As the others mentioned it... Who are you going to report to if your coins get stolen? The police simply won't give damn about your losses. To me, stealing anything is illegal but those who stole bitcoins can simply get away with it most of the time.
Since bitcoins is consider as digital money, its better go to a division of police that mainly deals with cyber crime. they will help you but since bitcoins is still new to their ears, it will be a 1 in a million chance to get a positive outcome |

As for the ID, overseas filipino workers has been asking me about this so there's an others option in that list for them to be able to upload their non-Philippine IDs but still have to check with the bank rules and regulations. I myself would like to be international IDs be accepted as Filipinos are everywhere as well.

Besides xapo, coinbase and blockchain, I also use wallet from exchanger like from yobit, poloniex and bittrex. Sometimes I can't online for longtime because my career is sailor.
Is exchanger wallets safe?
so far, i havent encounter any issues on using exchange wallet, but i only use most of them for a short time. ussually after trading i move them on my main exchange wallet coins.ph for safe keeping |
