Si tu n'est pas interesse il n'y a pas d'obligation a participer dans le transaction.

3427  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The next Mt Gox? (MtGox 2.0) on: May 13, 2013, 06:16:34 PM
If a sepa is anything like a wire transfer it WILL take days.  Not much you can do to expedite that, I don't think...

What is a better way to get FIAT into or out of bitcoin?

SEPA shouldn't take more than 3 business days.

The reason why Mt.Gox has such massive delays (not days but often weeks) is because their accounts have limits and having a lot more customers now, their withdrawal orders are queued.

3429  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why Ripple™ is against everything Bitcoin on: May 11, 2013, 11:10:50 AM
legal issues may bring the whole thing down eventually.

Why do you think that? Ripple looks more resilient to repression than Bitcoin. Governments could force exchanges underground, maybe mostly to the level of informal P2P networks of single individuals, but that would still allow exchange between cash and XRP, BTC etc.

Governments can force exchanges underground but they cannot kill Bitcoin or prevent people exchanging Bitcoins between themselves or prevent people to send or receive Bitcoins in exchange for products and services. Governments cannot ''shutdown'' Bitcoin. But they can easily ''shutdown'' Ripple due to its centralized nature.
3430  Economy / Currency exchange / [WTS] Selling Ripples (XRP) 9k per BTC [no longer selling] on: May 11, 2013, 11:03:49 AM
I am selling selling 9k XRP per BTC, either you send the BTC first and I send you the Ripples or we use John as an escrow if you think I am going to scam you Wink

But I won't, not after 2 years on this forum and about $1200 in trades.

I currently have 49k XRP for sale.

Ripple to scam w ładnym opakowaniu. Wszystkie są własnością jednej korporacji. Closed source.

3432  Economy / Services / Re: John (John K.)'s escrow service (previously known as johnthedong) on: May 11, 2013, 07:28:05 AM
Hi there, do you just hold the coins and when payment is received you release coins? I have a seller complaining that its not a safe escrow for him as I could claim I've sent payment, photoshop a bank statement and I'd be trusted over him, as he is a new member.

Anyway I can reassure him?

Either he doesn't know how escrow works or he is trying to scam you.

If escrow is used, only the escrow, not you, will be the reliable source of confirmation whether or not the funds have been sent.

3434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More child boards... on: May 09, 2013, 07:04:55 PM
Just put all the trading topics and giveaways in a separate sub-forum. Straight away that is a big chunk of the 'non-content' topics taken care of in a fair way.

+1

Although todays active topics run 7 pages deep, the altcoins' user base is very little and very new - not really established. As SaltySpitoon noticed a lot of the newly created boards dedicated to the new altcoins would be sooner or later dead - as most altcoins are only popular for a few days weeks of (p/h)ump & dumping.

Just separating trading, contests, giveaways etc. from the rest would be enough.

If enough people really want a separate subforum/child forum for their altcoin they might as well chip in $50 for a domain and hosting for a year for a forum dedicated to their altcoin.
3435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple Giveaway! on: May 09, 2013, 05:02:36 PM
Just out of interest, have all you people actually received 50,000xrp? Only the op says registered before February.

Can you confirm you are actually receiving ripples - I'll create a few shill accounts if so.

The OP says 5000 XRP. It was 50k at the beginning, they lowered it to 20k and recently they lowered it to 5k (maybe they gave people amounts other than 5, 20 and 50k too but I only read the OP a few times and remember only these three amounts.

I think they would have updated the OP if they started accepting people with accounts created after February 19, I'm sure those who created their accounts after that date haven't really read the OP.
(if someone did receive their coins with an account created after February 19 please let us know to clear this misunderstanding.

3437  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] $2000 in prizes for CoinChat - create your own chatroom and earn a grand! on: May 09, 2013, 08:16:18 AM
Any announcements of the winners? Or is the contest still active?  Smiley
The contest ends May 26th (1 month from posting).

Ok, I have some questions:

By 25/50 active unique users do you mean concurrent users? If concurrent, would I need to have 50 people at any given moment for the whole month? Or a total of 50 different people who are active but not necessarily 50 at the same time? If so, how long would those people need to be online and actively participating in a discussion? If I create two rooms does it add up or is each rooms number of unique users counted separately?

Jesli macie tutaj konto utworzone do 19 lutego 2013 g. 18:45 UTC to mozecie zglosic sie po darmowe Ripple (XRP).

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=145506.0

Aktualnie chyba 5 000 mozna dostac. Nie sa poki co do niczego wykorzystywane i jakby ktos chcial sie ich pozbyc to moge odkupic po $30 w BTC (podaje w $, bo kurs BTC sie zmienia duzo).

Tu tworzycie konto Ripple:

3440  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Why does everyone think Solo Mining is a waste of time? on: May 08, 2013, 11:10:47 PM
Would you prefer a constant pay packet every week or the possibility of getting a years pay one day throughout the year.

Every week? If you are comparing mining to a normal job's salary then I'd actually prefer a years pay immediately. Throughout the year money loses value due to monetary inflation and goods' price inflation. Not to mention the opportunity cost of receiving the money at a later time when they could be invested into something immediately and some of the profits on that investment would be to pay off the living costs and the rest would be reinvested.
