It's quite questionable also if transaction is offline, I know it's irritating also when we need to have a transaction but there's no Internet, but if it will be made offline it is much more riskier and prone to hacking as others might access the account without us noticing it. This institutional companies will not sell their investments this fast, they will sure wait for other investors to get in before they will do selling to take some profits even Pandemic or there is another variant btc been the new platform of investors since stocks were greatly affected by the economy. It's always good to take profit, it's better to sell in profit than because of stopping losses. I also sell some ETH when it pumps same with some altcoins when their in profit since it's not something that always happen. I just make sure to always left some of top alts or altcoins that are still improving in their product. Having BTC and ETH to hold is still my priority.

Sometimes it's really good to take risk, I doubt BTC before but still push on buying and investing some and hold it since many says that time it's the future currency and I just follow my instincts and bought as much as I can. Many didn't not believe before or already told that BTC will not reach another heights after the 2017 pump.
