Does it make any of you that never got into the CM campaign angry that he was 3X a better poster than you? Lol..
Because that’s basically what it boils down to..

For some reason my eyes glossed over this the first time. This is wrong at every level. Nobody's gonna stop to tell him that all 3 accounts enrolled before the great 2017 bull run? Because that is what initially attracted attention to the CM campaign in the first place. It was only after that when competition got much stiffer. Unsurprisingly, there's still a lot of accounts grandfathered in from that era who, in my opinion, probably wouldn't make the cut today if applying for the first time.

Sorry eddie but I'm not going to stop busting account farms over fear of having my posting ability judged by you.

Well the mods didn't agree that was plagiarism, but he's back at it again with a new account:

BSV Apps: Do you know SimpleCash BSV?

With SimpleCash you can send BSV via a URL in two steps:

Load BSV on a temporary wallet that your browser generates for you.

Send a secret URL to someone who can then use it.

In addition, you can create gift cards with a denomination that you specify where each gift card will have a unique QR code to use.

Go to SimpleCash in on clic

This is lifted near entirely from popup text found here: https://simplecash.live/

This is what I wrote in the report:

Please report this post for plagiarism. Thanks.

132zvKqMn3Fy45ddDyhFb8SjksDPvvUyiQ - InwardContour (proof) (still active)

Going by this guy's writing style, I'm pretty sure this account still belongs to FOMA.

I had a few extra minutes this morning so I found an ETH address he posted:

- Campaigns applied for: Signature
    - Bitcointalk username: InwardContour
    - Bitcointalk link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=131697
    - Telegram username : @inwardman
    - Wallet address: 0x141E479b5F79302fdd8176CBC03165bC6c54382A

which sent all its USDT to this address:

#PROOF OF AUTHENTICATION
- Campaigns applied for: Signature Campaign
    - Bitcointalk username: dataispower
    - Bitcointalk link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=381987
    - Telegram handle: @dataispower1
    - Wallet address: 0x8c6CA8ADcd305e2e0052939d87dB405fE5CBf5D9

At around the same time, that address (0x8c6...) also received coins from this address:

#PROOF OF REGISTRATION
- Campaigns applied for: Article
    - Bitcointalk username: deodivine1
    - Bitcointalk link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1390292
    - Telegram handle : @cryptolens
    - Wallet address: 0x6761ECA7904Eb61D33a5bea1eaF25B2805Cc0829

The two transactions happened mere minutes apart and are not purchases -- it's a single person consolidating wallets. So on top of everything else, he's also been cheating in bounties, which isn't really surprising.

Interestingly, lovesmayfamilis had connected deodivine1 to other accounts in 2019.

What does the link proof and how can that post proof that you are not alt of anyone? I'm not saying you are alt of anyone; since you linked this, I got curious how this post is relevant to proof that you are not anyone's alt.

This is correct -- for the sake of clarifying how "proof" should be counted or not counted, signing a Bitcoin address isn't proof that you don't have other accounts on the forum (this would be almost impossible to "prove" one way or the other).

You're asking us to trust your word, which is not how proof works as far as forum-related matters are concerned.
3444  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: February 06, 2021, 10:23:07 PM
This year I'm doing something a bit different and waiting until minutes before kickoff to place a bet.

Hearing some sad news about Andy Reid's son who is also one of their defensive coaches, involved in a drunk driving accident yesterday? Don't know if its true or not.

My guess was that a bunch of money is gonna come in on KC @ -3 right before kickoff, but who knows now given this new intangible.

Most of the "pros" I've listened to on podcasts and youtube think KC will cover; however, they also don't like the idea of betting against Brady -- neither do I.

For fun I'm putting in a small wager but I won't know for sure until the numbers start to move next to the bet. I'm gonna chase whatever direction its moving in.

For prop bets I liked total penalties under 10 and KC to score passing TD over 18.5 yards. Unfortunately I got to them a bit late and they're too lopsided for me to bet on now.
3445  Economy / Reputation / Re: Long-time sig campaign farm ID'd via single wallet transaction on: February 06, 2021, 09:32:34 PM
It wasn't on me to mention it, besides, there wasn't solid proof of connection.

Yep. Full disclosure: I had talked the possibility over with marlboroza back then but as he mentioned there wasn't enough proof to move forward. So I shelved the whole thing for almost a year, until this came up.

And NO nutildah I’m not saying that it’s perfectly OK that he broke the campaign rules.. It is an untrustworthy action surely..

OK good.

But quite “tame”, and not as bad as the cheating the giveaways actions..

If you say so.

People are pissy because it’s chipmixer..
They think the world should be “fair” or something..

I didn't see people being pissy at all. I saw a lot of people who commented on the implications of this, and then a few people expanded on the findings, and then you came in judging people in an almost strawman-type fashion, for whatever reason. Which just seems bizarre to me given that you said this the previous week:

Should be putting a neutral on the project representatives, ANN posters, and managers..
“Bounties full of alt accounts, poor advertising practices” -warn investors..
“Manager repeatedly hires multiple alt accounts” - warn projects of poor managers..

Make the project and managers feel some pain over it..

For all we know the managers accounts and project rep accounts are all alts too..

It sounded like you thought bounty managers that hire alts should be actively punished while higher paying sig campaign managers should look the other way when it comes to rulebreakers, but you've since clarified that's not what you believe. I think that's why I found some of your input to be problematic, LOL. First time I've ever used that word.

One week of Trust list changes:

Speaking of trust list changes, did you ever notice this fun little tidbit?

Quote
Trust list for: marlboroza (Trust: +14 / =0 / -0) (created 2020-02-29_Sat_06.37h)
Back to index

marlboroza Trusts these users' judgement:
-

marlboroza Distrusts these users' judgement:
1. NEW ~figmentofmyass (Trust: neutral) (653 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
2. NEW ~exstasie (Trust: neutral) (500 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
3. NEW ~squatter (Trust: neutral) (593 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)

Usually that kind of thing doesn't get by you. Maybe you saw it and didn't think much of it.

3448  Economy / Reputation / Re: Long-time sig campaign farm ID'd via single wallet transaction on: February 06, 2021, 06:33:36 AM
And I saw:@Wipeout2097 connected and using Eth Twitter, telegram, the same the three of them.
I am curious that they are active right now, if, @Wipeout2097 and @exstasie are Alt, that means: they are watching and seeing all this happening.
My belief is of course: @exstasie there is another Alt account that can be played here, if at any time he can make the same thing again in this forum in the campaign.

Wipeout2097 was sold/hacked in May 2017, there's a huge posting gap between 2014 and 2017 for this user, and they come back knowing next to nothing about bitcoin. But I don't see the actual connection between Wipeout2097 and exstasie.

In order to confirm if two accounts are controlled by the same person, you need to rule out that any of the accounts had changed hands after the date of the connection.

Doesn't matter. If one account can be connected to another through social media links, or even better the blockchain, they are for the purposes of this forum the same person. If you buy an account and it gets banned for plagiarism you didn't commit, the account should stay banned. Same goes for any type of scammer tags -- they should be copied to all connected accounts.

Most of the time its just bounty hunters who need multiple accounts, but sometimes people need them to rebroadcast shitty opinions by echoing them across two accounts in the same thread.

3450  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: February 05, 2021, 11:42:32 PM
Well, it's been a few months now and a few Craig-related things have happened.

This came across my eye today and thought it was worth posting here. It's Square's pushback to a letter sent by Craig's lawyers demanding they remove a hosted copy of the white paper. Their response is that the basis of the claim is not factually represented and have a well-thought list of questions that Satoshi could answer, if Craig were indeed Satoshi:

I doubt they'll respond, of course, but they're pretty legit questions nontheless.

Something particularly weird I noticed is that BSV transactions have dwindled tremendously and are much less volatile than before. What's extra weird is that around the same time BSV transactions were ramping down, BCH transactions were ramping up:

BSV had these huge swings in the number of ongoing transactions whereas BCH is relatively stable. But sometime around the end of the year transactions dropped off significantly and are now almost neck-and-neck with BCH.

The orange line is what organic transaction volumes look like:

The other two lines, c'mon, what are you telling me? There was a huge customer exodus from BSV into BCH? Highly unlikely. My theory is that whatever service BSV was employing to boost their transaction load is now working on BCH, for whatever reason. The shift happened during January and now all 3 coins have around the same daily tx volumes, oddly enough.

Finally, I took a look at the hash rates and both BSV and BCH declined starting late Oct., right when BTC was picking up in price.

So BCH's hash rate is going down but its "usage" is up -- way up -- like 10x up this year. Doesn't make sense.
3451  Economy / Reputation / Re: Should BESTCHANGE pay proven willing scam facilitators like nutildah to post? on: February 05, 2021, 10:12:47 PM

How's this for double standards?

You've taken to literally conferring with an actual scammer, because he's the only person who will talk to you. If that's not scam facilitation, I don't know what is.
3452  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Unknown Blockchain.com employee is stealing customers funds on: February 05, 2021, 08:04:57 AM
From one of your Reddit links:

Oké I know what happend. So stupid!

Google --> Blockchain --> click wrong link --> http://blockcriean.info/ --> logged in on perfect looking site only with wrong address --> And bitcoin is gone to Sao Paulo! IP 181.41.217.100

It's likely representative of what happened to most people who had their funds stolen. In a lot of reviews you posted, others chime in that it is most likely they exposed their credentials to malware. I didn't see one of them claim what you claim happened to you.

I've been using them for 6 years and never had a problem.
3453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Doge coin is bad on: February 05, 2021, 05:40:27 AM
I don't think dogecoin is bad but instead I think its not that good for long term investment knowing that there it is just create as a meme coin and doesn't really have any uses.

Well, the current pump is well outside its fundamentals, but I'd say DOGE has more uses than most coins, which can be demonstrated by its relatively high number of transactions. It has a strong, dedicated community. It's cheap to send, cheap to buy and easy to denominate. A lot of casinos accept it as payment. I wouldn't be surprised if all this newfound attention invigorates it kind of like it invigorated GameStop as a company.
3454  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Taproot proposal on: February 04, 2021, 09:58:40 PM
Is it not amusing to read Taproot related news on Coindesk's main page? Interesting recap for the non-technical fellows like myself about the latest dev meeting on taproot and its activation.
https://www.coindesk.com/taproot-bitcoin-upgrade-activation-update

Quote
The chain split scenario that willcl_ark described is basically the bogeyman everyone wants to avoid here. The fear is that BIP8 (true) requires 100% of hashrate to signal for the upgrade after the Taproot activation deadline ends. Thus, if enough users went this route at the same time that others use BIP8 (false) for non-forced activation (which only requires 95% of hashrate), the two different code versions may create two incompatible histories of Bitcoin’s transaction ledger.
This part was the most interesting and I do hope we will not have to see such a detrimental scenario.

Part of what got decided was to use BIP 8 instead BIP 9 -- I tried to understand what the advantage was and I guess its because they don't want a repeat of the activation controversy brought on by segwit? I'd be grateful if somebody could explain the difference between the two as I think I'm missing the significance. Thanks in advance.
3455  Other / Archival / Re: OldSamurai is an alt of scammer/fake escrow impersonator Boombl4 + Rambotnic on: February 04, 2021, 09:39:05 PM
Pretty sure he is back under a reactivated account: DreamerBT.

I apologize for bumping a thread that shouldn't really be getting more attention, but this guy also has a thread for a discord server for escrowing stuff. Is that still safe to use? I was about to use it until now when I saw that DreamerBT apparently went full apeshit.

I know there are other staff there besides him but I want to know if anybody can vouch for them before I use that discord.

Wait, what? Rambotnic worked himself into some escrow thing? Not only should you stop using it but also warn the other "staff" or whoever is in charge there that he's a serial scammer.

I could've sworn I saw a thread he made in his post history called something like "DREAM'S MARKETPLACE AND ESCROW" but I can't find it anymore.

There were DT members in that thread too and Vod also tagged the guy, maybe he knows where the thread is.

Even the discord server seems to be gone too, I remember joining there and I definitely wasn't kicked or banned. My bets are on the whole thing was deleted by discord for some violation.

You're thinking of DreamBlob, he's different.

President no-one listens to, well Chrissy Teigen does maybe thats enough followers for him

Biden probably won't be tweeting anything important involving the Military without discussing it with the Military first.  That was a Trump thing.

LOL. That's hilarious.

I'd be perfectly happy if presidents never tweeted again.

Another good example is this one. This guy said, "as they say", so I wondered who does he mean by "they" because I've never heard the expression said that way before. It turns out it was himself.

"as they say" is a pretty common turn of phrase. It's just being rhetorical.

Since you're the second person who said this, it means I probably didn't clarify what I meant well enough. I wasn't referring to "as they say" as the odd phrase. The odd phrase is "The trend is your friend until it ends." What's odd about it is the "until it ends" part.

For example, doing a forum search for "the trend is your friend" yields 160 results; whereas searching for "the trend is your friend until it ends" yields 2 results: figmentofmyass and exstasie.

Sure.
can you provide some examples?

gentlemand https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17P52DifaD7YfvzLkX3wrxGVpKcaPHY4y57ZpI-FK754/edit#gid=1298899162

Stopped posting and logging in just after he was removed from the campaign, and hasn't returned since. TBH, I wouldn't be surprised if he had more accounts.

I would because gentlemand posts using a certain style of poetry that is not easily imitated, or rather can't be imitated. Somebody who is more easy to imitate and hasn't come back is 1Referee, who stopped posting after his last week in CM as well.
