: February 20, 2017, 01:26:50 AM
I didn't hear if the Mercedes-Benz accepting bitcoin and tesla is never making an announcement about they were officially accepting bitcoin for their payment. Especially for apple too.  Huh
Mercedes Benz a part of Daimler already announced their bitcoin acceptance for their services. Several big companies have started to accept bitcoin with official announcement. Microsoft has made a investment in creating its own Blockchain for specific purpose along with an Indian company. Those all are to show the world about bitcoin's increasing acceptance and universal growth.
3432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: February 20, 2017, 01:15:27 AM
~snip~
The problem here is on bankroll management , no matter what strategy you have
In my opinion bankroll management is the key.
This is one of the main reasons why some players are very successful in poker. Good bankroll management.

Smaller bets so that the losses and profits won't fluctuate too much. I'm a cautious gambler.
How small bets and how small profits? Playing with small bets expecting small profit doesn't mean you wont lose money.

Thanks for the tips here, guys! They will be very helpful for me for sure. Where do you gamble the most? I am looking for some online casinos for me, but maybe you can help me by suggesting some. I would appreciate it a lot!
Check site in my signature, it has lots of games including slots, dice, keno, live games, roulette, blackjack, and games are provably fair.

With smaller bets you will guarantee you would not become bankrupt in the long run
Nonsense, small or big bets, you will lose money in long run.

Choose big odds and bet small amount the result will make your bet double. But here you should be very careful before placing your bet. If you sure about your bet then only choose high odds because the winning percentage is very less in high odds bets.
Oh, you mean if i bet 1$ on 2X and i win i will double my money? And higher the odds chance for win is lower? Thanks for sharing! I would never figured this myself!  Shocked

Small betting amounts is preferred as I cannot afford or borrow through lending services after losing a big amount in a single shot. Several incidents I've felt that if I've placed a big amount I could have won big, but everyone doesn't get the possible coolness to risk big.
3433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Supertition on: February 20, 2017, 12:50:48 AM
Yeah i believe in supertitions like.
The date day the day i won with the color of my clothings i wear that day.
Lucky number and color,
That's it ,but not the same stratedgy i used to play because its not the same luck or the same roll on the previous lucky day .

Superstitious believes are based upon the human evolution changing from a particular level to the next stage of development. In the mean based upon their own tradition has superstitious believes. This in turn was continued by the people even after generations without reason. Some say as their ancestors followed they too following it. Also with gambling superstition does nothing, luck is all thats required to win more than the strategies.
3434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goodbye Bitcoin on: February 19, 2017, 05:17:19 PM
If its a failed experiment, what's the reason that we get regular attention from common user. If its a failure, it could have change a lot and one thing confirms how bitcoin is a success experiment is through the adoption taking place in different communities and public.
3435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: February 18, 2017, 03:48:33 PM
Gambling is the one which is used for entertainment and fun by the rich and by a small group to earn money believing that they have luck. Finally most of them here losses a lot than earning. It is about 25% strategies regarding the event and remaining on luck. In several games everything is completely depending on luck similar to dice and casinos.
3436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the most expensive things sold for bitcoins? on: February 18, 2017, 03:19:49 PM
Recently in an article came to know about a person who found a person and bought his home paying in terms of bitcoin. With the difference in price that happened on the time of agreement to buy and final settlement made a big profit. This too had helped him buy a Lamborghini.
3437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looking to purchase my first bit coin, need advice on: February 18, 2017, 02:48:11 PM
Buying bitcoin is simple these days, our forum has given access to contact persons and make trading to receive the bitcoin. Other than this trading websites are there which helps to buy bitcoin even without revealing identity. Buying is not a big deal. To store the bitcoin one need to have their own e-mail to create a bitcoin address to save.
3438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you cashed-out bonuses from casinos? on: February 17, 2017, 11:29:10 AM
I haven't tried to cash out those bonuses from Betcoin.ag you can free roll them and never cashout it just to try those games lmao i think this is just to know people what games can they play if they give you bonuses.
I too haven't tried to cash out those bonuses that's been paid by the signature campaign on my betcoin.ag account. It  has helped to know about the different games that are available. It is the only campaign as well gambling site that gives its users casino credits and bonuses at the end of every round.
3439  Economy / Economics / Re: How much are you willing to pay in fees for a Bitcoin transaction? on: February 17, 2017, 10:00:23 AM
I think that 0.1 USD will be a good amount. Anyway the miners are not getting most of their revenues from the tx fee. More than 90% of their revenues come from the block reward. So this is not going to matter much for them.
Miners get the transaction fee as a part. I would like to make a transaction fee of around 0.1 - 0.5 USD as its quite a good amount for faster confirmation. Because if transaction fee is placed as 1$ or more for small transactions, it looks similar to the transaction fee of banks.
3440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bribing via bitcoin a good idea? on: February 17, 2017, 09:37:14 AM
Bribing via bitcoin is easy and highly secure that other than the bribe giver and receiver knows it. Recently too in US a Pastor was convicted for bribe through bitcoin. It has come to the court for hearing, on the first day its found that $15000 worth bitcoin was received in the form of church donation.
