3501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: INOUE vs DONAIRE 2 - June 7 on: April 01, 2022, 05:19:12 PM

The prevous thread was actually opened for the discussion of the rematch. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5347394.0
Maybe joining the discussion there.will help you make the bet too. People still rooting for Inoue actually. Although we may not know what will happen still. Donaire could still counter. He did hit Inoue several times in their first fight sure he can do it again.
When it comes to power and strategy at this era in bantam weight division, always bet on inoue, unless donaire improve his combination punch, stamina, speed and body from those killer body shots of inoue. If he will still aim only using his left hook, I don't think it will work at this very moment, inoue knows how to bet donaire since their first match.
3502  Other / Meta / Re: Another Fools' Day on: April 01, 2022, 04:05:38 PM
Oh no, don't spoil the day, april 1 still not ended yet, people still enjoying having a high IQ. Tongue

Well, actually the questions are pretty interesting, regarding history, science and etc.

What's your favourite April Fools' Day prank in the forum or even offline?
With the past experience, the merit thing with lots of stuff like politeness, virtue, karma is the most funny.
3503  Other / Meta / Re: IQ testing now required before posting on: April 01, 2022, 10:34:01 AM
Good idea, I fully support it. It's a pity, of course, that this is just an April Fool's joke. However, something like this is so lacking in the Internet.
Only theymos invented it, lol. Yeah, would be much better to have such fun feature, although the IQ score can just be hidden and not be public, or need a payment first to be displayed like what copper membership but i guess that wouldnt be happen. Lol
3504  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk IQ Improvement Service $5 only on: April 01, 2022, 07:51:26 AM
Why do we need to take your IQ Improvement Services for 5$ when we have google who provides this service free of cost.  Wink

 Shocked

are you cheating?
No, we're not, it's a feature including the github link linked by theymos himself as a cheatsheet. Well, it's the main secret of theymos after all.

Are you looking for improving your IQ score on bitcointalk?
Can you provide your quotes on this, maybe i or anybody will be interested  Tongue
3505  Other / Meta / Re: IQ Leaderboard on: April 01, 2022, 07:34:05 AM
Base on seasonal events like this made by theymos, statistics or leaderboards will always be posted on the day after the event, so expect it some time tomorrow.  Tongue

Soon it will be available on bpip.org I guess. It would be great to have IQ badge there Wink
Yeah,  same expectations from the previous events  Tongue
3506  Other / Meta / Re: IQ testing now required before posting on: April 01, 2022, 06:57:07 AM
Good bye to newbies. Only smart people will remain and other will just see what smart people post Here.
Yes, mate. Time to say goodbye to spammers and low-quality posters. Their IQ must be lower than 50, soon to get an auto permanent ban.  Cheesy
Seems both of you need to work with your IQ record from the test too Tongue

Well, let's see, 127 IQ isnt hard to get though.
3507  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to turn a USB Pendrive into a crypto wallet on: April 01, 2022, 06:27:02 AM
Can you explain why there are people (ex. You) who did this as a hobby? Coz when you said hobby, how often you do this, what pleasure you get from doing this?
I see no reason to make it a hobby, if that's your reason to do it. Its insecure, particularly using a closed source wallet.
Many peoples wanna have a hardware wallet, some of them want security for their holdings and many of them just for satisfaction. One can also use it as a gift. I can gift it to another who does not have any crypto knowledge.
It's just a DIY, nothing else.
It should not be considered as a hardware wallet, well, you heard responds above. And how it become so valuable as being a gift? It doesnt make sense to someone who will receive it, unless it has a copy of full series or movies s/he likes. As what I asked, it also doesnt make sense as a hobby as you portrait.
3508  Other / Off-topic / Re: It's Fool's Day and be careful with your IQ on: April 01, 2022, 05:00:18 AM
I wonder why the question is related to Utah only, that's kind of curious.
Idk if this is random question made by theymos, but if it is, then probably you will get more and more questions to answer before you can make a post or edit it.

What I wonder is, if apart from the IQ system being a joke, the questions are also fake.
Nope some of them can be seen on google and it's the right answers (probably?), well, that's based on my IQ. wkwk.
3509  Other / Meta / Re: IQ testing now required before posting on: April 01, 2022, 04:38:06 AM
Whoah, whoa, another season of the year. Let's see what's my IQ then.

EDIT: Yeah, got my 110 IQ in first post of the day, not bad lol.

EDIT 2: 119 After editing this post. And...
3510  Other / Meta / Re: Is shilling links allowed now? on: March 31, 2022, 02:18:17 PM
So far, I just see two users who are just reposting news article in the forum with the news source, much better than copying some paragraphs or texts in an article without giving the source. "Shilling links" is something base on someone's perspective or the mods who handle the report.

3515  Other / Meta / Re: Self moderation question on: March 27, 2022, 11:04:45 PM
There is no need to have a local rule in a self-moderated thread for deleting someone's posts. You can moderate the thread anyway you want. If the person who is getting their posts deleted doesn't want to be moderated by you, they don't have to post in your thread.
That's right, I just think that it would be still applicable and something reasonable if op is worrying so much for being called for harassment or similar. But i guess it wont do so much, since self moderation is made for that.

   - bump bundled Python version (win, mac, appimage) to 3.9.11,
     (android) to 3.8.13 (1bb7ef92, #7721)
     (note these include a fix to an openssl DOS-vector CVE-2022-0778)
   - windows: bump pyinstaller to 4.10 and wine to 7.0 (#7721)
 * Kivy GUI:
   - fix "Child Pays For Parent" not working on Android (#7723)
   - revert to defaulting the UI language to English (25fee6a6)
 * Qt GUI:
   - macOS: fix opening "Preferences" segfaulting for some (#7725)
   - more resilient startup: better error-handling and fallback (#7447)
 * Library:
   - fix LN error/warning message-handling, and fix regression that
     errors during channel-open were not properly shown in GUI (a92dede4)
   - during LN chan open, do not backup wallet automatically (#7733)
   - Imported wallets: fix delete_address rm-ing too many txs (#7587)
   - fix potential deadlock in wallet.py (d3476b6b)
 * Hardware wallets:
   - ledger: add progress indicator to sign_transaction (#7516)
 * fix the "--portable" flag for AppImage, and for pip installs (#7732)

3520  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Game on: March 26, 2022, 10:29:08 PM
If you know how to use Google properly you can get all the terms that you want, .
How about if you provide it as an example instead making vague instructions

Anyway, the links were provided above. Also, casino is not only considered as establishment if we are talking about it online.
