good question and people are only know that if certik was the most trusted party to audit the smartcontract while people didn't understand who behind this company and how credible this company is. this is a common thing in the crypto when it's based on the trust and reputation but people  who behind the platform never became the main question. You definitely could judge how liquid the market of an altcoin is by simply looking at the trading volume but if it's already beyond 1 mill I guess it's better if you take a look into the overall market capitalization and the development of an altcoins instead, since that's gonna be the ones that decide if a project gonna hits its highest ATH or just gonna go down instead.

Why do you need to regulate bitcoin. You have exchange site that has become gateway for money to go in or out from the crypto market. The regulators are having better consideration rather than you. They are eyeing the gateway of money to enter into the crypto.

TVL already declined a lot but it seems like the migration is almost coming to its end. These days people are able to using the multiple blockchain and just because ethereum was not scalable enough compared with its competitor and it doesn't mean whole demand already migrated into the new platform. You shall see how ethereum is still stable right now despite so many competitors that were always coming anytime and ethereum is still remain the same.
