3481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: Fury vs Wilder III - THE TRILOGY IS BACK ON !!! on: October 10, 2021, 11:40:49 AM
This is finally over, Fury proved to the world that he is the better fighter between him and Wilder.

He got Knockdown but just like the first fight he was able to get up and in the end, he was able to KO Wilder with a solid punch.
I just don't like Wilder after the fight as he doesn't show respect when Fury tries to shake hands, so he is really a sore loser now, and no doubt about that.

What's next for Wilder then?
You still want to know what next?
Lol I couldn't believe my eyes after the defeet.
This calls for a big fat argument cause I think someone was wrong somewhere.
Bet lost making me think twice next this kind of fight comes onboard.
How I hope I can reverse the time...bowh!

He can go back and fight his way to the top again, those fighters that he has beaten and asking for a rematch. Maybe the loser of the AJ vs Usyk, as AJ has officially exercise his rematch clause and probably the fight be held next year. And then the winner fighting Fury for all the belts in the heavyweight and maybe after Fury wins all the belt he can retire undefeated and cemented his legacy as one of the best HW champion in recent memories.

As long as Wilder will start winning again, it's easy to create a hype of a possible Fury vs Wilder 4.

Wilder vs AJ would be nice, that if AJ will once again lose in a rematch against Usyk which I think will likely happen as Usyk is not Ruiz. Usyk is just an underrated boxer which has some real boxing talent and he exploited AJ in their fight.

I don't know if Wilder would still win a fight, I guess he was really living in Fury's world and he can't move on his defeat, and if that will stay, it will hunt him and he won't be able to continue his life due to the distraction. The fact that he doesn't respect a champion, means he does not deserve to be a champion again, I pity how his career might end.
3482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 10, 2021, 11:10:37 AM
Wow! I did not see it coming, after a bad performance by the SMB in game 3, they bounce back strong to win by blowout and tie the series. This should go to game 7, and I think next game's winner will be the TNT.
If you will see the recap on the PBA website, you will see something that didn't happen on Game 3.
The starters especially Erram didn't play that much compare to Game 3. They gave more time to their bench. Maybe this is because SMB got a huge lead coming to the 4th Quarter that they gave up already and give more time to the bench.

I didn't watch the whole game because of power outage but what happened to TNT in Game 3 happened to SMB in Game 4. The points are distributed and 7 players got double digits. I would love to see this series and the other one to go to 7 games. More games = more entertainment and more revenue Cheesy. Lets see what will happen in Game 5.

Some would think that they are rigging the series as its finest, lol. The series will goes to game 7 and that would attract a lot of viewers since both teams has a big fan base. Magnolia already lead 3-1 and they will likely advance in the Finals, so I like the TNT to win so it will be a battle of Pangilinan vs Cojuangco and it's a real battle IMO.

If they think that way, then that's only on them as PBA has never been proven to be rigging their games. It is what it is, if you are a bettor, you'll never complain as you just bet on the right side and win. The next game is gonna be close (hope so) because they have already known each other and they will play with the right defense since the winner in game 5 will only be 1 win away to win the series.
3483  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Continuously Loosing money in Trading!!!! on: October 09, 2021, 10:56:49 AM
But recently from few weeks i am loosing  my money continuously with the same strategy  i have been using since last 2 years.
Using the same strategy will not the trader always making profit, but if the losses continue, I think you should re-analyze and try new strategies according to current market conditions, or maybe this is time for you to take a break from trading activities or lift your knowledge about other strategies then use it, could be the new one is more suitable for current market.
Maybe, a trader must have to move on and find out what makes him wrong. It is probably not because of the strategies a trader is using, it probably he might be too emotional. If this is found to be the reason, I don't think you will be able to succeed but certainly just about to fail no matter many tries you do as will always ended up losing their minds and make bad decisions.

"Never trade with emotions" is supposed to do in trading. But somehow, many were still got the influence of this, and not to wonder why they keep complaining their losses.
3484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The difficulty of explaining Bitcoin to people is massive on: October 08, 2021, 09:59:16 PM
Everyone in real life is with the idea of centralization which they always assume applies to cryptocurrencies and blockchain. You can start by explaining the decentralized nature of cryptocurrency, let them know that unlike the traditional financial institutions they make use of everyday, cryptocurrencies operate in a digital environment and is managed by a network of people, making it impossible for a single individual to own. That will make it easy for you, and for them to understand a little about bitcoin before going ahead to explain other beneficial features of bitcoin.
That sounded very challenging to all who have tried to do that, only a few of them would have to listen while the majority will just to ignore that is the reality. I did it and yes, they will ask you for assurance which is really hard to explain and convince them for that thing.

But instead of insisting that it was not a scam thing, we just let them discover their own as I believe that someday they will come back to us and ask in regards to this. Some things might not happen too fast that especially when you are talking financially and when there is nothing to show with them physically.
3485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHIB the new tough competitor to DOGE on: October 08, 2021, 03:32:49 PM
Shib keep going on with higher price and make new all time high today, I think effect tweet by Elon Musk make Shib coin become maybe the next doge coin, I am confused last day when try to buy Shib because I think have raise almost 100% and possibility to dump but right now Shib coin most fantastic keep raising up. Better watching or entry right now guys, what do you thing about Shib coin have potential keep raising up again or now the moment for us to put short position on future trading, maybe do you have any ideas with Shib coin because I think good moment for short or long position with this coin.

Almost 4 folds in a week, Shib investors who bought a month ago are now enjoying what they are seeing inside the market,
It's tough now since the hypes in unpredictable. Only risk takers can take this now,

aside from Musk's, there's no real usage for this coin, though it's been compared to Doge and from what we are seeing now, it's really moving the same hypes Doge received.

Investors need to be extra careful. It can harm your investment if you overlook your position. Make sure you are willing to take that big risk.
That is the case, we able to see the surge for SHIB coins this time but that is what we look for, it is the usability feature of the project that somewhat is missing. Investors must be taking care of their investment, they might be in profit this time but the crash is also unpredictable, can't imagine it happens one day.

That you're right, risk-takers always win but much more advantageous if you are smart in choosing the project. SHIB coin is not that promising as I can see, it only gets attention after the DOGE coin being promoted by Musk but still, it fails to sustain the market competition as still usable coins will win the competition and live long-term.
3486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 08, 2021, 12:20:17 PM
P.S. The game ended with a score of 115-98.
Unfortunately, not a similar scenario we saw in game 2, despite my loss, I would still say congratulations to TNT, and those who put their bet on TNT to win tonight, they deserve that win, after a heartbreaking loss in game 2, they bounce back and prove that they are too much for SMB.
3487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: October 08, 2021, 10:59:24 AM

We will know that inside the ring, of all of the recent opponents of Canelo, it seems that Caleb is the most loud about it as far as trash talking is concern. Very vocal in attacking Canelo in public and even in their face off. But it's different when they are inside, either he can really has the power to knock out Canelo (which majority of us doubt), or he will just be an ordinary fighter there because Canelo's talent is too much for him.

He should not change, he should keep attacking Canelo for us to see an entertaining fight. Majority of the fans are on the side of Canelo, but if he can upset Canelo here, he will accelerate into stardom and he will get big fights and money going forward. I believe all boxers do not only aim for honor, they aim for money more, so Caleb should train hard to beat Canelo.
3488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 08, 2021, 10:33:34 AM

Lets watch the second game: SMB VS. TNT Smiley.

Here we go again, looks like I already see this scenario where TNT leads in the 1st half but they will allow SMB to roar back in the 2nd half. So far, TNT has a good double-digit lead but the result is always unpredictable because we can't conclude yet that SMB will not come back anymore.

Very similar in game 2, 25-41 is the score now, TNT has been dominating so far but we know that SMB is a good 2nd half team, so we should watch out for the bounce back in the 2nd half. I guess I will put my bet on SMB to win in the 3rd quarter as TNT would not give everything they have so they still have energy left in the 4th quarter which is the quarter that they lost in game 2.
3489  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin slumps as China bans all cryptocurrency transactions on: October 08, 2021, 04:21:30 AM
I'm not going to believe that the declines we've experienced in the past few days are the result of banning all crypto transactions in China. It never finds significant as the market was just about to recover at this time, it was only a price correction that we normally experience almost every day.

People are already aware bout their actions and the fact that they are doing this for how many times, that is something to think that was just a FUD only. People will just read it and move on, there is no string attached from China - crypto that is why we never saw such a huge impact unlike in the early days while China has contributed a lot.
3490  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto will rival or replace crypto in 10 years? on: October 07, 2021, 10:45:19 PM
Fiat currencies are simply too convenient for the governments to let go, they are very aware of the enormous amount of power that they are getting out of the current arrangement and they're not going to be willing to part ways with fiat that easily, and I personally believe that it is never going to totally happen, but what it can happen is that bitcoin could force the hand of the government by becoming so powerful that they have no option but to accept the fact that people are going to use it and there is nothing they can do about it.
They might have the reason to let go of fiat but that only happens when they already take control over crypto. However, it was not what we've seen this time and I don't think that it has come, then I believe they will keep fiat for that sake.

Bitcoin had featured not to replace fiat in the future, it was just an option. But people who come in crypto literally not seeing this as a form of currency like fiat but it was a form of investment and this is the reason why this could be hard to replace fiat if that is possible.

I'd looked forward to seeing this could be widely used as a form of currency but with the situation of being so volatile, that something holds for the merchants to accept.
3491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did you miss Bitcoin? on: October 07, 2021, 03:01:06 PM
What is difficult in investing in bitcoin is the belief itself. I've also experienced that where I was hesitant to start with bitcoin, but after I tried to convince myself again I believed in it and started entering the crypto world. Opportunities don't come as often as possible so when they do come we must be able to make good use of them. everyone has their own considerations to start investing in bitcoin, it's just a matter of how we can convince ourselves to get into it and use it well.
Trust and Capital, but most of the people around don't have that word TRUST and so they just ignore Bitcoin.
And to be honest with you that I was in this position and looking at crypto as a scam but I'd change as I open my mind the I'd found out that I was wrong, definitely wrong of what I've thought before and so most people.

If I don't dare to take this nor I change my vision towards Bitcoin, I can imagine that I was still far from getting to know more about Bitcoin, and absolutely I miss this opportunity. Regrets are somewhat I've got.
3492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How you choose projects for investment on: October 07, 2021, 01:32:07 PM
I understand that most of us are looking to gain assurance but unfortunately, it is really hard to see it even the top leading coins can't provide that thing. Even with that kind of market situation we've found a way to make it possible.

1.market cap
2.trading volume
3.use case

These things I'd look at first. Well, it takes time to do the search but it was not that hard if we love doing this and the fact that we look for assurance (or at least), there is no way we get tired of doing this otherwise, we just fail in the end.
3493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Jonas Sultan vs Carlos Caraballo - October 30, 2021 on: October 07, 2021, 06:33:35 AM

I think it's Sultan that was more experienced but Caraballo's dangerous resume of only having KOs on all his fight is the best  stat could ever have in this fight to side for. They both are in their primes and I guess that's how exhilarating this fight was.

This is such an interesting fight to watch both fighters are very promising and both hungry to get a world title crack, and this may well be a fight that could push them into the limelight, its power versus technicality between the two, I'm into technicality here we have seen how a technical boxer like Usyk beat a power puncher like Joshua.
I still believe Sultan is very much capable of beating Graballo.

I agree, although people are talking about Caraballo knockout power, Sultan shouldn't be taken lightly though. Yes, he ha losses but he is as tough as you can get a fighter from the Philippines that's why he has been given the chance.

I'm not a hater but maybe Caraballo is over rated here, he hasn't fought anyone with a good chin and big heart like Sultan. There could be surprises in this fight.

Garaballo is not overrated IMO, his record is just impressive so people think that he will be the favorite in this fight and he would win. Sultan is not yet a known fighter, he still has a lot of proving to do in order to make a name in boxing, so beating an undefeated fighter would really help him to be popular.
3494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gervonta Davis vs. Rolando Romero - December 5 on: October 07, 2021, 05:26:10 AM
Not fun to watch if the betting odds are not attractive, I also bet if I watch a fight so like to see some odds like KO odds which are attractive.

Gervonta Davis is probably gonna KO Rolando Romero as he has a high kO rate, currently 24/25 or 95%.

We can see their respective records here.

3495  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Use Twitter, get paid in Bitcoin on: October 06, 2021, 09:54:42 PM

In a bid to help creators earn payment from their followers for the content they create, Twitter launched a tipping feature using bitcoin. Could the social media platform now become one of the world’s best remitting experiences?

No, social media platform is one of the world's influencing platforms but not the world's best remitting. It may look like this nowadays but in the future, they'll have changed. Their tipping strategy is just to encourage people and users to post more and informational posts and then they receive a tip convertible of money. A lot of social platforms have been doing this and this has become one of the money makers in today's life.
3496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There is something wrong with cryptocurrencies? on: October 06, 2021, 02:41:18 PM
What would happen if everybody wants to exchange for a real money?
Nobody is buying crypto then and it was the end of its life. But it was just "what if?" I didn't find it reasonable as many people wanting to invest and hold more than those who are selling.

Quote
I consider it not fair to mine cryptocurrencies?

Maybe if you are not good at mining this is certainly not fair but those who have been doing this for many years, are already satisfied with what they got. Some miners don't get it, they are greedy to think about doubling their money through mining and that is why they think it was unfair.

If that so, I think you have to find another job. Crypto mining wasn't good for you.
3497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 06, 2021, 07:03:04 AM
Only a good deal will change sixers' management minds, I guess. Simmon's case still hanging even the regular season is almost starting.]

That's detrimental to the team, if they will not release Simmons, they are losing every season, instead, if they will release him and get at least a player that could contribute to the team, then Embiid has someone that could help him. They have to think wisely, there's a reason why Simmons was not yet traded and other teams would not just give their player in return for a problem Simmons.

Honestly, I don't expect the scenario would happen, Simmons value = other player value. It could be 100% vs 80% to make the deal successful.
3498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: October 06, 2021, 06:26:37 AM
SMB -1.5 @1.95 boosted, double my game 1 bet so if ever SMB win, it's already a profit for me this series  Grin.
Nice plan bro, but are you gonna stop betting if SMB wins game 2?

I guess it will be a long series, so if they win game 2, you are in profit, and if they lose in game 3, you can double your bet again, who knows they'll win in game 4 again. Very clever, and you should be as PBA is not hard to predict, you know, the "Fixed thing".

Haha, of course, I won't stop betting because I love the PBA and I'm a gambler  Cool.

Martingale's strategy is that what they call this style of betting? The good thing about this series now is that the spread is not too high and the probability of the SMB not being swept is too high so betting for them really is the way to go if you analyze the situation, much more if you are a fan of the Beermen.

Markets/odds for the Magnolia vs Meralco game are out too, seems to me that odds are persuading me in betting for the SMC teams so Magnolia -2.5 @1.90 for the second game.

Good luck to us.

SMB is now 2.5 for 1.90 odds, is this odds still good to take?

I have a feeling that everyone is betting on the SMB to win now, you think SMB will win even the series today?
The game will start at 3:00 PM, hopefully, it will be live in facebook by smart.
3499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Let's pay attention to BNB? on: October 05, 2021, 11:03:34 PM
While BNB was at $331 dollars on September 29, the upward trend of the last week is remarkable. I think that after BTC's correction, BNB will correct itself. BNB, which has risen to the level of $ 440, does not seem to be a surprise to reach the level of $ 500 by the end of the year.
We are much hopeful for BNB to reach that high, it was not a surprise as we can see that this project seems worthy and their investors are growing in numbers, quite possible that it even reach $1000 someday.

BNB is just like Bitcoin before, it simply just ignored by many but for now, they are now investing and in fact, BNB is the 3rd coin in ranking. It has the potentiality and that it brought attention by many which it helps to pump the price almost day by day.
3500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To what extent can sport be strengthened with cryptocurrencies on: October 05, 2021, 12:07:35 PM
Probably through sponsorships and charity that involves cryptocurrencies, for example, a crypto company or crypto devs could pledge a donation or donate something that involves or benefits sports like erecting gymnasium, courts and other sports facilities.
That would really help too, most that I saw are through sponsorships, I saw one crypto as a sponsor on the kickboxing fight, I can't remember the specific fight anymore because I'm not really a fan of kickboxing but I just notice that Logo which I can easily spot since I'm too active in crypto.
