When they had the new EU HQ in Amsterdam opened they said; they expected a nice 35k merchants by the end of this year, but they are now sitting on 30k!!! 100k end 2014. Bitcoin price will go much higher sooner ore later |

One of the great psychological appeals of bitcoin for the masses will also be the price increase. The masses are not so interested in new techs they prefer fun facebook pictures, they dont understand Bitcoin yet. The higher prices will be fixed for them when the ''killerapp'' arrives where you can buy Bits. Imo, Bitcoin ore crypto in general are much more important than facebook, so many markets that will rocket the prive beyond $20k. |

Yes, i believe Bitcoin will be worth a $100k. Bitcoin is more than just a ''next-gen'' transactionsystem, ppl tend to forget how valuable that is. The world is a big place with many different markets, just a fast example; more than 95% are buying there holiday tickets online, when airliners/bookingagents are starting accepting Bitcoin the price will skyrocket, in the near future airliners will ambrace Bitcoin to.(i hope) Ore when Wallstreet gets the green light to jump in other countrys will follow. We havent seen anything from Bitcoin adoption, the real firework are yet to come, just wait a few years till the infrastucture is ready for it. 30.000 ppl working on it, thats a whole f***** army!  |

Right time to sell?
hmm i'll do that when Bitcoin moves to/around a new ATH. Selling 10 coins of my stack and rebuy them all when Bitcoin is at low-trend; woud be around $1500. I repeat that for the comming years.

Bitcoin 100k is impossible.
You can create bitcoin replica's ad infinitum. Pointing miners to build a network takes a second.
Look how stable the BTC/LTC exchange rate is relative to BTC/USD. You can inflate the total amount of cryptos via substitution. If the price of BTC is too high people go to alts. This isn't a theory its been happening since spring 2013. Litecoin becomes very fungible with BTC.
Bitcoin is now half a decade old. Stagnant development has kept it in a permanent beta stage to give off the aurora that it is the "new" thing. The development "talent" pool has also been a total disappointment. As with all open source projects, no real incentive's in place. The biggest development in the last 12 months has been changing the name to bitcoin core.
Bitcoin userbase is as small as ever. Couple thousand unique users daily at max. All these pumpers have told us about the adoption that's coming, but somehow never materializes. We then quickly hear the excuses China, Mtgox. etc. Look how fast coinmap.org has slowed down, and most of the business's on there are shelling VNC's.
Sorry guys. The bull market was 09-13. The easy money was already made. Sure bitcoin can rise 2 3 4x from here, but another 100 bagger? Not a chance.

Nothing fundamental changed. No new adopters, no new money, no nothing. So anything more than 1000 is a wet dream or illusion. It won't happen.

New exchanges world wide, Wallstreet, new software, ATM's etc are all inc. You are so miss-informed, and no i dont think BTC will hit 100k but it will get over 1k this year. |

It'll never happen. For the vast majority of consumers, using credit cards for internet commerce is safer, more convenient, and cheaper.
You made so many post and still not knowing what Bitcoin can do for consumers and retaillers/merchants? You know Overstock has accepting Bitcoin and making tons of money from it, they and we all love Bitcoin for some reason  BitPay got there new EU HQ in Amsterdam and they expecting by they end of this year to have a whopping 35k merchants as there clients. (now 7k). You need to think bigger, the world is a big place. |

Bitcoin is just proof-of-concept. We're already seen better tech, with better options coming online. Over the next 5 years, we'll continue to see an explosion of next gen. cryptocurrency options that will put the blockchain to shame. That's just the way technology goes and since Bitcoin doesn't have enough developers dedicated to the core, there's no way Bitcoin is going to be able to keep up. People are too busy making money off Bitcoin to care about the core.
