If that's so, jasinlee could probably get an official receipt or statement from the bank confirming the sent funds, and present webnx with it. It could be webnx's side as both of you have presented quite good claims on the matter.
Did the screen shot include that the payment was picked up? The first sentence: 'We wanted to let you know that your payment to WEBNX( accounts@webnx.com) was accepted.

For the record, jasinlee sent me a screenshot (of his Chase account) with the confirmation from Chase that he has sent $469 via Chase QuickPay on 09/06/2012, with the message as 'hosting', and a Payment Transaction number. Did Webnx.com refund you if they've refused you the server?
They deny that they ever received the money. Maybe it was webnx? :| If that's so, jasinlee could probably get an official receipt or statement from the bank confirming the sent funds, and present webnx with it. It could be webnx's side as both of you have presented quite good claims on the matter.

I had a kernel panic when I typed my full review hours ago. ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif) I'll just summarize my experiences here - When I tried to use the 'random' button when buying the ticket, I frequently saw the site popping up with 'Send ฿ Invalid to' if the leftmost number is a single digit. I understand that it is not wrong, but it would be annoying or confusing to new users. Also, there's various typos and grammatical errors including the one I've sent to you via PM and this 'You will receive d x Plays!' ,'30% pool retain_ for future draws', 'For example, if you bet 5.00 BTC you'll get 52 plays, so the each play will be 0.09615385 instead of 0.10.' and etc. Also, this: - okay first up, yes the site looks great, however unless you are affiliated with SatoshiDICE, the green with stripes was a poor choice, simply because it looks like a copy. and: - i thought by buying 12 tickets at once, it would only *play* once, but i'd 12x the normal payout. this is so obviously wrong when you actually read the rules, but if i assumed it, assume others will also it took me a little bit to see that it's actually playing 12 rounds, over the next 12 blocks, with just 0.1 riding on each one. I played 1 BTC total, and won 0.09090909 on two separate tickets, netting 0.18181818 in total. I'd say that having variable amounts betted like SD does is also an invaluable feature, and you could probably allow people to bet 0.01-100BTC of their choosing.

HI,
This is urgent. Please I need $5 in Paypal as soon as possible, but I don't have a registred Credit Card. Please I will give 0.5 BTC for $5 Paypal. Please this is URGENT!!! not a scam. Who will scam $5? Please help me!
Take LoweryCBS or Akka's offer - or hop along https://fastcash4bitcoins.com/ to exchange your bitcoins for PayPal. PS: The other way around is suspicious, but if it's Bitcoin -> PayPal then the rep isn't important as long as the guy goes first. Bitcoin is not reversible unlike other currencies.

Just bid here. The method you use is clunky and unfair to the bidders.

It appears my posts are being deleted. I'd like to know who done it and why??
Could it be Theymos covering for Cablepair? It wouldn't be novel nor unprecedented...
I did it. No extortion attempts or violence here.

I can provide the info for a price. But I don't think I could make him pay. He's a career scammer. It would take a lawsuit and then go after his assets post-judgment. He's not going to pay just voluntarily. Or maybe a few touch guys personally "urge" him to pay lol. I'm no where near his location though. All I can really do is get the info.
I'm surprised the forum admins even let this thread stand. I tried to raise money for a PI to find a million dollar thief, and I was PM warned by Theymos and had fake accusations of violence leveled against me. Have you donated to the forum? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) AFAIK you were warned for promoting violence of sorts in your thread. I don't really remember it, but generally hiring a PI to find information on a thief to pursue him legally is allowed and encouraged.

A while ago, I was helping a guy out accepting a money transfer then paying a hosting provider. I received the money order then paid the guys hosting who informed me that he was breaking their TOS. But I had already sent the wire transfer (we both have chase so I just sent it from my account) and the wire is non reversible. Now low and behold davide is emailing me months later telling me that it was never received and I need a scammer tag. Well, since he accused me here is the scam accusation of myself and my side of the story.
From what I was told by a developer, this method of paying for hosting is commonly used by people who plan to spam or create illegal services. That way it cannot be directly traced back to them, but instead to me the person who made the payment. He says I could make the payment for him to avoid issues with delays and restrictions on his country paying to my country but most likely he just didnt want his name tied to it.
If you actually paid you should have proof such as a receipt. I sent the money, then sent him the confirmation number. If he goes digging in his email he will find it. Can you provide screenshots in both cases?

Bitcoin already is the more environmentally friendly currency. People just refuse to see it because of their focus on a large distributed network of computers.
Do some research on how much energy is required to print paper money. To grow the cotton. To harvest it. To refine it. To print it. To distribute it. To store it. To secure it. Only to then remove it from circulation when it is too old and start all over again. Take a look at how much money the US prints every month. Then add in all the energy required to run the various systems on top of it. Banks. Checks. ATMs. Humans working at banks and driving to and from work every day. Armored vehicles. Credit Cards. The VISA network. The list can go on and on, but I hope you see my point by now.
Bitcoin can replace most of these things with the one distributed network.
The thing is, no one has been able to create a system which accomplishes the same things as Bitcoin without the network of computers doing proof of work calculations. Most of the replacement suggestions lead to a system that can be gamed, which is useless and a step in the wrong direction. Until some genius comes up with something better, Bitcoin already is the more environmentally friendly currency.
This.

Using a single worker for multiple PC's are fine, and no downsides at all.

One good tip would be to keep a back-up of your wallet so you don't lose your coins, and make sure it's actually a legit wallet not a trojan wallet that will just steal your coins.
There's nothing like a 'trojan wallet'. There's wallet stealing viruses around, but I've never heard of a trojan wallet before.
