3501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest based on the "telegram community" on: November 16, 2019, 03:18:21 PM

Telegram is only a messaging app/platform and it's not a community because I think a real community means just like a forum . Telegram groups and channels are not also to be easily trust because most of them are only compose of bots . They need to buy telegram bots just to make their group or channel become lively just to attract more potential investors    . Investors should only based on the quality of the project if what its objectives
3502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties on: November 16, 2019, 12:26:40 PM
Any one of you who knows what bounty campaign is a must join?

anyone ? no . its not possible for anyone to detect if what campaigns are good or bad  . anyone here are just trying thier luck to join and if they can get paid , they are thankful but if not , then they cant do anything about it because that is also one of thier risk when joining a bounty .  you should know that not all bounties are going to pay you  . i see to you op that you already join a bounty because of your sig  .  youd better waitfor it to finish than jumping in to the other because that is inapropriate thing to do  .
3503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Half a million dollar worth of Cryptocurrency were stolen with SIM swapping on: November 16, 2019, 08:27:07 AM
i have heard simillar incidents before and the was also from sim swapping but until now i dont know how this sim swapping work but i know what is a sim card is .

my question is how can they get acces to your sim if you are the only owner of it ?  or maybe when we bought sims on the market ?  this is a new serious case that we should be aware of because sims have our 2fa and that means hackers can get acces to our all accounts pretty easily .
3504  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you think Gavin Andresen will make a comeback? on: November 16, 2019, 07:33:50 AM
what do you mean is to make the price of bitcoin go back up to be very expensive? I doubt that because I saw when a few years ago if he could move the price conditions of cryptocurrency there might be many traders and investors affected but I am sure they are not easy to influence anymore, traders have learned from something that has happened.

the op didnt say that (as far as i read his statement on the first page )  i think what he means when he say comeback is that the guy can showed up in public and announce something important or something good like if he will tweak the said cryptos to make them more better or more stable but i think this will also lead for thier value to grow because people will be more interested with those cryptos more evenly .
3505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Hunters Please Explain This ? on: November 16, 2019, 06:30:11 AM
no new campaign is coming ? but you also said some project came but not good at all ?  that simply means that there are still bounty campaigns ( ico ) but the good ones are only limited and hard to find nowadays because many project are created bad or some are not bad but its only hard to get investors it maybe because of the status of crypto market and other issues like banning on other countries  .   projects that have low price are more better than projets that dont have a price at all   .
3506  Economy / Economics / Re: Can not believe 5 years ago you could of bought one whole bitcoin for this much! on: November 15, 2019, 05:32:54 PM
No one would have anticipated it'll grow this huge. I remember there was an early user that used BTC to buy pizza. As late as 5 years ago people were still skeptical. Of course more people know about it now after 2017 ATH so I doubt we'll ever get back to $500 without heavy manipulation.
Bitcoin would probably stay at above $3,000 for the next years in the cryptocurrency market. I am the one who is also skeptical a few years back because I think that bitcoin is just a stupid idea and it is useless but after doing research and investing time to learn the basics and fundamentals of bitcoin and its technology, I was amazed and started to slowly invest in bitcoin. I am satisfied with my actions and from the results of my investment.
No one should have any doubts about this, we are never going to see bitcoin going back to 3000, I really hope that people took advantage of the opportunity because bitcoin was at that price for months but the price is never going to crash that much again, in the worst case scenario I see bitcoin going back to 5000 which is still going to be an incredible price to buy it if it happens.

We're currently seeing a small drop in the price of bitcoin that should put to rest any hopes and desires that people had for the price of bitcoin to skyrocket at the end of the year, it is not going to happen, and it is likely that the negative trend will continue until the end of the year.

there are mate . there are those profesional investors that have an experience on investor before on other assets  . i think they are only the ones that predicted that btc could jump verry high   .

btw  ,  you believe that btc cant go back on 3k usd ? but you believe that btc can go back on 5k usd ? i think both are only close to each other  .  about the pump expectation  , why not ?  its not bad to believe that the price can still pump  . btc can do miracles as always
3507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People are underutilizing Bitcoin on: November 15, 2019, 03:02:18 PM
under utilizing ?  no i didnt think so  . on todays society people sees bitcoin and values bitcoin as a precious gem in which they prefer to kept it than using it for spending although there are still some people that use their btc for paying or been using for both paying and investing  but this does not mean that they are underutilising or underestimating the power or the potential of bitcoin  . stable coins are also the future along with bitcoin because both are useful
3508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENS IF BTC TOUCHES 100K ? on: November 15, 2019, 02:13:09 PM
if btc rally to 100k usd , people will feel happy and of course that includes me because who wouldnt want to see that happen right ?

all people always dream of that moment  .  altcoins ? i think they wont going to dump but i think they can also pumped because people will usually buy alts after they sell thier btc at a higher value  .
3509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red trust accounts wearing signature..... on: November 15, 2019, 01:42:12 PM
depends on the rules of the manager   .  most bounties allow red trusted accounts but that does not mean that the project is scam but i think its still not approriate becuase this affect the image of the project  .  other projects hire negative trusted accounts becauase they are also scam and will not pay the particpants  . they knew that these red trusted participants will just join and wont complain too much  compare to those who have clean forum account  .
3510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Projects Scamming Bounty Hunters on: November 15, 2019, 12:32:10 PM

huh?

Here how things exactly work.

Bounty hunters are hired to help spread awareness and build a hype over the space so it will attract investors to help projects to make money out of it. From this, which one got the most loss? Bounty hunters or investors? Think about it.
investors lost money they dont loss efort because they are only waiting for thier money to grow but bounty hunters are the ones that do the job however bounty hunters dont invest any money  .

What is needed to discuss about is how to stop scam project from hiring bounty hunters to steal investors' money and not about to stop projects from scamming bounty hunters.

the question is actually the same as what your trying to pinpoint here  . they are unstopable but its now easier to tell if the project is scam or not  .
3511  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | The Honest Online Casino | Hop In On The Action 🇦🇺 on: November 15, 2019, 11:58:49 AM
It can be confusing though

I don't deny that this system has its own benefits and advantages, like seeing the same currency (read, the American dollar) throughout the site no matter what your real balance is made of. Actually, it makes sense (despite the fact that it is somewhat confusing)

However, a still better solution would be to allow players to choose whether to use only the universal currency for all bets on the site or the one they want to gamble with (have in their wallet). I think this solution would give Roobet a certain advantage over other online casinos out there

I'd still prefer to see my actual balance in BTC terms if the balance is not fixed to USD after deposit.

Perhaps you could offer this as an option, but I don't really think it makes much sense to make this as the default viewpoint. It is extremely confusing for people who come from elsewhere where the majority of BTC based casinos solely deal in BTC.

Anyways, just my two cents. It's good to see an AU dice site out here after PD's success.

Although I'm familiar with this system as I'm active in Fortunejack where they use the same system (balance shown in $ except for the dice game) but I have to agree that it is always better if the balance is being shown in crypto since we are in crypto gambling world. Offering an option to choose will be good addition so players can choose to show their balance in $ or in crypto.
By the way, how much is the max winning bet in a single bet? I see there is mines game which has a big payout, so players are able to win big with just small bet if they are lucky enough.

same here . i also prefer to see a crypto as a unit of currency when im gambling but i didnt know that some gambling sites can be able to show your balance in usd form or on other currencies  because i think that is only possible on an exchange  .

maybe other gamblers love that feature so that they can easily track thier cryptos and will be aware if they already earn a suficient amount of money/cryptos or not   .
3512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reality of tokens on: November 14, 2019, 06:20:19 PM
50USD plus good marketing and bounty campaign could bring you a nice profit, thats why we see thousands of ICOs everyday and people still are investing. But times when ICOs raised millions of USDs for nothing are gone.

50 usd ? holy macaroni thats too cheap  . i though the capital here is huge ( let say over 1k usd ) because they also need to market thier product and they need to hire someone or pay for some service to be able to make that happen but today , we already knew that ico are not that indemand  .

i think its not a good business anymore to create such ico/token  .  people are slowly switching to ieo and other investment scheme 's
3513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think the Bounty program is over? on: November 14, 2019, 05:38:29 PM
I don't think the Bounty program is over.

your title says " do the bounty are over " but your answer is against about it  .  you already answered your own question actually because you yourself are fully aware about the real score of the bounties these days  .

Of course, the ICO market has died a lot, but I think the Bounty program will continue until a new marketing plan is released.
on your first sentence you said bounty is not over but on here , your saying that ico market died ?  are you confuse or what ?  bounty is mainly associated or relate to ico's  if one die , then other would also die  .

Or if there is a new marketing plan that I don't know about, please let me know.

new marketing plan is i think ieo and sto's     .
3514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Few Bold bounty hunters still walks among us on: November 14, 2019, 03:55:28 PM
holding is the best thing to do when everything is not in a good condition  but i dont know why you consider hodling a bad thing  .

i rather hold my coins forever than selling them on the price that i dont like .

it gives regrets too because you wont know , what if the price accidentally pumped soon   ? your gonna missed big if that happens  .
3515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sports predictions on: November 14, 2019, 03:04:50 PM
There is no strategy, just luck.

i think there is  . look at the op .  he says that its easy to win on lower odds .

i can consider that as his strategy but he can always follow it and win at all times than expecting for more riskier ways which is not really guarantee to give a win  .

gambling sports still require some luck though because sh*t do happen sometimes on every kind of gambling games  .
3516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Gathering Ideas for New Site on: November 14, 2019, 11:08:01 AM
It would be really great if you can introduce some skill based gambling games into crypto market. I have been searching for such games for a long time but unable to find any! For example you can look at 8 ball pool or carrom game. You can even look at games like clash royale! These are all skill based games and widely played across the world. But crypto gambling is not yet available in such games! If you can introduce such games, I am sure it will be a greatly accepted by the crypto gamblers!

are you the user last time that is looking for an 8 ball pool gambling based game ? your right i have never seen one until now that accept cryptos  .

id also love to try these kind of gambling games because i like player vs player games   . other games that you mention about like cr and carom are also good  .
3517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: House edge in games like poker on: November 14, 2019, 10:30:16 AM
There is no house edge in poker.
Poker does not have offers like house edge for sure.

i think there is  . especially if its online becuase you wont know if the player is a real human and not a bot   .

on offline pokers , the same thing can happen because you wouldnt know if your opponent is one of the staff of the casino  .

it is still winnable though compare to other gambling games especially if luck is on your side  .
3518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: list top 10 exchange in the market on: November 13, 2019, 07:04:58 PM
Well this is a very complete list of exchanges for cryptocurrency even exchanges from all countries. But do all KYC have to withdraw funds?
Virtually many of them now require kyc for you to be able to deposit or withdraw funds through them, but there is still an exemption for some people, and those are the people that maybe fall for the first level of some of this exchanges which they limit them to certain amount of fund.

Like luno of Africa now, I know you have a limit of transaction you can make in a month, and until you do kyc, you will not get to transaction higher amount, and for binance also, they have a particular level too that you can use to still make your trades and exchanges without having to do kyc, but the moment you are crossing that limit, there is no way you can pass through without doing their kyc, so it is better you have it in mind that many of them now do kyc.

same here on that wallet that i use . it also free to sign up once you are on level one but once you want to upgrade for level 2 and higher levels , you will be needing to upload some of your documents like i'd and selfie or oftenly called a kyc  . the bad part about kyc is that it takes time for them to validate to lift your account limits . still its always adviceable to use under the top 10 exchange  even if they have a kyc but atleast they are more secure and more legit  .
3519  Economy / Economics / Re: The Impact of Change in Prices on Bitcoin's utility as Currency on: November 13, 2019, 06:38:48 PM
i totally agree on the last part on the op  . if btc price is low, many people will use it for paying because its not that valueable  at all  but if the value is high , people will think twice  and will end up hodling thier coins because its too valueable to spend it or waste it when you can earn more thru it if you will treat it as an investment asset . the impact is big if btc price rise and fall but i still prefer it to be a volatile  so that we can use it for both purposes occasionally .
3520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best gambling platform 2019? on: November 13, 2019, 05:10:00 PM
new ? what about the older one's like bitvest ? older gambling platform are more trusted than those newer release one in my opinion but if your still still insist to try newer gambling sites then you can check some sites here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0  . on that board thier are constanly new threads or new gambling site rather that are being promoted , just check their date on their op  and you will know if how new they are  .
