No .. im talking about the OP , a person who trying to hide his 1500watts setup from the government And Im talking about that 1500watts 24/7 , what can get the power company attention , bc that extra 1500watts/hour 24/7 is probably way more than what regular user/homeowner/renter using in his area. If you growing weeds , police showing up at your door bc your electricity usage become way over average  Do you seriously think that your energy company has enough capacity to investigate? In my country, a police officer is not allowed to enter an apartment if there is an increased consumption of electricity. I read sometime that 3GB can mine ETH only if they are combined whit 8GB gpu, is this still true?.
The only GPU i could consider being rasonable would be 1060GTX. other old cards dont put the MHS for the power draw.

Facing heat problem with my mining rig after adding 4 extra cards to the number, now not even my table fan can keep up I mean suppress the heat and this rig is in my living room, here are my questions
1. Are mid heats safe for one's health?
2. Is there any exhaust fan you can recommend?

I've never seen one reaching 130MH lol, I have friends who build a 3090 GPU with 6 of them and their mining hashrate is from 110-120M max, though with GPU mining silicon lottery is always a possibility but they are rare with 3090s and if your friends 3090 is delivering that 130MH for real then it's silicon lottery, don't go out to buy same GPU because you will be disappointed
And if he is not cooling that ram while using 330 watts he will fry it. i use 280 watts and get 113 I bet my gear lasts a lot longer than his will. many coin developer dont not favor in gpu mining anymore, even zcash want to move pos like eth did, yes old coin only mineable with asic, for small miner we can switch other coin easy
