Yeah, I agree. It's important to always keep fit, physically and mentally. It's also important for you to take care of yourself. A regular walk or swim will keep you fit. Plus, they'll give you some much-needed time for yourself.
Exercise is great for your mood, too. Sometimes you just feel down and tired. Not to mention, exercise is just plain fun! Find something you enjoy and make an effort to stick with it.

Absolutely! I do better if I know I can reach my goals in time frames and a scope that I can handle. Planning on what you will do helps you prioritise what you need to do and when. Goals are just like a budget or a shopping list – it helps you know where you are. It lets you know what you can afford, what you can't and what you can afford to leave for the future. |

You think this is caused merely by population or by population of living things (especially humans) with lifestyle that is unhealthy/bad for our world? Imagine what the situation will be like if you have that same large population of people living right and in harmony with the world...can population still be considered a bad thing in that case?
Well, I think if we begin to live right, our population will naturally be optimal and we wouldn't have to worry about it.
If we do as God intended and care for our land and water and air and everything in the universe, then we wouldn't have to fear too much as to how many people are living in it. If we live right, we'll have more to share with others...if we don't, we'll have nothing to share. I mean this world has enough good things without having people fighting over who should have more...I think what God intended was for us to have an earth that is pure, perfect and in harmony with Him...and I hope I can do my part to make that happen. |

When I get stressed I like to listen to some upbeat music, like old 90s dance tracks. I prefer older music that lifts my spirit and allows me to escape to a place in my mind that is nothing but good thoughts. Whenever things get a little overwhelming and I need a pick me up I turn on this music. It usually soothes me and allows me to focus on the task at hand. It even reminds me of good times, some from my childhood. This has never failed to lift my spirits and sometimes it even gets me dancing.  |
