I still believe in bitcoin and ethereum these are the two main coins in cryptocurrency. and both have the largest trading volume. even though now the value is down, I'm sure a few more years will rise again.
Yeah, these main coins are down. You know i have invested $17010 on only bitcoin and now still wait to get profit. Actually it is long term investment we should wait for a roaring time, then we get reward otherwise, the small coins is better for day trading. I am just curious to know if you can buy lottery tickets for your own national lottery in your country. It will be depending on what gambling game are you referring,because in Games like Slot machines,roulette and Dice i dont think there is strategy that applicable to use so this is purely Luck that may bring you winnings

This is just my two cents on bitcoin gambling.
I made quite a bit of money back in December when the bitcoin price was roaring. I quit my job since then and been obsessed with bitcoin investment.
Things didn't turned out as people hoped . Bitcoin price went downhill and i started to chase my loss. How ? Yeah, as stupid as this may sound.. Bitcoin Dice sites. I have lost over $50k in past years gambling in dice sites like Primedice, Bitsler & Yolodice. My personal life was devastated with sights of depression and bad relationship with my wife.
It was almost like i was somebody else when i click that auto roll. The adrenaline was like a drug that got me high. As much as i regret quitting my job and betting high on auto roll I learnt to forgive myself.
My advice to you guys is that betting minimum on 2X with 100% increase on loss will NEVER pay your bill.
I feel sad to read your story, it is really lesson-able for us and i also remember that period when bitcoin price was roaring, most of the members are discuss about left the day job and work with bitcoin for earning,, even most of the threads was in bitcoin discussion to work with bitcoin left job. But now bitcoin never reward us and i am also one of them who facing the loss, because i also invested on bitcoin too much but i couldn't earn profit from it. I know my statement may sound pretty hostile on this part of the board, though I'm not talking about the person who will buy a superbowl box or makes a friendly bet with someone over one big game. I think the degenerates are the people sitting around gambling on every game they can possibly gamble on.
I have friends like this, people that will gamble on Mexican Womens Tennis if they can win (or most likely lose) some money on the game. It's a crushing addicition that we've normalized in our culture to make it seem like it's just apart of life. It shouldn't be, and children at a young age should be stopped from gambling until they know the horrible outcomes that gambling can cause. Your brain has three status of living conscious,subconscious and unconscious.In the stage of conscious your mind knows what you are doing but on other stages you may not unaware of what is happening even if you are living in it.

May be im one of addicted gambling here, but its not too serious. Almost everyday im in online casino, but if i have no free time its no problem. I call addicted because everyday im there (if i have free time for sure).
Addicted or not its depends how to see it from which side, and different with drug you'll do everything to get it if you addicted.

I constantly here people say " Only invest what you can afford to lose" Well no matter where your wealth is it could crash.
-Invest in USD- USA could collapse and experience mass inflation making your dollars nearly worthless
-Invest in Bonds- Government could collapse making your bonds worthless
-Invest in real estate- Housing prices could crash, natural disaster could hit and insurance company could go bankrupt
-Invest in metals- prices could crash, asteroid mining could collapse prices

You have not mentioned investments in bitcoins. If you had invested in bitcoins the result could have been different. Consider those who invest in 2016 and they easily got 3x to 4x in 2018. No other investments can give you such high returns as bitcoins can give it to you. Its just a matter of investing at a right time. Many people invest at the peak and then complain as it is obvious you should buy the dip and not the peak. |
