This gives a good idea of how few customers this sportsbook has. They update the site 6 days ago. The old passwords no longer work. But only 1 player posts about this problem trying to login, and he doesn't post until 6 days later. This also demonstrates how utterly and hopelessly incompetent this sportsbook is. They do an update and it's necessary to contact live chat to setup new passwords. But they do not send out email notifications, they do not post such in this thread, they do not have a message stating this on their site. I tried to login and got the standard popup "Incorrect username/password". No message about what the problem is and how to solve it. Since the updated we have had several thousand players log back in with no issue, most simply reset their password by going to: https://www.betcoin.ag/user/passwordThere is a message at the top of the website that says: Betcoin.ag was updated on 8/13/2015. You may need to reset your password. We don't know how more clear that can be. As always there a few players that require some additional assistance and we have live support for this. The sportsbook was upgraded yesterday actually. Live chat has been extremely effective. Several thousand players had to change their password and maye two have posted in bitcointalk which were taken care of and of Gogo ppp hasn't even tried. In all fairness his criticism is spread to everyone and not just Betcoin. By the way Gogo ppp you must check out all the new features, lines, live options and more. |

New Wallet Features-There are 2 wallets now: Main Wallet and Poker Wallet. -Any funds you had before the update are in your Poker Wallet. There were multiple ways to abuse the surprise box and the reason we don't want to provide specifics here is because people will read it and start trying it again... Think about it and be creative. I will say the fact that you haven't figured out a few of the ways shows us that you were not abusing it, but we never thought you were. Thank you for playing with us.

I wish you had an android app  I would like to be able to play it on my android! you can play betcoin games in your mobile , just download Pufin browser and all will work good but you can't play WPN games using that Even the WPN games that are hosted through the Betcoin platform won't work on mobile like that? yup I guess so unless they did something new with their recent updates cause couple of months ago I tried Betcoin on mobile , all the games were based with chips (BTCs not USD ) so at that time I couldn't play WPN games using the mob That's precisely why they need to develop an android application. I've always thought they already had an android app. And if they don't they do need to develop one. It would be very useful for a lot of players. At least I would use it a lot! Excellent comments and feedback guys. We are working on a mobile application but the web application through puffin or any flash browser should work on the mobile for now. Did you change the PW at the web site. I can't log in there. But I can log in play with the Client without changing the PW. If you changed the PW at the web site could you log in with the client with the new PW? Seems to me the web and the client are not synchronized now as it was before. Also, to Betcoin...how was the Surprise Box abused?  ? Once you clicked on it and collect it was empty for next 24 hours...How can that be abused without somebody getting access to the server. Don't understand. UPDATE: I was able to get the Surprise Box on the client itself without going to the website...I was playing around with the wallet converted some betcoins to chips fine...clicked some links and the surprise box came up in the client. When we instituted the update, your first login to www.Betcoin.ag you had to reset the password though it works fine in the client. Once reset it would sync properly. The client pulls up a client version of the website. The point of the surprise box is to encourage play and quite frankly people find a way to abuse everything they can, it's really quite interesting. Thank you for your feedback. Things seem to have stabilized.  Musta been one hell of a patch party. Mr. B.ag, please keep in mind that complaining customers are still LOYAL customers... that is unless you get overly smug or aggro w/ them. Remember, we didn't perform the upgrade. U did. spikie420211, please for one moment don't take our initial response to be nothing other than thankful for great players and responses and comments from all of you. You are what drive us and push us to achieve the very best and we take great pride in it. Your loyalty and support does not go unnoticed and we appreciate your feedback at ALL times no matter what it may be. The "patch party" was 24 hours straight for many members of the staff, therefore less of a party... It will continue to get better from here. Reading these responses reminds us of reading the comments when the first car was introduced during the horse and buggy stage of life. First off, people said they wanted a faster horse as an improvement to their transportation. The complaints about the first cars were relentless as being an unreliable piece of metal on wheels. People complained that it wasn't proven, wasn't tested enough, and that they would never leave their horse at home because it was a part of the family. Most people however saw the future and the foundation that cars would provide for the future and capitalized on it. We appreciate the complaints and comments because it will only make us better and we thank you for your feedback.
The foundation has improved tremendously at Betcoin with this upgrade allowing us to provide far more than ever before and imagined. Sure there are bugs in the beginning as their are bugs in every upgrade for any company, but overall the upgrade has been a tremendous success and we have so many things coming that will be built off this upgrade that itis incredibly exciting. As with the first cars, most people see this and the response has been overwhelming positive.

I like most of the changes. The bugs are annoying, but livable right now, as I think everything is heading in a great direction. What I don't like, however, is the change to the affiliate section. The stats have been severely watered down -- no more seeing individual users or anything, now it's everything merged together. Having the detailed stats we had before were invaluable to us. Also, about the Surprise Box changes, do they reward more now that they are less frequent, or the same amount as before? Thank you it certainly has been a journey that began many months ago and we appreciate the support. With regard to your affiliate comments, we will be adding more information but had to get the base in there for you immediately and there will be more data and ideas and ways to help you capture even more traffic that are more personalized. Surprise box is the same amount at this time because of abuse we had to tighten it up. This is just the foundation and there is a lot more to come. The prize can be a number of things such as a Casino or Poker Bonus, Free Spins, Status Points, Betcoin Points and so on. To claim the prize a player must log into their Betcoin.ag account. The size of the prize depends on the VIP level and the higher the level the greater the prize. The surprise box now updates randomly between once per day or once every two to three days max. There has been some abuse and we have to tighten it up, but it will still be very generous.
