What's the best way to get Ethermine payout and cash it to Coinbase? I don't want to use exchange wallet address because I might lose some payouts but I don't want to use the Polygon/matic either because it requires me to bridge back to Ethereum mainnet before I can send the fund to Coinbase.
Commissions on the Ethereum network are 5-30 dollars, and you will lose this money with every payment. Find an exchange in your country that supports the Matic network, exchange your coins there. If you are selling coins, it is best to send them to the exchange. If you specify your intermediate wallet for transferring coins, then you will need matic tokens for the transaction.

As a crypto miner what would you do if bad weather starts? Will you continue mining or you will off your rigs? Lightening is bad for electronics components isnt it? What if you have them on surge protector too?
Any good ATX power supply has built-in overvoltage and short circuit protection. If the voltage is more than 250 volts, for example, the power supply will turn off. You can check this information on the websites of power supply manufacturers. You also need to take care of the protection of LAN cables, because there were cases of damage to motherboards and video cards after lightning hit these cables. Housing surge protectors are better, you can't tell me that we only have same lightening around the globe in some areas it can be very deadly and mobo with power supply will get fried so it's better to do a big lightening protector in your home I also think that lightning is the same everywhere. If the danger is very high, then such equipment is additionally installed on each house. https://thorspd.en.made-in-china.com/product/dvmQTESVaPhH/China-Lightning-Arrester-Surge-Protector-for-Equipment-Protection.htmlIt is also more profitable for power companies to put protection on transformers, so that when lightning strikes, the increased voltage goes through the ground. But if a ground is installed in the house, then even a varistor on a conventional surge protector will help to avoid problems.

Now that mining profitability is decreasing everyday and crypto market is looking weaker will we finally be able to buy some GPU at cheap price in 2022? Will GPU scarcity finally reduce ? I heard about the upcoming RTX 4**** is this for real?
Testing the Nvidia RTX 4090 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0frNP0qzxQcThe new product line starts with the release of the most expensive video cards, if you are waiting for cheap low-budget versions from the analogs of the PTX 3050, then I think it will be in 2024.

hello, I have a rig of 6 Sapphire Radeon RX 6600 Pulse cards (not XT), currently I use the default settings: core clock 950; memory clock 930 and core voltage 625. Memory voltage and memory control voltage I don’t have them set. Currently I get 28.2MH/s per card and 50W of power consumption. The fans are on 10% fixed, with a temperature of 50°C fixed. Do you think it’s a good setting or you could do better, especially to preserve the GPU over time?
If you set the memory clock to 950, then you have 29 megahash. To date, this video card has one of the best energy efficiency indicators in mining. If your video card breaks down in mining, then reduce the memory clock. No other advice.

You can try Amazon to get replacement fans for your specific card. I got some replacement fans a couple of weeks ago for my XFX RX580 GTS for €17,75 (abt US$20) and they work great.
RX580 GTS ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) On aliexpress, these fans cost $ 7-8. The only problem is the quality of these fans, because they break down within 6 months. If there are good quality fans in your country, OK. But the original fans were installed to me only after contacting an authorized service center.

Hi there mining experts,
I started mining Ethereum recently and wanting to understand payout policy of Ethermine. It says I can request manual payout if my earnings are more than 0.005 ETH if I have the IP address of the rig or a connected wallet. Does automatic payout of ethermine would be more convenient as it wouldn't require IP address or a connected wallet?
Are there other pools that provide more convenient way of receiving payouts?
Thanks,
Best way to move your money from ethermine is with L2 Polygon (Matic). Try to see the videos on youtube about it. You are all right, but it looks like the miner does not have access to the wallet and the mining farm. This sometimes occurs, so it is better not to use exchange wallets. Or use a nice hash miner, because it is very simple for beginners, but it's better not to get used to this service.

Hi together,
i have lots of mining rigs and lots of different motherboards.
On my last rigs i bought each 6 x 6700XTs.
Typical closed mining rig, with cpus i had in stock.
1. Rig with G4400 and 8 GB RAM and 6 x 6700XTs with an older mining mainboard
2. Rig with 6100T and 8 GB RAM and 6 x 6700XTs with the B250c mining mainboard.
Settings were all the same, 1300 on the core and 1075 on the RAM.
1. Rig all GPUs hashed around 46.6 to 46.8 MH/s. 2. Rig all GPUs hashed around >47 to 47.15 MH/s.
The difference for each GPU was 0.2 to 0.4 MH/s.
So i started changing the RAM and GPUs --> same MH/s. When i changed to 1, Rig mainboard to the B250c the MH/s went up to 47.1 MH/s.
Now i am running both rigs with the B250c and 1 6100T / 6500T. Difficult to say, but i would say the 2 core 4 threads 6100T runs the GPUs a tiny bit faster. Same on the 6500T (4 Cores)
Can anybody confirm this? I always thought all Boards and even the slowest CPUs would give the same MH/s. On my test this is definitly not true.
My 5600xt graphics cards use 4GB of RAM and dual core processors. If you install more memory, then there will be no improvement in the hash rate. But I use a Linux system hive os, the monitoring window shows the data that 2.3 GB of RAM is free. Why install an 8 GB mining farm if you can save money?

In a harsh environment with heat what is the best graphic card you can advice someone to buy for mining? In this country I'm talking about the sun 🌞 is very intense so to avoid overheating or dead card what is the best GPU you can advice someone to buy?
Not in every country you should be mining if you cannot provide adequate cooling for your graphics cards. I probably will not give advice, because it can be a reason for losing money. If electricity is very cheap in this country, then you can use closed cases and cold video cards, but not buy top GPUs, for example 3080 and 3090.

I use pill on hive os or other similar systems because it is already built in and enabled in the mining settings. If beginners try to find pill on the Internet, they can download various viruses. My opinion is that the pill is more stable than the --mt parameters.

I also think not. Geforce GTX 1080 Ti is an old video card that has already been optimized as much as possible by all miner developers. Well-known algorithms are not being optimized for it now, because this is not possible. For new coins and algorithms, read the developer posts.

What cryptocurrencies does it make sense / profitable to mine on a mid-range pc?
If you don't have a discrete graphics card, then forget about mining and don't mock your computer. average pc is a very imprecise concept, like average car. It is better to write down the characteristics of your computer right away, but if you have 4 cores or less and no video card, look for another source of income.

Hello , thx all for the help.
Its work now.
As in the Intel i5-3570 spec page, the pcie 3.0
Back to 49MHs !
Congratulations on your good mining experience.

Hello Everyone,
I am new to the site. Hope everyone is doing well. I recently purchased GTX 550T Nvidia graphic card and have encountered an error while trying to launch T-rex.exe "Can't start T-Rex, CUDA initialize error, memory dump: (lot of letters and numbers)". I am wondering if anyone has run into similar issue.
Regard, R.
GeForce GTX 550 Ti was not used in mining even 4-5 years ago, it is a very old video card. Look at the profit and choose the optimal video card, I would rather buy 3060-3070 so that this video card is relevant for 3 or more years. Or analogs of AMD 6700-6800. But not gtx1660.

Guys have anyone tried mining on a egpu before? I happened to land on one from someone I knew since childhood but it requires thunderbolt 4 to work I can get around this easily but will mining work on it? It's a ROG XG Station 2 but I won't mind experience from other egpu as well
If you have such equipment, then I think you will not have any problems. https://rog.asus.com/external-graphic-docks/rog-xg-station-2-model/ROG XG STATION 2 is an adapter for connecting a more powerful video card to an old computer or laptop, if you can play, you can also mine.

Is it inconvenient? Write to technical support a signed message from your address so that you can set the desired payment policy. If you mine on an exchange wallet, then you need to find out the ip mining farm. Better yet, receive payments in the polygon network to your wallet, and then send coins to the exchange.

How much can earn on these and similar systems and on what equipment ?
If you like my hard drives, watch this video with a translator and read the author's posts below. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5241187.msg58662247#msg58662247This is about CHIA, but you will understand what problems you have to work with. This miner is taking a very high risk by investing more than $ 300,000 in this project.

My Vega 56 GPU fan start running as if it's going to fall off this morning and I don't have a spare one around, I do have a dead Vega card with me but not same brand as the working one I'm confused if the fan will work well on the working Vega 56
Fans for video cards have a lot of different models, which differ in the way they are attached to the radiator (holes are in another place ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ) The voltage is the same. If the temperature of the video card suits you, then use this method. I install 2-3 fans 80x80 from 0.20A on the radiator

But I would like to get an answer to my original question if possible : Is it possible to mine ETH with the 1050ti if it's in a rig together with 6 gb cards?
Or in that case the 6 gb cards will mine the ETH and the 1050 ti will still mine the RVN ?
Run several miners and specify in the parameters which video cards to use for each miner. Some miners have it working perfectly, others constantly complain about problems. I prefer to make a farm from the same video cards.
