I agree with the fact that "Lost money ≠ scam" but in the classic financial system there are laws, issuers have obligations and investors car sue the issuer in case of contract breach.
In cryptocurrency, there are no rules and it is impossible to get back money if something goes wrong.
That's why some devs make abusive contracts. For both Maidsafe and Ethereum, devs have no obligations of delivering the final product and no refund will be done.
In that case, when I see a pretentious project with an empty github like this, I just call it scam.

But it is useless : the contract said that devs could just take the money and go on holiday around the world and enjoy life, it would not be scam and they would not be arrested.
I'm just pointing out that the moment you send money in crypto, there is no turning back so beware.

I'm not saying this for superNET though. James projects are always brilliant and this is his greatest project.
I would never call it a scam even if I lose money. James work very hard and that is worth something.

It is my duty to warn against scam.
A lot of people lost money in Ethereum and Maidsafe.
Until today they are both vaporware. No final product has been delivered despite the claimed years of development and contract does not allow any refund nor suing.

I just noticed that Ethereum actually deliver things so I'm changing my statement : Ethereum is not a scam but the devs may never deliver a working Turning complete scripting language due to technical limitations. Time will tell.


It is only my humble opinion. Investors must seek for various sources of information. Caveat Emptor.
I actually recommend to look at the source code of any project even if you don't read (yet) the language.
In the case of MaidSafe, it was really easy to spot that there was nothing on the github.
Ethereum of the other hand, have a lot of work done but not yet the essential part.

- Jinn is an assymetrical system. It has a lot of cores that solve tactical/local tasks and a few cores that solve strategical/global tasks. Local tasks is just number crunching, global tasks is balancing of local tasks among other processors. The ultimate goal of global tasks is to minimize latency of local tasks communication. The interesting feature of this architecture is that global tasks can be computed by small cores leading to an effect similar to fractals. Several processors can be considered as local tasks and few of them can solve balancing problems only. Such groups of processors can be grouped into bigger clusters, then into metaclusters and so forth, repeating the fractals. In the end we get a lot of processors in usual things around as (fridge, bike, pen -> Internet of Things) that behave as a classical computer when cooperate on solving the same task.

- Jinn is required to solve problems that don't allow me to complete Qubic.
- I'm planning to release Qubic in ~4 years (or earlier if Jinn processors become widespread earlier).
- Qubic doesn't compete with Nxt, we will be able to transfer the whole economy (you should continue building it) from Nxt to Qubic if Monetary System idea is not rejected by the community.
- One does not simply invest into Qubic, having Jinn-powered devices (an emulator will work too) is the only requirement to be able to produce qubics. No need to give me money, there won't be an IPO/ICO/whatever.
- I'm not BCNext (almost noone believes me, I know).

J'ai également investit 190K dans UNITY. Je saurais bientôt si ça en valait la peine.
J'ai beaucoup convertit mes NXT en BTC au cours de l'année pour diversifier mais au final tous ces investissements ont été perdant, j'aurais mieux faire de tout garder en NXT.
Cela dit, c'est en perdant qu'on apprend donc je ne prend pas mal le fait de perdre.
Il faut se prendre des bonnes claques dans la tronche pour progresser.

C'est vraiment étrange.

J'en suis a presque 500K NXT (estimés) sur mon compte en partant de 150K.
Bien sûr si je dump je ne récupérerais pas autant mais c'est encourageant.
J'ai eu quelques asset perdant, il faut faire attention et ne jamais faire de all-in.
Je tiens à remercier l'asset exchange, James et la communauté Nxt.
