3421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: December 28, 2021, 09:18:50 PM
Same old same old...  They’re pretty much saying ‘don’t expect any huge changes from us, we’ll be getting the same result in the constructor’s championship this year as last year.’.  But they gave their fans a little bit of hope by saying it’s about ‘being capable to addressing inadequacies as soon as possible.’ which is true.  But then again he didn’t say if they were such a team.  Lol.

Until the engine specs change, it’s still gonna be Mercedes then Red Bull.  Open season for the 3rd to 5th spots.  I’m hoping to see huge improvements for Aston Martin and Williams.

Btw...  Is Australia back in the GP roster?
I agree with this. There is no scenario where Ferrari could be better than Mercedes or Red Bull during this era, eventually there will be engine changes as well and with these new car setups I am pretty sure that cars will be closer to each other so mistakes from any mercedes or red bull driver may end up causing ferrari drivers to get some more points. However, even with more points, I am pretty sure it will be at max 5th for drivers and third for constructors with these engine differences.

Ferraris only opponent at this moment is Mclaren, and that's going to be the case this year as well. I may see Vettel and Aston Martin to be a bit more decent, that's expected but I doubt Williams could ever be better, they are just not good enough to be any decent, not in the 3-5 range at least, maybe they will be better than what they have been so far, but not too much position change.

^Yeah, I am now getting that screen thing as well. I was able to overcome that with VPN for a while but whatever happened today ended up causing me to have that type of screen as well. If it is happening to many people all from different places then there is a serious problem. Blackjack should check it and see what could be the cause of it.

I am not saying there this will result with them losing a lot of customers but I was about to play my daily today and I ended up not playing it which means that there is a good chance I ended up not losing money to here as well, meaning they lost money because I couldn't play today.

Not a lot of money from me obviously, I am poor compared to so many whales, but in the end it is still some money that they lost and combining all of us who couldn't play because of this should be a lot of money when you check the total amount.
3423  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: December 27, 2021, 09:40:23 PM
I don't think Rollbit is too enthusiastic about christmas celebrations this year they are more focused on internal events regarding newly launched projects
I'm sure they're very busy so they don't have much time for the christmas event. from what I heard they will also launch sports betting of course this needs more concentration.
Yes they don't have any big raffle or giveaway at this time but they are distributing through other ways like giving away rollbots, lottery tickets and RLB tokens to all the players and all the information could be found on their Twitter handle and I have seen they are continuously giving away to users through different ways but yes no big Christmas giveaway is available at this time but it's completely fine as you could claim other things also and benefit from it.
You do not have to name it "Christmas" promotion just because it is around those days. I am not saying that it would be a bad idea to call it a Christmas thing for marketing purposes but they do not have to if they do not want to. As long as they are doing giveaways and so forth then they will definitely be something decent and people would still join.

Marketing is very important, how you name it is definitely important as well and there is no denying that, if you have a big super bowl bet and name it "the American football famous day betting" instead of "big super bowl promotion!" then you are going to lose some customers for sure, not because it is bad naming that will make them leave, you just won't get it on google. So this is both good and bad, it is good because it will get customers for them, but it is not efficient for the money they are spending.

As long as BlackJack.fun allows us to use VPN, you can use your account. I see some gambling sites need you to visit their site using your real IP for verification that it is really you and then, they allow you to use VPN to access their site. Some ISPs does not allow their user to access gambling website or porn website so they block the connection but the user can bypass it using VPN.
I remember clearly that I asked about it here before and VPN is not a problem if you use it here. I mean not because its allowed in everywhere, but it is just allowed here. So if anyone wants to use VPN in any casino, do not go about thinking it is okay just because it is okay here, there are other places that doesn't allow it at all.

There are also places that accept multiple accounts whereas some do not allow it at all as well. Long story short not all rules apply to all casinos. For this case, we have blackjack.fun and VPN issue and it is fully allowed, otherwise the website doesn't open up at all and looks like that image and you can never gamble if you couldn't use VPN in that case.

As long as I have Binance, there is really nothing else that I truly need to be honest. I have my metamask, I use some defi places as well, swaps are good because they provide something that Binance can't really provide, and that's a great return on my investment whenever I deal with them. Aside from that, I just hold coins for long term and Binance has all the coins I want so there is nothing worrying there.

So, between Binance, Uniswap and Pancakeswap there is no other room for adding another exchange for me. Those three cover everything I want. I am planning on getting ledger as well soon, maybe in a few months, I may use Ledger Live at that time as well, and connect it to my metamask as well. I am not very much involved with NFT world, seeing that SOL and so forth all got into NFT world, so maybe I may use something like that in the future.
3426  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You don't need to hodl a particular coin all your life on: December 25, 2021, 09:12:34 PM
Imagine you have been holding bitcoin for 10 more years with high expectations surely you won't regret it so it depends on everyone situations and expectations but keeping it low and realistic will give consistent returns while holding long may suprise you with hige return or upset you with no returns but before making investment be ready to lose the capital.
This is the problem with most people, they do not want to see that much further ahead in crypto. Most people who buy a stock of a company they trust, end up holding it for decades, and that's how they build up their wealth, hell some people (rich enough I suppose) could literally take out a loan against their stock holdings, like a collateral.

So, I would suppose that there is a good chance we could see people holding crypto for decades one day, but right now people want to make a quick buck. If people keep focusing on what they could profit this month, or this year, then they are going to not really make that much profit. I made an investment during 2020 saying that I will hold at least until 2030, if I am financially doing fine then I will hold even longer, hopefully until I retire and old. That is how you build wealth, not by finding gems that make you rich by luck.
3427  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin resistance and support price on: December 24, 2021, 06:36:40 PM
bitcoin price can't go down again to $40k because it was seen at the last closing the lowest price yesterday was at $45k
Maybe not, I think everything is still possible even though the current price has gone up past $50K.
As expected bitcoin market started to turn into bullish around festival times which may lead the market toward a new ATH by the times of new year. Speculators are eyeing about the closing prices of this year because that must be a big concern on deciding about the overall trend of 2022 but as of now we can be sure about continuation of bullish trend for few more months which must be a very big relief for many long term holders.

I must say, these days even long term holders are too concerned about support and resistance levels as swing trading and buying at dips for better DCA kind of approaches are being followed for the reason of maximizing the bitcoin stash. As of now, most bitcoiners might be looking at next resistance levels which may be around $58k levels and if we are lucky then we may break that before end of this year to have better open price for 2022.

3431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2017 Vs 2021 on: November 20, 2021, 10:15:14 PM
There are similar cycles in cryptocurrencies, yes it is true. But as you said, there are many projects that develop their networks today, when I look at the roadmap of all of them, I see that there is a long way to go. This year's bull run is unlike any before. There is a market that attracts the attention of corporate companies and even governments. There have been various developments for this market. NFTs in particular have a lot of hype
If there are similar things are happening in this crypto space then how and why shitcoins are also being created? I mean devs must learn from others mistake and should avoid going for same type of coins as usually repeated/copy-craps are becoming shitcoins over the time. So, if devs are careful enough then they could serve us in fruitful way rather than just by having intention of scamming investors of this crypto space.

We need to agree that repeating of trend is happening in this crypto world in all kind of ways which is not limited to only progressive things. It means even scams also happening in repeated manner which must be a worrying sign for all crypto investors in all sense.
3432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if governments make Bitcoin centralized? on: November 20, 2021, 08:19:16 PM
Y’all should stop with all these one currency crap please. By the way, nothing like what you have said here is going to happen. If the governments has any plans at all, it is nothing more than creating their own digital currency and forcing people to stop making use of decentralized cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin. And in a few countries, they are already doing this; trying to stop people from making use of these cryptocurrencies, while they release their own digital currencies, such as the Chinese digital Yuan.

As for Bitcoin, there will be nothing like becoming centralized, except for the centralized exchanges who would be a tool for the government to an extent. But that doesn’t mean that bitcoin is centralized, it still remains decentralized.
3433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Great coins to invest in? on: November 20, 2021, 07:16:32 PM
Is there anyone to help me?
1. Which are worth it
2. Is it possible to make a long-term investment?
Certainly this community is always here and ready to help you regarding your crypto investments still you should be ready to do your part of due diligence rather than taking your investment decisions purely based on this community's direction. If you are looking for long term investment then you should go only with widely reputed coins by ignoring all other new and less known coins and tokens.

You must go for dollar cost averaging with bitcoin investment regularly and only after that you may think about investing with any other altcoins. Altcoins like bnb or tron or eth or waves or doge are good to go with long term planning. Still you must invest only very small percentage of your entire portfolio capital in few of this altcoins and most of your capital should go with only bitcoin investments as bitcoin is unbeatable in long term holding.
3434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will MEME coin rule the world? on: November 20, 2021, 03:50:14 PM
I have checked a few more recently, I knew doge and shiba and I knew a few scam projects that wanted to use their fame to make money for the owners, I just wanted to see some more to make sure that not all of them are like that. Seeing how things are not really changing and anything that is "meme" based is only doing it to go viral and profit the project owners, its still a shitty idea.

I get that some people want to profit from it like it is the easiest thing in the world, buy something then watch it go viral and then profit from it. However, that is the most shitty way to invest ever, why would you want to invest into something that could only profit you if it goes viral due to some internet caps? I hope that people start to realize that the only good reason to buy any coins or tokens is the fundamentals and how it could promise something true and tangible and valuable.
3435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No more long term bear market on: November 20, 2021, 03:15:04 PM
The bull market will never be eternal and that is a big mistake at the level of market speculation and investment, the market always has its stages that are always fulfilled, such as the Accumulation and Distribution stages, the market will obviously have to go down to again take a new stage of accumulation, what happens is that the times are difficult to determine, it may happen that another stage of Re-Accumulation occurs, which is very normal in the market, but bear market for now although it is seen that it is something difficult if it can happen, all possibilities are there and can happen.
That is the part where people do not understand too well about the "correction" stage. Anytime the price goes down people think that it will be a big crash, and it doesn't have to be, it could drop this much and then recover but for some reason people assume that it is either a huge skyrocket to new ATH or a big crash to 50% fall.

There are days we have the middle as well, why do people think that it is impossible to have those middle versions? I believe what we are having right now is expected, we had a whole new ATH, reached nearly 70k dollars per bitcoin which is insane if you think about it, something that costed maybe 30-40 grand 2 years ago could mean you have 700k at one point, that's just insane. As expected that reeled back in a bit, now it is just shy of 600k, which is nothing too bad considering how little you spent so recently, just wait for it to get corrected by profit takers and it will go back up again.
3436  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Things to know before trading. on: November 19, 2021, 10:25:04 PM
Many people have been investing in cryptocurrency, and some have been complaining that they are losing money, particularly newcomers, so I believe this will really help you as a trader. The following will guide everyone to be a successful trader.
Another thing that I think is very important is having the ability to know whether something is meant for you or not. Every time we keep telling that they should continue trying after they have lost so many times and that one day it would work. The truth is that it never works out for everyone, and if it is not working for you, then it might be a good decision for you to make by deciding to call it a quit.

There are so many things that one can do in this community, there are so many businesses and many ways to earn. So, it is not a must that you’re going to be trading, you should know the right thing and when you know that which is right for you, then you should stick to that and it would work out.
3437  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin the king on: November 19, 2021, 09:59:06 PM
I hope that people will get over the fact that we need to beat each other in order to be good. I mean I get that bitcoin is the king, but why do people always feel like they need to compete with each other in the ranking world. I have seen so many people wanting their coin to go up, and in ranking as well.

Imagine a world where the 5th biggest coin is 50 billion dollars worth market cap, and 6th has 49, if the sixth goes to 40 and 5th goes to 39 billion then they switch places but this didn't help anyone at all right? I really hope that we all go up, that way we know that crypto is doing better and that is how we could profit from something like this. Otherwise we are just drawing ourselves back instead of helping each other go up.
3438  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Advanced Dice Game 🎲 Sportsbook 🏟️ Slots 🎰 on: November 19, 2021, 09:23:44 PM
I understand you, I know how you feel, it is good to see BTC that is in a balance of 0.01btc, and that the price is above $ 60k is something fabulous, and when you check the equivalent in USD it is something phenomenal, however I think Like you, I like to make bets in the casinos only based on cryptocurrencies and as a last option, see or bet in USD. It is like a protection measure, because if I am betting on cryptocurrency I don't like to check its equivalent in USD because it is going to suggest me and I don't like that, then I will deconcentrate and I cannot do everything with freedom.
Yeah it is just another extra hassle, I keep doing that every time I started to gamble, there is really nothing worrying about it and I will not change my casino because of it or anything but it is that tiny little extra work in some places that makes it hard. I prefer to do stuff that do not make me work for extra things but this is just way too tiny and I do not care about it at all.

However for some reason when a place has it, it just makes things a lot easier and I feel a lot more happier there, not having it is not bad but having it is certainly good. Otherwise I just check how much my bankroll worth at that moment, then divide it to 100 and then start betting with 1/100 bets and keep doing that for only few hours and leave, it is just fun for me and I do not care about the money earned or lost here, I just want to relax and reset my mind.
3439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFTs overhyped? on: November 19, 2021, 09:05:25 PM
It is clear that NFT's and many "new" things in the crypto world are always overhyped, there is no scenario where I would imagine something new and innovative and great comes to crypto and would not get overhyped (or it is dead even before it starts). All I can imagine at this point is that some of them will get so low that they won't recover from the next crash, that's what happened with ICO period as well.

The real good ones stood still and defended themselves and used every move in their arsenal to not get destroyed, and the ones who didn't do much ended up getting destroyed and never seen again. Which means not every single NFT will be like this but the overhype for most of them are real. I mean I have seen some that went for 100k+ that worth nothing at all and will worth nothing at all. Since it is not a coin neither, there is nobody that will make it go up in value aside from the owner.
3440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interest on Bitcoin on: November 19, 2021, 08:14:48 PM
When you’re making use of a trusted platform, then this shouldn’t be something to worry about.
I have seen a lot of exchanges and other cryptocurrency platforms that offers this interest feature on bitcoin.

Yes, not having your keys means that you don’t have complete control over your coins, but these platforms can be trusted.

Platforms like Nexo.io, Luno, Crypto.com, Blockchain, etc. They are reliable. But even at that, you still have to understand that they can’t be perfect, so it’s up to you whether you would like to make use of them. And yes 6% is the highest profit that comes staking bitcoin on these platforms. There are other coins and tokens that can generate more than that. If you Crypto.com’s native token, you will make up to 20% interest.
