3501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the martingale system sucks! (doubling down on losses) on: July 08, 2021, 08:38:06 PM
Oh well, its  case to case in anyhow, martingale system though mostly lead gamblers to lose..
That strategy is indeed a bit crazier than betting on the same numbers for the lottery for several months. I think we have to have a big bankroll to get big wins with this strategy. But has this martingale never been banned by any gambling site?
Dont know on why you said such thing, arent you a gambler? Havent you able to make use of martingale ever since? because it seems you dont have any idea about on what you are saying.

Martingale is never been banned because it was never been a profitable strategy specially if you are using it for long term then you would just basically blown out your account.
Martingale wont really mind of having a big bankroll because it wouldnt guaranteed to make big wins with this strategy just like on what you had said which is
totally on the opposite.
3502  Economy / Economics / Re: A message from my bank saying they will not allow me to purchase from Binance on: July 08, 2021, 10:51:29 AM
OP, I'm curious as to whether your bank is a big name one or a smaller, local bank.
<…>

Well, in Italy we are well ahead of this. The second biggest bank in Italy is actively chasing every customer who receives/sends money to crypto exchange to close the account if this activity “not liked” by the bank is immediately suspended.
This happens irrespective of the customer profiling (compulsory profiling of every customer based on financial solidity, economic knowledge, risk appetite etc..etc).

As heavily regulated institution then its just normal that they would really be having their own control and do whatever they do like as it opposes mostly on governments interest and since this is
decentralized market then its normal that they would really be having this kind of impression this is why im really hesitant whenever i do make use of my bank accounts which would be attached
on crypto earnings for it to be transacted because they can always anytime make an issue and then suddenly locked up your funds and you would need to comply anything that they would asked.
Depends on the countries regulation if neither they are neutral or against crypto and expect these institutions would be following on whats mandated.
3503  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbet.io - Customer just placed a $1,000,000 USDT bet on England!! on: July 07, 2021, 11:38:39 PM

That guy's right. I should probably go deposit 1mBTC at sportsbet right now and bet on England to make a quick buck  Grin
All ended in premium tears for NotATether and his multi-million dollar colleague, making money has never been this easy so Sportsbet just pocketed $1M in just 96mins. Omeh I'm speechless I just hope he didn't place his house on the game too, someone might be homeless soon. No game is 100% play within your reach
Even if im not that one who lost that $1M but still that lost bet does really hurt but if this guy is a multi-millionaire then it wouldnt really be that much of a problem.

Easy profits or money on Sportsbet.. Lots had anticipated for England to win though. Well, shit happens and this is gambling.  Cool
3504  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does cryto have NFP? on: July 07, 2021, 10:32:14 PM
We have NFT which is not like NFP.. it can work in similar way in the future. Famous artist decides to release their NFT art on the platform and users will get a pop up to buy that art before anyone else. I see some platforms are already using not in pop up sense..just promotion mostly. This is something I definitely see in the future.
You are comparing both different things.

A non-fungible token (NFT)
Non-farm payrolls (NFP)

If you do try to compare and read up the definition then you would definitely say that you are really out of topic.

Just like on some comments above on where crypto market is open 24/7 such event isnt something you can see
here.
3505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Big companies finally had enough of the excessive tax on: July 07, 2021, 08:59:06 PM
Going to other countries is somewhat a hassle thing to be done by a business owner considering on overall expense that you would need then that would really be a headache

unless if your business is already too big and you can support all the possible expenses then its your choice but i would say that it is much better to deal with higher tax instead.

If you do saw your business can still sustain despite of additional tax then i dont see the worth of transferring to other countries just for that sole reason.
If they do not mind to moves to other countries because they do not want to pay high taxes, they will do that because the business owner will do many things to have less expense. But if they can sustain with all things and even get a profit, they will not do that.

But before the business owner opens their business, they already have to know how much their expenses every month. Maybe it's not about the right amount, but they have the calculation about that. They also discuss that with their consultant so the business owner can get help from them.

would be curious to have the data on how many business close each year solely by the fact that they didnt do the correct calculations if they are profitable or not after-tax

regarding gambling, tax are problably not the biggest problem since the margins are quite high, am I out of my mind?
how high are the margins for casinos? (probably a huge difference for physical vs. digital too here
Even just making out some calculations or does have numbers in mind then i dont see for a gambling business to be having a problem regarding of tax as long it is reasonable then they wont really be
opposing on whats been mandated for them to do so.As long gambling business is profitable then those amounts wont really be that a big hindrance for them to close their doors.
Its just way too naive kind of reasoning just because of tax and doesnt limit out on gambling business alone but also in other business as well.
3506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin truly a safe-haven asset? on: July 07, 2021, 07:50:46 PM
Bitcoin evangelist has always attributed Bitcoin to be a safe-haven asset, while extreme fanatics believe that Bitcoin is far better than gold. Bitcoin was born in the wake of the 2008 financial crash as a libertarian currency and as an instrument that could help cushion the event of a future financial crisis.

Since Bitcoin is purely a speculative risk asset, many people have doubted its position as a purported safe-haven asset, I am not one of them anyways. However, since Bitcoin hasn't witnessed a global recession yet, I feel Bitcoin hasn't sufficiently defended its narrative as a safe-haven asset.

As the possibility of a global recession intensifies, what's your take on the possible performance of Bitcoin? will it go down with the traditional market or will it defend its name? I am very much interested to know.
When it comes to risk then it cant really be removed out and there's no such thing about safe-haven asset no matter how good or being supported it is by the community although demand would be the main key
for it to survive for how many years and if support is there then we would really able to expect that it would exist in more years to come but dont just let yourself get too confident that this is making an assurance
for you to make money or profits when you deal with it.Always put up in mind that risk of losing money is on next on line, we dont know on what will happen in the market in next minute, days, months
or years to come so better to prepare yourself and secure out profits if you do able to gain or do so.
3507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You got a pifzer ? Then you can be eligible for lottery in Poland. on: July 07, 2021, 06:55:50 PM
It was to be expected that the side-effects of the vaccines were going to be higher than usual, after all most vaccines need many years or even a decade to be developed in order for the vaccine to be made as safe as possible but since this was impossible to do people have to take a decision, do they take the risk of taking the vaccine or they refuse with the chance that sooner or later they will get the virus and they will have to face it without any help from the vaccine?
As usual we would really be ending up on like guinea pigs or simply test subjects.Efficacy wont really be proven out if not tested and we know that vaccines should be at least 5 years on observation before it would produce to masses but look at on how short they had made out that vaccine and distributed? People does have their own will though neither they would mind that much on the risk or would typically risk out their lives on taking a shot even they do know that high risk is there rather than doing nothing at all and would have more bigger risk on getting infected with the virus. Its just a matter of choice though but having that kind
of initiative from the government is a bit recommendable.
3508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are all altcoins dependent on Bitcoin? on: July 06, 2021, 11:26:35 PM
Alas, this is so, the entire altcoin market is inevitably tied to the price of bitcoin.
Thus, for the normal functioning of the altcoin market, it is necessary for bitcoin to stand in place or grow slowly.
The growth slowly by bitcoin is there and altcoins are reliant to bitcoin. That's no question because most pairs are with bitcoin although some dexes provide liquidity even without the pairing of bitcoin still, that's going to the market of bitcoin when most traders are doing it to hold as much as bitcoin as they want and sell it for bitcoin.
Most of them do really go along with bitcoins trend specially if its on deep reds then you can really see on how the market reacts. People or investors are pulling off their funds
as they do really have those kind of thoughts where the market would go  down even more deeper which would cause for bitcoin to go down and thats already a casual
impression or behavior of the market but there are instances where alts do go into the opposite way but just really for temporary and when bitcoin starts to
show up some green candles then thats the time where everything do goes back to much better market situation.
3509  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.ME ⭐ NEW EXCLUSIVE GAME "SNATCH!" ⭐ | Wager Competitions | Lottery on: July 06, 2021, 10:27:26 PM

@oz.kashi Bitdice is a legit site and you can definitely wager on sports there, but as a thumb rule check on different sites too, and whichever gives best odds wager there. Also the above fud has been answerd countless times, and now Bitdice has changed a lot, hence it’s definitely worth visiting them.
Not to mention about difference in odds since it is part of someones decision on searching which site are the best when it comes to that.I wouldnt mention since there are still several good bookies out there
to choose from.
When it comes to changes from the old platform to new sites ui and design then you can really say thats a complete overhaul.
3510  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: holding is not an easy thing on: July 06, 2021, 09:49:46 PM
This is absolute truth. Reason is that if you hold and price goes down and it remains in that state for some months, fear creeps in. If by good luck price climbs slowly, after a while, the urge to dispose becomes so strong. Real big challenge

Or simply emotion is your biggest enemy whether you do held or would tend to sell just because you do saw the price is already too high and would tend to sell because the price is already low
and you do try to save up your portfolio on further losses. Its true that it is neve really easy to be a holder because emotion would be indeed the thing that will really be putting you
into situation where you do really think off the other way.So if you are really serious with your crypto holdings then you should really very dedicated on what are your goals.
Holding might sound and look easy but  it isnt really that easy as it sounds or just doing on the actual thing.
3511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: July 06, 2021, 07:27:26 PM
They're both aggressive and I didn't expect that they're really a good match but from what I've seen, Inoue has been more aggressive, and his punches hit Donaire so hard. However, I believe that Donaire could win that fight but he only needs to learn how to counter every punch that Inoue might throw him. It was indeed a hard fight for Inoue.
Inoue is a good technical fighter and if there are some possible adjustments made by opponent then he would just simply change his style or he's too observant and he does know
on when to attack and he does know on when to wait for some openings on the opponent.Im not that overrating Inoue but based up on how this kid fight then you could really
say that this is really monster which cant really be easily be beaten up but lets see if Inoue vs Donaire would push through or donaire vs Casimero would still
have the chance to continue or resume.
3512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dont stay in crypto too long on: July 06, 2021, 06:22:29 PM
All industrial businesses are always associated with the government, bitcoin with its decentralized freedom also makes the government want to control it, even in some countries plan to set taxes, I know we all do not like this, but as long as it can produce, why should it come out now.
There is no other way that they could get take control but rather they would impose taxes on any businesses thats correlated to it because bitcoin cant really be controlled and for
sure theyve been trying for years on doing so but still failed. If we do tend to look up on those previous news and attempts about possible regulation but still it wont be
enough on taking it down and thats the beauty of Bitcoin  when it comes to decentralization talks. Doesnt stay on crypto for long? Why?
Dont be afraid about those possible taxation or regulation or talking about investment then it do always accompanied with risk.
3513  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.ME ⭐ NEW EXCLUSIVE GAME "SNATCH!" ⭐ | Wager Competitions | Lottery on: July 05, 2021, 11:21:40 PM
They just relaunch sport section.

How is playing in the site?

Any recommendations?

I guess you need to look for another sports book if you  think you want to bet  on sports since there's a trouble happen and some users  are spreading fuds towards this site so its better to avoid for a while so that you will not get compromised if something bad happen.

Although I'm not calling Bitdice a bad site but for precautionary measure just go to trusted platform for a while.
Dont see any issues with Bitdice aside on that investors dividends or something like that and the rest about talking on its games offered then i hadnt seen any issue but honestly

there are lots to select from hen it comes to sportsbetting but since the user above seems interested then let him be on choosing what suits him best
and it looks that Bitdice had caught his attention.
3514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: July 05, 2021, 10:26:55 PM
Even with all this messed manny is facing, I would still be 100% in support of him to win the fight, as a real fan, I would never leave him in times of trouble, and he maybe have a problem in politics, but that's out of the sports, let him handle that separately. If all of that would really affect him, then let's just see during the actual fight to know who is wrong or right.

What you read about people taking politics as a concern is because they care for Pacquiao. It doesn't mean we or they are leaving Pacquiao behind. There is no wrong or right statement about that for let's say Manny will win despite those issues he faces.

I'm with him 100% to win the fight but the issue he is facing is very hot and sensitive and it can really affect his mental condition during practice as that issue is different compare to those problems before. He is surely running for the highest post in the upcoming election next year and he really aims for that. Another one, he leaves the Senate hanging after he presented the alleged corruption evidence. He should do that after the fight so no schedule will be interrupted. The Senate can't open an investigation if the author is not present.

Like I said, on the other hand, Spence Jr is training without distractions since the fight was announced. Even how we are 100% supporting Manny in the fight, I will even put a bet on him as the odds are really attractive, we should always take note that Spence Jr is not a joke.
Problems like this should really be disregard first before the fight and its true that it would really become a big distraction for Pacquiao since this would be affecting his training for the upcoming fight.
He should deal that political problem afterwards at least he would be focused on the upcoming fight but i cant really blame him off on not to mind his current problems or issues that he's facing now
since those are serious ones and would really be putting himself into trouble if he wont able to give those evidences or reports about corruption allegation.
Spence is indeed a dangerous fighter and its still on his prime compared to aging Pacquiao but basing on experience then that would be some good match up.
3515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What goes up must come down on: July 05, 2021, 09:30:19 PM
I remember when bitcoin price goes high as 20k last 2017 and crashing as low as 3-4k I think.

Seeing it again a few months ago, bitcoin goes to 63k to what? sub 30k?

You know when the sentiment bad and the all price go down, seeing my portfolio took cut 60-70%..I strongly believe that too, Doge, shiba or any other alts that have high rally..will eventually go down in price,.

Most of the time on where altcoin would be pulled down as bitcoin had that negative or decreasing trend which its a normal or typical even though there are instances on where altcoins do go to the
opposite side when it comes to price value but in the end of the day they would just be dragged down when the bitcoin price decrease trend continue for long or moving sideways.
What comes up must come down really because that wont be called a market if it would just continue to rise up which is already considered manipulative thing you've been dealing with.
As a trader or investor then this should be a basic stuff that you must be aware.
3516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prayer and gambling. on: July 05, 2021, 07:19:34 PM
One's belief over something has something to do with you.The moment you belief something works for you, and you heed to that particular thing,it will surely work.Same is applicable to gambling,if you always win when you say  a prayer, the moment your mind is on that thing and trust it,there is every possibility tgat, that particular game will play you person.

This is more of psychological feeling on things. Though prayer has nothing to do with the results. It is the belief that prayer can help you about your gambling results. So yes, it depends on the person himself. As everyone here has different beliefs and cultural upbringing, the opinions here vary. Just make sure that you are not harming anyone by your own personal beliefs.
As long you dont harm anyone then i dont see anything wrong on someone do following something neither superstition belief or just simply praying to their Gods for them to win into their gambling activity.
I dont know why on why do really make this a big issue because this would really be varying on someones own belief because not all would really be having the same which means it can neither
they would believe or not but on general sense then theres no way for luck to be influenced by something specially in gambling or even on simple decisions on life.
If you do find out that when you do pray and won then its up to your experience and would continue on doing it.
The issue is that while it is unlikely that they are going to harm anyone else with those beliefs it is possible they will harm themselves in the process, after all if they really believe they can affect the outcomes of the games by praying or by any other action on their part then it is possible they are going to make bets that are simply too high thinking that sooner or later they will win and recover the money they lost, only to lose it all since their beliefs about controlling the outcomes of the games were completely mistaken.
Would vary on gamblers mindset because not all would be having the same behavior towards their gambling activity. Some would really be keen or good in handling out their funds allocated for gambling and there are some who do really likes to go all in whenever they do saw that they can really take advantage on a certain bet which i can say that it is a common behavior for most people who do engage with gambling.Prayer neither do works or not but i agree that prayer or divine things doesnt really connect out with gambling or even on simple request in life situation doesnt guaranteed that it would be granted.
Humans are way just easily to believe into something that it might work on the activity they are doing.
3517  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should we do in the sideways market of Bitcoin? on: July 05, 2021, 06:09:52 PM
In my opinion the best strategy is to hodl and if possible accumulate more. Last year Bitcoin traded sideways for a preety long period and bull market started end of the year and went on for the first half of this year. Now correction is happening and it is right time to accumulate more and keep on holding the existing one.
And surely it will again go bull during the end of this year as well. It's quite hilarious that we all know it drops and rises all the time yet we are so fragile that we start doubting everything once the price goes down. Around Christmas, I am expecting the bull run to reach its peak levels but it might be earlier than that.

Due to limited supply of bitcoins, you could never expect sideways market of bitcoin; when bitcoin will hit mainstream of adoption, you can see heavy FOMO to happen.
Being optimistic isnt bad you shouldnt expect that it would really pump in the end of the year because you wouldnt know on what would happen ahead and what if the opposite thing will happen instead?
For sure that would leave out a regrettable feeling and this is just like into those previous years where people had been always expecting into those last quarter pumps which i cant really blame
off people on having that kind of presumptions or expectations since mostly this is really the time on where bitcoin do make out significant move but to think off that those are just chances.
Demand cant really be determined before it happens and it turns out that it is really happening mostly on last months of the year.
3518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Important Factors while joining a new Casino on: July 03, 2021, 09:21:15 PM
What's the must thing you consider while joining a new casino? These days there are a lot of casinos and gambling sites which offer some good promotional reward which can be a good option for the regular gamblers. But joining a new casino or gambling site is huge risky as you may get scammed at the end of the day. So, what are the factors you look at when you want to try a new casino?
1. Site design- You can eventually point out if this one is just look like a school project or really a serious business. You can really tell on first glance.

2. Admin/Owner responsiveness- When running a business then this should be the behavior but of course this one isnt a solid indication.

3. Site fairness

4. Support responsiveness

5. Proof of funds - Assuring that they do have sufficient funds to pay winning bets.

I agree with site UI, it will represent their website and what they can offer so it should be pleasing in their eyes as well show their credibility on why they should be use provided that they can offer services with quality from response rating to fairness of the games. They should include ideas unique to other competitors.
Yes, it is one of your basis if a certain site is really serious into their business because as a gambling site owner, you would really do your best for getting the publics attention
when they do try out your website. So this one alone could really be a big indication that they are really serious on what theyre doing. You can determine a shitty website in terms of
design and you would also determine which site can really amaze you in terms of UI/UX so this is also a good factor to look upon.
When testing out waters then no matter how good lookin the site is then always start with small amount of money in a new site.
3519  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Does CryptoTab Browser Mine BTC? on: July 03, 2021, 05:56:19 PM
Someone on social media introduced me to CryptoTab Browser, that I will be using the browser to mine and earn Bitcoin. With the little knowledge I gathered from this forum, I was able to tell him that bitcoin requires complexity of computing system with high energy consumption in order to be mined. Which a smart phone cannot do. He insisted that he and his friends have been mining and earning BTC in the app. He went further to show me his BTC balance he earned.
Please, can someone tell me what's actually going on in the browser, as I strongly believe it's not Bitcoin mining that is happening there.
Its a scam and dont fall for that because its true on what you had mentioned that Mining bitcoin does need asics and its long time gone that bitcoin could be mine in Computer basing off with increasing difficulty
then its just impossible and this had been a common scam on where those newbies are the main ones who do get victimized with this believing that it could really mine bitcoin and later
on when they had accumulated that much then those scammers would ask out for some deposit before you can withdraw.. Soo much bullshit right?
Dont fall for these classic scams because you would just waste up your precious time and resources.
3520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the only thing that humans cannot control on: July 03, 2021, 04:55:44 PM
Do you realize why this bitcoin continues to exist, traded, used as a mean of payment, mined to this day because of human?
If human can maintain the existence of bitcoin all this time, then humans can also make it die or not be used anymore. Unwittingly, bitcoin users through communities, trader and miner have controlled bitcoin to exist for more than a decade. If one day all the activities that make bitcoin exist have been abandoned then bitcoin will no longer be useful. This is of course the opposite of your assumption.

I am agreeing with your insight mate I mean aside from Satoshi who created bitcoin which up until now we really don't know who really Satoshi is there's no other single person can control bitcoin but the sense that humans can't control it I guess is impossible. Bitcoin is a decentralized and meaning no one take control but everyone can make a significance impact to the flow of this token. We are those people who are representing the population of users, traders and investors of bitcoin and we are belong to those people who can make a significant impact, can't control in a literal meaning.
Well said by the both of you. I am one with your thoughts that although not a single person can control Bitcoin, the collective action and movement impacts the market at large. For context, China and Elon Musk, with their power and influence, these has caused a significant impact to the market although they do not have control of it.
Having control or just talking literally in the word "control" then its just impossible on having the control since Bitcoin is totally decentralized but talking about the market
then there are several factors that could really affect Bitcoin price movement due to those fuds and negative events in the market that do attached with it.
These are the only ways or possible situation on where Bitcoin could face on but having in control literally is not really possible and that what makes it great.
If this one would be easily controlled then this wont really become big on the first place.
