Maybe there is some missunderstanding.
I can read about mael

"top European Computer Science school, where he also taught C and C++. In his spare time, he works on various open source projects such as Virtjs, a javascript emulation library"

I think who if "he also tought" he is capable to develot.
Or not?

that's all!!!

Actually, as you can read on her thread about this (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=946839.0;all), the 2.5 btc were stolen. So, yes, I'm sure the thief is happy, but most people probably shouldn't be.

This changes the things!!!
...errors could occur every time...
but a crime it is to doom everywhere and everytime!!!

All Yes. Reuse burst 1.2.1 blockchain Smiley

Burst 1.2.2

sha256: 2e1a7f2d74c584e46b16b40ac8889101e44039ebcaa95a0c1b71abc9eb83a37b

All users must update by block 67000 (about 9 days from now)

This is a bugfix release mainly for ATs, and also loosens restrictions on ecblock info.

Hi dev
Just two question
Can i reuse burst 1.2.1 blockchain?
Or i need to resync all chain?
Can i reuse previous plot files?

Thanks

thank you numberT!!!
burst blockchain is becaming really fat...

nothing to do with bitcoin blockchain, but it is rising!!!

and this is a good news!!!

That comes with a question on too big to download for average user. Burst investor will eventually come from all around the world. Not every country have fiber broadband internet connection and it might deter some investor from getting into the coin. I guess one solution could be a trusted online wallet for burst , it will make using burst a whole lot easier. 500 gb database will come eventually and we better be ready before that happens

i think a good solution it is to include the blockchain folder on each new relase zip.
so, the user will need to sync just the latest few block....
so we avoid to have fork with every new version release.
i hope burst dev, repute this a valid option !!!

None of them have the computer science background needed to create
a 'Neu' form of cryptocash that can handle the 1000s of transactions
per second
NeubCoin aspires to support.

azzzz....
certo oh...

mah!!!

3515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the Bitcoin 2.0? on: February 05, 2015, 02:02:22 PM
What do you think will be The Bitcoin 2.0? What is the Bitcoin killer? I want to get in on the ground floor of the next Bitcoin so I can make a lot of money. Not fair that we have to buy our coins when everyone else got them for free? Who is going to do the next The Bitcoin, tThe bitcoin 2.0? Please tell me I need to know!
There is no Bitcoin 2.0 at this moment.

untile now,
the only possible update on bitcoin,
it was a fork to increase the max transaction size.

Gavin andersen propose a 20mb block size who caps the transaction rate at 200tx/s.

they are talking about 20Mb cap size, to avoid possible future blottle neck...

http://www.pizzafaucet.com/
http://www.treasurefaucet.com/
e
http://www.flyingfaucet.com/

We want new users  Tongue

New user here. I have a few questions related to mining:

1. What's the best miner to use?

2. which pool is best?

3.  I have a couple AMD 280x GPUs available. Is that a better way to go than cpu mining?

1. Depends on your system... Blago's for Windows and dcct's for Linux. Uray's works well in both platforms.

2. I don't know.

3. The GPU's are faster when plotting your HDD, but you wont need them when mining. See the guides linked in the BurstForum.com thread

this is a NEW coin!!!
remeber...
you are mining with HDD and no with CPU...
so, mining process need really low profile CPU...
you could mine burst with ATOM too.

but you need HIGH power to plot files who you will user for mining...
here you could use GPU...
but the latest CPU plotter with i7 cpu it is faster than a 280x..
