3441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than your bank! on: February 15, 2020, 08:18:37 AM
I do think that both Bitcoins and Banks have their Pros and Cons .
why  ? bitcoin is not perfect and banks isnt too  . thats why they have thier pros and cons  .

Quote
Bitcoins is an amazing investment but at the same time you cannot just eleminate the risks that it comes with , the whole savings can go down in a matter of seconds and you know even though you are very careful with the investment , it can change overnight when you are sleeping.
There are always risks , but the profit is what makes people stay.
Banks on the other hand are like stable slow snails , they won't reach that far away but you can count into them to be there. But they are too much controlled by the government.

yep thats thier biggest known drawbacks  .  but i dont get the idea of bitcoin for being a bank where i think btc is just another kind of currency only . an alternative to currency if we want something innovative .  but banks are just plain banks . they arent a currency , whatsoever    .  the purpose only of bank is we keep our money for future use  .  while btc can be an investment to earn a profit depending on how your good at  investing  .
3442  Economy / Speculation / Re: One satoshi for $1 dollar will occur someday on: February 14, 2020, 05:50:15 PM
everyone else on this room seem to not disagree with this prediction  but will i disagree with them  ? no .im just like them actually because i also think that 1 usd for one satoshi is feakin insane  . first  , 1 bitcoin needs to reach a really huge value which is also not possbile because look at its value  .bitcoin already struggle to reach 10k but how much more over a million dollars   ? people will already selll what they have once the value reach over 20k and with that price point , the growth will now stop and fall down again  .
3443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gone are the days where projects team ask for opinions from investors on: February 14, 2020, 05:10:14 PM
yes im familiar with that  . i remember i see many projects on thier telegram channel ask if what exchange their coin will be listed . they follow based on the poll  . thats the reason why most of them succeeded because they end up on good exchanges but now , i rarely see them doing some kind of polls . they are only deciding for them selves and end up listed on crappy exchanges that arent even popular or have a good trading volume  .i think this is the reason why most of them are going down . on any business , its normal that owners listen to thier costumers feedback because that is the only way for thier succees  .
3444  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Trade without fees on: February 14, 2020, 04:30:51 PM
Never heard of your website before and I'm sure there isn't any exchange out there that would want to try this without setting a ridiculous fee for withdrawal.
And don't think anyone would submit their personal details because of the no-fee offer.

thats it . submiting your personal details is an alternative for paying , thats why they dont charge any fee anymore but its still shady . what they will be doing to our details . maybe they are also selling it so that they can earn a profit too . based on what i read on the first page , he said that only trading fee is free for other coins except for that one pair mention on the op , whats with that coin and why we need to for that but other known coins are free of charge   . also i think the withdrawal still has a fees   .
3445  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Who is behind KYC info? Why we don't ask them for KYP? on: February 14, 2020, 03:46:57 PM
Well, sound like a good point. But as far as I remember, every KYC registration requires the user to read terms and conditions. They would state there where would they put your information and why. The company that possess your sensitive information and an assurance that they will keep it confidential and will only use it for verification purposes. Am I correct? --please correct me if I'm wrong.

i never read terms and conditions to be honest but i still dont think that they will put on it on thier terms if what would they do on your kyc because that is already a serious matter  .

no one will know if what will their doing with our  kyc's but one thing is for sure that legit and trusted companies will never done  harm on your data's  while fraud and scam company can say that they will keep your data's safe but deep inside they are doing another business with it  .
3446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommend me good altcoins! on: February 14, 2020, 03:06:03 PM
your wishlist are mostly compose of good coins or you intend that because your only investing top coins  ?  those coins are enough i think ? but if you still want more  the few good coins that comes to my mind are ripple  , bitcoincash  , tron , litecoin   .

these babies are verry good based on my opinion because these coins are also from the top rated category plus these coins are mainly the ones that we see on many platforms , whether from a gambling site , shopping site , etc  ...
3447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Brave the best crypto friendly web browser? on: February 14, 2020, 02:18:49 PM
you said the other two were just toolbars but brave is a browser not just a toolbar that is why its more better compare to the two   .  i dont hear any simillar browser that enables you to earn a crypto aside from brave  so i believe this brave browser is the best so far however i didnt tried to install it because im not obses on earning small amount of cryptos because i have other source of income that pays better  and i also think that chrome browser is the best standard browser .
3448  Economy / Gambling / Re: exbet.io | The Bitcoin Betting Exchange on: February 14, 2020, 01:23:02 PM
Just got the following message while trying to load the site;

"exbet.io - the Bitcoin betting exchange - is not available in your territory right now."

Can anybody provide a list of blocked countries? Do you guys allow VPN usage? Please let me know.

dunno where you situated but if in Usa theres gotta be no way you are accessing this site. too risky pushing this into the states and anyway exchange betting is foreign concept there so little reward also for exbet. having said that if exchange betting got a foothold there it could absolutely takeoff.

dunno if you read the reply above which says they are still on licensing process and he said once that done , there could be no problem accesing the site on many countries . but im curious , did usa are strict on gambling ?  but why . i thought that usa is a friendly country or not strict country on many things . and what if we can only use a vpn for temporary purpose or for temporary acces  . by using vpn we can trick the site that we are on a legal country were gambling is fully legal  .
3449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IDEA for a lottery that does not depend on luck on: February 14, 2020, 12:48:17 PM
Thanks for all the comments and feedback. At least the post opened an interesting discussion.

I've been myself player of dice, poker and other games. I am just trying to create something different and that depends more on strategy and skill rather than in luck.
~

What do you dislike about luck games?
And why don't you just choose some other games (non-gambling) from the many already created games, but want to create a new one? Or for some reason you want to create something fundamentally new in this area?

Well, copying is boring. Innovation is more exciting, even if it becomes a failure.

with the growing industry of gambling , many new sites are popping up with limited ideas but most of them just copy and slightly modify the other . that is why they fail too easy because they lack of originality .  its alway a good idea if you came up with something original and its okay if itl fail but atleast its original  . besides there are still a room for improvement  . just include beta on your site if your not done with the improvement and people will understand that  .
3450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: After losing did you feel you must return the soonest to win back your losses? on: February 14, 2020, 12:06:52 PM
yes i do but the problem is that the funds . i dont have enough funds to comeback yet because my salary was taking too long to arrived yet  . i cant do a thing but to rest and divert my self to other things just to forget the urge of playing gambling again  . but if i have a money on my crypto wallet , it usually happen after payday  . i will just redeposit imediately and play   . sometimes i can recover what i first loss but sometimes im just unlucky that three consecutive deposits i could loss .
3451  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin won't surge past 11k, your thoughts... on: February 13, 2020, 04:32:15 PM
what ? what the f . man , while everyone else are saying good stuffs on btc  , you here are not agreeing with us but its okay if thats what you think i will still accept it   . every one is free here to say what they want  .

anyway nice article  . i just visit the link you posted and i see  a detailed info with graphs although i feel a little confused on those stuffs becuase im not really into trading and investing  . still enough  to convince me and others that thier prediction is somewhat true  .
3452  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC restoring faith in bull run. on: February 13, 2020, 03:44:54 PM
I am so sure that the current increase will not stop until the price of bitcoin is at a level above $ 13000.
not only 13k usd but im expecting something bigger than that upon this year  . im expecting that btc can re achieive its last ath  , if that happens . i will be happy and contented , and i wont not expect for more  because within that price range , we and others can already earn sufficient income and of course this bring positive impact to other coins too not just for bitcoin itself   .

but for now , people still have problems like the recent issue of the said virus  but as soon as its over , people can now more foccus on btc and the growth shall start rapdily  .
3453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment Advice for year 2020 on: February 13, 2020, 12:28:00 PM
to get profit, the thing that needs to be seen is the solidarity of a group or the ability not to reduce prices, if you hold altcoin, choose the highest altcoin at least 100 best ranking
There are many altcoins in the top 100 are scams. Therefore, we must be careful when investing in the top 100, it is best to choose altcoins in the top 20 to invest. It will be a lot safer and also make us more profitable
I think if you invest altcoin in the top 20 ranks you still get a little profit, you should be able to see events that will happen this year, the first is that bitcoin will halving bitcoin which will occur on May 12, 2020 and ethereum will launch a new program which is talked about by many people can get a lot of profit, so what if you focus on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and XLM. for your capital to invest in these 4 coins then you can get a lot of profit until the middle of this year.

you said top 20 but then you only recomend 4 coins but hey i also like those 4 coins that you said and ofc my favorite is the legendary bitcoin followed by etherium  .  i have xlm on the past but i dropped it and never came back  then i lately overwhelmed with litecoin  .  investment advice for 2020 will be a little tougher compare to previous advices knowing that 2020 is now being known to be the year of cryptos   . its hard to decide if you sell now or wait more and its hard to pick coins because all are pumping  .
3454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google Searches of Bitcoin on: February 13, 2020, 11:35:23 AM
The increase in the amount of Google searches about Bitcoin happened before, but we should try to analyze it somehow. What people are searching "bitcoin" in Google search? Are they noobs, who heard about bitcoin for the first time? Are they experienced bitcoin traders and HODLers, who are just searching more often about bitcoin because of the price pump?I really doubt that Google Trends can pull off such precise info.Maybe they will improve their service in the future.

does this matter ? i dont think its possible to breakdown the category of the searchers  ( e.g if he is noob  , pro or what is his purpose for searching ) but it only matters here is that all of them search bitcoin and that makes bitcoin trending on google  . its normal for the bitcoin to become trending because of its  value that is now increasing  and also because bitcoin is getting older  . many countries and people are now starting to equiped thier selves with knowledge  on how to deal with this bitcoin  .
3455  Economy / Speculation / Re: Tone Vays Stands by $4K Bitcoin Price Pre-Halving Prediction on: February 13, 2020, 10:08:50 AM
$4k is too low after coming this far.
Not that it's not possible for it to occur but I believe that price is way too low!. 8k seems more realistic than it and I hope his prediction won't occur.
Moreover, it seems like many are seriously buying Bitcoin lately because of the Bitcoin halving. We are not sure if there will be a price pump but the hype alone is stirring more Bitcoin buyers.

but take a look at the histroy of the price  . before that there was a huge bull  , the price also fell down too much after it  .  im not wishing it will happen but im only comparing or basing on the past . for me  i prefer if bitcoin will only rise and will only drop a few if ever people sells some  because that will be acceptable by me and other people that join this business . but there are those peeps that wants bitcoin to go down hard  , and i feel sad when i see them praying and hoping for it  ;(  .
3456  Economy / Economics / Re: Richest 2000 People richer then poorest 4.6 billion on: February 13, 2020, 09:37:23 AM
Bitcoin doesn’t changes anything. You still can’t compare a poor person to a rich person when it comes to Bitcoin, because the difference is already there and there is no equality. A rich person will be able to buy more bitcoins than someone who is poor.

There are people who are able to buy more than a million dollar worth of Bitcoin, and I know for sure that I can’t afford that amount, so how do you say that I’m equal to those people? There is a huge difference. Let’s stop confusing people, bitcoin is not a route to escape from poverty, you’re still going to have to work to achieve something from Bitcoin, except that you’re lucky and your Bitcoin investment increases (and don’t forget the money you invest is still gotten from hard work).

there are easy to do jobs there like faucet, bounties , airdrops , etc that can give you a bitcoin or a crypto that you can exchange for bitcoin  but i guess there are still workd involved on these activites  .  we also hear many inspiring news that a person became rich after engaging on bitcoins or on crypto  , so its possible to happen for one of us that are also involved on here   .  those number of rich people are small compare to poor but when we combine those many number of poor people and thier wealth plus thier crypto/bitcoin hodlings . i think we can overcome them   ?
3457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who among us here has been addicted but successfully cured addiction? on: February 13, 2020, 08:26:49 AM
a disease is something that is related to physical body but gambling addiction is a kind of mental disorder so i think its inapropriate to call it a disease  but using the word cure is okay   .  its called cure/cured when you get over of that unpleasant feeling that you feel  . only few here have cured thier addiction  . those few of those ask for the help of our fellow members here for an adivices while some self cured themselfves  . some have ask for profesional help from the psychiatrist   .
3458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would make you stop gambling? on: February 13, 2020, 07:56:45 AM
Losing all your money is one compelling reason to stop. Gambling on debt would only make your problems worse. Having zeroed out would push you to rethink your decisions and might set you to another hobby as you say, and just change yourself, or accept your fate. Nonetheless, you should avoid going to that point and always self-control your gambling habits as you possibky could.

If the gambler involved is a moderate gambler, losing all money is indeed a compelling reason to stop. But I have to say this is easier said than done. Sometimes, when you are at the height of fun and thrill and you lose all your money, you might actually end up looking for ways to continue gambling.

I had personal experiences of betting even when I am already running out of funds. When lost, someone has to run quickly and make a withdrawal at the nearest ATM. Where I come from, gamblers would even end up betting their watches or even cars when their wallets are already drained.

betting with items is only possible offline  but online you cant bet them directly but you can sell them first online if you want to or  if you know someone that can accept your items and asking for equivalent cash   . you said you gamble with zero balances only , that is good so that you dont come into your mind that you need to redepo to make a comeback  but others are doing a redepo not once , twice but i see someone doing 4th straight re deposits just to recover what he lost  .
3459  Economy / Economics / Re: Travelling without currency-exchange worries on: February 12, 2020, 04:43:13 PM
The easiest answer for this would be the use of cryptocurrencies. Each country has their own currency which is only accepted in the nation boundaries which makes foreigners convert their native currency into the local currency. This indeed has some charges and also tax needs to be payed to the government.

This might not make it cheaper for each of us to travel the world with a limited budget but speaking in terms of cryptocurrencies, you can start paying with those at any corner of the world if ever cryptocurrencies are started to be accepted as a mean of payment all around the world. This would save a lot of extra hefty charges.

not just charges but it saves the hassel because we dont need to convert anymore but we can just scan and pay   .

the good part of using a crypto is its not a country based  but it some kind of a universal currency  but first we need to give permision to a country if they will allow this kind of payment tool   .  setting a kind of payment system like this is also easy and wont need for other legal documents like what we do when we use common payment providers
3460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As a Bounty hunter, don't expect too much on: February 12, 2020, 03:41:51 PM
talking profit in the form of selling your coins is considered dumping  .  dont expect too much means you are contented on what you get from them , let say you got a coin with a less value but would you sell it right away if it has a small value ?  would it be wise to wait for a while and see if that coin jumps atleast a little before you sell . hodling is risky but before you do it you should understand it first and accept what ever it end up  . but as a hunter its good to limit your expectation so that it wont hurt you alot  .
