3501  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advice for a crypto beginner? on: April 19, 2018, 01:45:09 PM
I just got $250 in BTC for a bug bounty. What should I do with it? Hold, or invest elsewhere?
I already bought 8 ETH a few weeks ago.

In need of advice. Don't really know how to get into crypo, but I definitely want to. Could somebody point me in the right direction?

Edit: Also, can somebody enlighten me as to what /r/BTC and /r/Bitcoin disagree on? I've looked at both sides, but I honestly still don't know what both sides are.

Newbies like you needs a lot of knowledge first about cryptocurrency before you enter into this field, because investing into cryptocurrency really takes a lot of risk that can cause you of losing to much money if you don't recognize this kind of investment. If i were you, you have to gain more learnings first about cryptocurrency on how to do with it and how it works, to avoid of losing a lot of money on your future investment.

3503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Twitter Bounty Problem on: April 18, 2018, 12:36:52 PM
Hi Guys.

We have different time zone, like the time of Bitcointalk.org, your country time and Twitter time.
BCT and my country date is April 16 but on Twitter it is already April 17 (since sometime you forget to tweet on the morning period because of rushing to work)

Should I follow the date of the BCT in posting my activity or the Twitter date?
Since some campaign said one tweet on one day and you need to out a date.

Thanks everyone.

You just have to follow the rules of the twitter campaign that you've participating, almost all campaign here in this forum including twitter campaign are just depending on the forum time and you just have to follow that rules of them to be able to reach their required post or tweets in a week.
3504  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Accepting bitcoin for service on: April 18, 2018, 03:22:11 AM
Hello

I'm totally new to bitcoin.
What needs to be done if i want to accept micro bitcoin for services that i offer? What type of set up i need to do?

Thanks
Steve

You can participate into signature and social media campaigns that will paid you bitcoin for every job that you will accomplish, but it would be hard for you to find a campaign that will accept you as a participant, because you're still a newbie and newbies are strictly prohibited to parricipate in any campaign. If i were you, you have to level up first your rank to be able to participate in any campaign you'd like.
3505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum a good investment? on: April 18, 2018, 02:47:20 AM
Is Ethereum a good investment?

Of course it is, ethereum is always my second choice when it comes in investing in cryptocurrency. And i really believe on its ability to create a higher value in the future like bitcoin. I don't think that ethereum can override bitcoin even in the future, but i do believe that ethereum can reach the current price of bitcoin today, i don't know when the right time is, but it surely do.
3506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: How to choose a good bounty campaign? on: April 18, 2018, 01:35:31 AM
Currently there are too many bounty, how to choose a good bounty to join? What is your opinion on this issue?

Its not that hard to find a good and reliable bounty campaign, you just have to choose those high reputable bounty campaign manager that can be trusted. But besides of that, you can do some research about the project that you'd like to participate in, like reviewing of their whitepaper, identifying those members behind the team if they are really credible, and participating to their telegram group if they really have an active community that will help you with your questions and concerns about the project.
3507  Economy / Economics / Re: Whose problems does Bitcoin solve? on: April 17, 2018, 10:58:54 PM

3508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Signature campaign for newbie on: April 17, 2018, 01:37:51 PM
I would like to ask all of you guys to post link on signature campaign for newbie. I am new to cryptocurrency and my friend here beside me teaching me to look for a signature campaign for newbie. I would glad to if  you will post the thread here. Thank you in advance.

Sorry to say this mate, but newbies are strictly prohibited to participate in any campaign including signature campaigns. If you really want to participate in a signature campaign, you must have to level up first your rank to a higher rank that can be qualified to participate. And i suggest you to make a lot of research and read more articles first, because you need to have an enough knowledge about cryptocurrency to be able to make a good quality and helpful post that will help you to earn merit to be able to level up your rank in a sooner time.
3509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the BEST? on: April 16, 2018, 09:40:33 PM
What is the BEST way to earn nowadays? Bounty or Airdrop? Few months ago most of the Token have Airdrops. Everyday there is an Airdrop announcement. But this time we can find Airdrop is some other time and most of the time Bounty Campaign. There are some bounty campaign that is very promising and I hope that we could benefit from it in the near future....

I would choose bounty campaign, because in bounty if you know those all reputable bounty managers and you always participate on their campaign there's a possibility that you will be paid after the ICO if it will be successful. Unlike in airdrop, yes it's true that airdrop is so easy to do but you have no certainty whether it is legit or not, you just always guessing and hoping that one day you will receive some token from it.
3510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 500$ should invest ? on: April 16, 2018, 01:37:37 PM
I have 500$ . my invest coin ?

$500 is just a small amount to invest in, but i still prefer you to invest in bitcoin, because you can be more sure that you will earn some profit from your $500 investment even at just a small amount only than investing in some altcoins that are no guarantee that you will earn. And if you really want to earn a bigger amount of profit, it must better to invest an amount that is more bigger than $500 to be able to earn more profit in the near future.
3511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: hold or sale what is opinion ? on: April 16, 2018, 09:57:28 AM
Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them or hold.

If you have an altcoins that has an ability to create a higher value in the future or having a good platform that can be very useful to every user of this coin, all i can say is yes. But if you have an altcoins that is nothing good to do with the holder, it must better to sell all of it while it's early and before it's to late and more money you will loss because of still holding of those useless coins.
3512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin or ethereum ? on: April 16, 2018, 02:02:33 AM
Is now the Right Time to Invest in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Should I Stay Away?

Like what i've said in other threads with the same question as yours, bitcoin and ethereum are both reliable and profitable to invest. But the most profitable is bitcoin and nothing else can surpass bitcoin even ethereum, that's why i have invested heavily in bitcoin compared in ethereum.
3513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Digital money or virtual currency? on: April 16, 2018, 01:18:23 AM
Hello friends.
I have a problem to share.
My country is average. They are too familiar with outdated and old technologies.
In my country many people still understand Bitcoin as virtual currency. BTC does not bring anything to life. They just think Bitcoin investment is gambling, chance, black red.
Why?
Why do not they look at Bitcoin, ETH or blockchain technology for the present.
Blockchain minimizes transportation costs, intermediates and risks.
Personally, I always try to absorb and learn nonstop.
And you? How is your country?

Sorry to hear that mate, it's really a problem if your country doesn't care about digital currencies. But it's there lost not yours, just continue doing your crypto related job or crypto investment while it's not completely prohibited in your country. One day they will understand the real importance of cryptocurrency in our lives, just don't loss your hope with it.
3514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [HELP] Invest in ICO on: April 13, 2018, 09:56:33 AM
How to invest in ICO ,,?!
Is it profitable ..?!
What are the risks .. ??
Can anyone help me for this problem .. ??
how to see if it is SCAM or not SCAM ... ??

Investing to an ICO really takes a lot of risk and it could be hard to determine if it's profitable or just a scam, specifically for new investors like you. But if you really want to invest in an ICO project, you have to make a lot of research about the ICO that you'd like to invest in, like identifying those members behind the team if they are really credible members and not fabricated only and reviewing of their whitepaper if they really have the product that can be useful to everyone.

3516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Would you recommend selling my Bitcoins now on: April 12, 2018, 06:14:59 AM
Hello guys please I need us to share our suggestions for those who joined crypto currency investment during the highest peak in November/December either  to sell their Bitcoins and other altcoin  portfolio now  and buy later in few weeks  at a lower price or just hold

If you still have the profit by selling of all your bitcoins at this rate, then we can recommend you to sell. But it seems like it's opposite on your story, and it's obviously not recommended for anyone to sell with this very cheap price of bitcoin that will cause of losing large amount of money for anyone who sells it with this rate.
3517  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] IOS - Signature & Avatar Campaign | Up to $150/week in BTC & Tokens! on: April 11, 2018, 09:29:18 AM
Hey guys, it has come to my attention that there has been some confusion on when rounds start and end for this campaign.

To clarify: rounds end Friday at midnight UTC, as the campaign began two days ago on Friday. I would like to apologize for this confusion, the campaign was originally supposed to start on Monday and I forgot to change this part from the original draft.

Hope this straightens everything out, the first round will last until this Friday Smiley

Hi MadZ!

I started posting last April 7 knowing that the signature officially started and will end on Monday 11:56 pm. I already posted 26 post before I read your notice regarding the changes of signature time start and end. Should I start posting again or my 26 post will be still counted until Friday midnight.

Thanks you.

Wyne

I don't think that all of your 26 post is counted for this week, because you have to make at least 12 post from alternate cryptocurrency and you only have 2 post from this section.

  • A minimum of 12 posts must be made in Alternate cryptocurrencies: [Altcoin Discussion,

Me too. Can you please check mine? I've already started before. Is it counted until the friday? My posts are utmost in the alternate. Please do check if is it counted. Thanks a lot.

It seems that almost all of your post are in alternate cryptocurrencies in altcoin discussion section, and you make 29 post from that section. But i'm not sure if all of your post are all counted, because you also have to make post in other sections, like in bitcoin, economy and local section, where you haven't done anything yet.
3518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: HOW TO BE A BOUNTY MANAGER? on: April 11, 2018, 08:21:56 AM
Hello everyone!  I'm  wondering how to be a bounty manager?
Does any of you can suggest me a website or any reference  where I could learn how to be a bounty manager?
I really  admire bounty managers .  Please  help me .  thanks.

Managing a bounty campaign is really hard compared to your prospective about this job. If i were you, you will start managing on a single campaign first, like signature or social media campaign like Twitter. And when you think that you're already well trained of managing a single campaign and you feel that you are capable to manage a different campaigns, then that is the right time for you to start managing a bounty campaign. But always remember that you have to avoid of receiving red trust ratings from DT members, so that you can continuously working as a bounty manager here in this forum for as much as you want.
3519  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: start trading on: April 11, 2018, 04:04:10 AM
hello i want to start trading is better bittrex or binance ?

Bittrex and binance are both reliable when it comes to crypto trading, and i don't have any problem with this two exchanges.

what type of documents they ask ?

They just need your personal valid identification, like valid id's and passport.

i want to buy 1000 usdt$ of BTC when price go low , and sell for 1050 usdt$ when go up is this possible ?

Yes of course, and they called it day trading. But it takes some risk that will leads you of losing a lot of money if you can't do it properly or out of timing. And you have to take more time on it by monitoring of it's price to be able to earn, because you can't predict when the price will go up or down.
3520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: seling or holding your altcoin ? on: April 11, 2018, 03:39:10 AM
as price is going down what is the best stredigy for for altcoin

It depends on your holdings mate, if you have the altcoins that has a potential to create a higher value in the future or an altcoins that has a good platform that can be very useful to its holder like bitcoin, then the best thing that you should do now is hold tight of it and just wait for the moment that its price jumps to its highest value that will give you the profit that you never expected.
