3461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you get mad when the price of your cryptos go higher after you have sold on: February 24, 2021, 12:46:06 PM
I have been investing in cryptos for some years now and i always have to fight a battle with myself whenever i sell some of my cryptos or close my positions in a trade and the price continues to go higher.

Sometimes i regret selling, while sometimes i just try not to look at the particular crypto anymore to avoid having regrets.

Do you also encounter this? And how do you deal with it?

I experienced this so many times, I even have one experienced where the gap is just one hour after I sold it the price jumped 10% highrer, my biggest regret was UNI I could have relaxed,  I have two claims if only I retain the amount I claimed in one wallet I could have relaxed now with the current price, but that's life in trading you really never know what's going to come.
3462  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bloody Crypto market. on: February 24, 2021, 01:02:24 AM
Be greedy when others are fearful. Best advice. Hodl and buy moar.

Of course, it is proven and we have history and charts to back it up, but some people do not want to wait, and easily sell for profit and some of them are still listening and following FUDS, this is a good buy opportunity, the next Bitcoin milestone is just around the corner and you might end, regretting for not taking action.
3463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First time scammed , very frustrated on: February 24, 2021, 12:33:57 AM

3464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Coin? on: February 24, 2021, 12:08:57 AM
You never know what that guy might be up to now.

But it took him over 10 years to embrace BTC, let's not act as if he's god all of a sudden.

No, he should not be, we made mistake along the way even though we have been here for quite sometimes, I still consider him a newbie and he is prone to a lot of mistakes, like what happened when people thought he is shilling a coin called marscoin when he's not he is just not aware of a project with a named Marscoin, his followers should still do research and correct him if he made a mistake, or going in a wrong direction.
3465  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Elon Musk looking to buy more Bitcoin ? on: February 23, 2021, 11:33:47 PM
I'm not sure if he will be buying more but he will start accepting bitcoin payments for his electric cars. So, it looks like he is more interested in blockchain technology than the coin market.

https://www.theverge.com/2021/2/8/22272103/tesla-bitcoin-investment-1-5-billion-cryptocurrency-payments

Either way, their entry into Cryptocurrency will help in adoption and introducing it to the greater masses, Tesla is the second biggest company to get in Cryptocurrency and I see this snowballing, and we shall see many more small medium, and big companies getting in the Cryptocurrency and that will push the price up, and stabilize it, it's hard to ignore when big names are into Cryptocurrency.
3466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your worst loss in 2021 bull run on: February 22, 2021, 11:34:38 AM
Begining. I have profit of 1100$ then invested in bnb got huge profit , then invest on ico. then Huge loss. Total loss is 2500$ ....

Now covered... Thanks

Sad to read your post, just when everyone is posting their income and profit, you lose big money from investing in a new coin, but you can still make a profit there are coins that are about to reach and break their all-time high, ignore these new coins from ICO, concentrate on a more established coin in the market, they are first to go to the moon.
3467  Economy / Speculation / Re: Owning One BTC In 2035 Will Make You A Millionaire on: February 22, 2021, 06:58:29 AM
I like all your recommendation but not the part where you take a loan to buy Bitcoin, it's not recommended and it's risky, even if the market looks great there will be a time maybe not now, could be next week or next month we will never know where Bitcoin will suffer or experience a downturn, you can keep a small amount daily to buy Bitcoin but never take a loan from a bank.
3468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We should not buy outdated and overvalued coins on: February 21, 2021, 03:47:14 PM
you wouldn't really know if they are outdated or not until they are considered dead coin and delisted. OP listed tokens that are still actively traded anywhere with huge volume. its developers are also well alive and i can still read tweets from its developer especially that Justin or Dan Larimer.

One example is Tron 24 Hour Trading Vol $2,835,011,499 now you tell me why this coin is outdated even Eos is performing very well, both coins are progressive, they may not yet reach their potential and break their old record, but they are still in contention as one of the top coins in the market, let's give it to these coins, they've also contributed a lot to the community in terms of profit and popularity of Cryptocurrency, I cannot consider them shitcoins, their data in the market will speak for them.
3469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 1inch exchange token claim on: February 21, 2021, 03:24:26 PM

Another extraordinary event happened again at the end of this year with the exchange of 1inch, but it is unfortunate that I have not used the exchange because I still think the exchange is not yet popular, it turns out that I was wrong in assessing this, because the distribution of free tokens on the exchange happened on later this year. Cry

I have not traded on this exchange I am more on a centralized exchange and maybe because I am not active in bounty hunting anymore and only trading in a centralized exchange, this only proves that decentralized exchanges are gaining popularity, UniSwap token is leading the way in decentralized exchange their token is still going up.
3470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: And yet another problem for promoters on: February 21, 2021, 02:58:26 PM
There is going to be another problem for bounty hunters soon, now that ethereum is over 1900$ finally the gas fee keeps increasing and majority of bounties are smart contract, team can easily say the gas fee is too high so they can't send tokens to bounty hunters, I think it's the right time for bounties to start paying bounty hunters in USDT Tron or BTC, what do you say?

Even if they sent it, bounty hunters cannot sell or trade their token because of the very high fees, and there's a possibility that bounty hunters will stay away from Ethereum based token because the fee will eat up their profit, it's not a good time for a bounty hunter to promote projects based on Ethereum chain, you are right it's time and it's better to pay bounty hunters with other coins with cheap fees, or there will be few bounty hunters on their spreadsheet.
3471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Insane Gas Fees on: February 21, 2021, 01:55:25 PM
This forum is full of complaints about very high transaction fee, but I have not encountered a fee this high, this is really insane this is a big turn off for traders and developers, I have a problem transferring my altcoins with $10 to $15 fees but this fee is really insane and unacceptable if this continues people will be making a big shift and it will become a good opportunity for other chains.
3472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The future of AME on: February 21, 2021, 12:49:02 PM

indeed, for sure many bounty hunters that sell their rewards earlier will regret if they know the price of ame at this moment
maybe they still has a chance to buy back this AME even for higher price, because look like the team really serious to make this ame project huge

They have done great for a new project I notice there's a scam complaint on AME in the scam section, they should fix this right away it can harm the development of the project, it's easy to resolve, they have paid their early promoters with Bitcoin and their native token, this issue can be resolve and they can continue to develop and build their community, bounty hunters are also part of their community even if they dump their share they can still take it again, everybody wants a project with good potential.
3473  Economy / Economics / Re: Indian Economy to grow at 11.5% in 2021 say IMF on: February 20, 2021, 04:30:45 PM
It seems to me that these figures do not reflect the actual situation in the world. Just today, I came across a forecast for the development of the world economy for this year and it says that the world economy in 2021 will fall by 3.5 percent. I think that these figures are quite optimistic and not entirely accurate. The economies of all states continue to suffer material losses due to the ongoing fight against the coronavirus pandemic, and we do not yet know when and with what losses it will end. I don't think India's economic situation is different from the rest of the world.

I share your belief, how can they be when they are on top of the CoVid standing, what makes them different from other countries, even the United States and some European countries are suffering, I have some friends coming from India and they too are complaining of economic hardship, I could have believed it if we are not in a pandemic, and the world economy is collapsing.
3474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - Buy in or Bail out? on: February 20, 2021, 04:13:43 PM
It all depends how much you are holding, if you are holding alot sell some and hold some just in case. Because with the SEC it can go either way.

Just be sure you come out in profit or just break even, we are seeing the obvious, Ripple is in trouble it's pumping because whales or even the team is pumping it and they want to make their presence felt by the community, after being delisted, by some of the big exchanges, something is not right on Ripple, it could go either way, be sure you are on a safe side.
3475  Economy / Economics / Re: Mastercard Bitcoin Global Adoption? on: February 20, 2021, 03:38:34 PM
It will work like PayPal where all transactions are not part of the blockchain, and their numbers are just part of their own data, these financial institutions find it hard to go decentralized, they do not want to lose control, they want to make a huge profit by integrating Cryptocurrency but the main components of their transactions are centralized in nature.
3476  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the potential side effects of corporations selling fake crypto? on: February 20, 2021, 03:23:42 PM
PayPal has started selling "crypto" but they don't let you withdraw. Hence, if you think about it, they could easily only literally sell numbers on a screen rather than a math-backed, miner-verified real cryptocurrency.

I was wondering what could happen from an economical point of view if they (or any other corporation) did this and suddenly wanted to manipulate markets using false coins. What could PayPal do to BTC?

How can they manipulate something that is not part of the blockchain, their transaction is just their make up, with numbers not real I don't know how are they going to do that or are they capable of doing this, people might think it's illegal because it's not part of the blockchain or explorer but this is PayPal, which is a centralize corporation trying to be part of decentralized technology.
3477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if the bear market starts next month on: February 20, 2021, 03:44:24 AM
although this possibility is low and probably won't happen. but I want to ask you. if the bear market starts next month, and bitcoin falls below 20k. which altcoins were still able to survive and which altcoins are feeling the big impact of the bear trend.

we exclude stablecoins, because after all the market situation this coin will definitely be stable.

so I think Ethereum can still survive and that Ripple will be one of the biggest impact altcoins during the bear market.

Those who survive in the last bear trends are likely to survive, there's no question that the top coins in the market have a strong community and whales behind them that will keep them afloat in the bear trend of the market, my worry is on Ripple, although we do not have a hint of a bear market, they are at risk, I hope things will be settled between them so they can still remain in the top standing when market sets in.
3478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB is No. 4 (3RD NOW) on: February 20, 2021, 02:45:43 AM

So a $1k or even $2k price of BNB can be achieved this year specially in a bull run that we are seeing, super fast rally that no one knows what is the top price.

It's possible Binance coin will have a good showing in the market this year, it's not really surprising they are the leader and all-new coins want to get in here and they are the most preferred by traders, Ethereum is now receiving a lot of fo complaints on their gas fees, they are looking for a better choice and BNB is a good option, if ever Ripple makes a rally I don't think they can surpass Binance.
3479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why only tron missed the bull this time. on: February 19, 2021, 10:45:04 PM
ethereum up to moon
Polkadot up to moon
Cardano up to moon
binance up to moon

all Dapp platforms have increased, but not for Tron. is tron not good enough?
does Justin haven't the funds to pump tron?
why until recently Tron there weren't any major movements in the market
Tron was making a big noise when the market is in a bear trend, what happens now is kinda strange, this should be the time that they are making noise, some coins/tokens are breaking their old record and setting a new one, but looking on the chart, they are not even close to their old record, the movement is very slow but I'm sure they are going to surprise us all.

3480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tokens transaction fee. on: February 19, 2021, 10:18:38 PM
I have some basic undestanding of how ethereum works but I'm not sure about transaction fees on stablecoins like Tether and other tokens running on ethereum.

So on ethereum when your sending tether your sending tether including the ethereum gas fee.

So my question might be a bit newbish but do you need besides tether in your wallet also ether for paying gas, or in other words you need two?

Im not aware of how token representation with ether etc works, and I also don't intent to learn more about ethereum but it was an question which got my attention.

I also experienced that in my Exodus wallet way back I thought my small Ehereum can still cover my gas, but it was not and I have to wait sometime before I can add Ethereum to my Exodus because the transaction at that time was on an all-time high, just sending it in my Exodus will eat a lot of fees, so if you are going to store USDT on eth platform be sure you have enough gas, I prefer USDT on Tron better with their low fees, I'm not a big fan of Stable coin, there's no profit holding but just part of the strategy to keep your portfolio safe.
