Sunderland is one step closer to qualify for Championship and they will play in final match against Wycombe on May 21 at Wembley Stadium.
They played two times this season and Sunderland was better at home and on second match it was draw.

I saw new Bellator event is coming in few days, but before that we have all girls Invicta Fighting Championships and title fight Emily Ducote vs Alesha Zappitella in Strawweight category. No surprise for me that Charles Oliveira had such a great performance in main event against Justin Gaethje with that first round submission win. He was much more motivated after he failed to hit weight and all the noise didn't affect him at all, so I guess Dana will have to find him someone new for Championship belt  Bad performance by one of my favorite female fighters Rose Namajunas, and I am reading in news that she is saying sorry to her fans now. As for Tony Ferguson, I think it's just a matter of time when Dana White will kick him out off UFC, but he said he was impressed with his performance until KO, it's just his stupid mind games  |

I placed a bet on Cheick Kongo like I said I would but he lost by decision from Ryan Bader and he remained heavyweight champion in Bellator.
Maybe I expected to much from Kongo in from on French crowd, but he was not defeated with some KO or TKO.
It was much easier job for Yoel Romero who made a statement with KO in third round against Alex Polizzi.

Best goal scorer this season in Championship was Mitrovic Aleksandar from Fulham with amazing 43 goals scored, that is almost half of total 106 goals that Fulham scored.
Best attack in league was also coming from Fulham, and Bournemouth had best defense with 39 conceded goals and only 8 lost matches.
Bournemouth had second best goal scorer Solanke and they are fully deserving direct promotion in Premier League.
Final play-off match for Premier League promotion is scheduled on May 29.
Worst attack this season was from Barnsley with terrible 33 scored goals in 46 matches, and they lost 28 times.
Teams with worst defense are Peterborough with Reading that somehow managed to survive in league with six points deduction.
Next season we are going to see 3 new teams in Championship, that is Wigan, Rotherham and one more winner of play-offs between MK Dons, Sheffield Wed,
Sunderland and Wycombe.

Regular part of this Championship season in now officially finished and we know all promoted, relegated teams, and four teams that will play in play-offs for one more spot in Premier League.
It was surprising easy win for Sheffield against champions Fulham, and Luton did the jb against Reading.
Fulham and Bournemouth will be in Premier League next season.
Peterborough, Derby and Barnsley are relegated.
Huddersfield Town, Nottingham Forest, Sheffield United and Luton Town will compete for one more place in Premier League.
Next round of play-offs is scheduled for May 13 and May 14, Luton vs Huddersfield and Sheffield Utd vs Nottingham.
