3501  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hackers ? on: May 18, 2018, 09:13:22 AM
Are there a lot of hackers now in the crypto's world ? I mean, it a place not totally safe, because of it's quit new.  Do you think hackers can change the crypto economy for their own benefit ?

Well it wpuld be quite obvious that this market will be a target of hackers since a lot of money is involved in crypto. That's why everyone who deals with btc and the likes would have to be really careful especially with their wallets and private keys. It's pretty secure only if you take precautions
3502  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's happening to Bitcoin? on: May 18, 2018, 09:09:34 AM
Bitcoin is taking a huge plunge!
Are you guys selling to be safe, or still hodl in the hope it will go up again?
The market in recent days is very volatile, the price of bitcoin is constantly reducing the price of altcoin and follow the market is covered by a red. I g you do not trade at this point will be difficult and the risk will be very high, you will lose heavily if the trade fails.

And why would you be selling when the price is plunging? You should've sold when it went up 1k just recently. People are always fond of selling when the market is in red when we should actually be doing the exact opposite. You'll just drag it further down lol
3503  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT MARKET NOW on: May 18, 2018, 08:47:21 AM
I feel like we are approaching a dangerous situation when people would start panic selling brcause the price will hit a lower figure about 6000 usd and they will be disappointed in the market.

Well that's what you think and perhaps many people also feel the same way about it but for me, the market probably requires us to relax and calm down. At the moment, people are becoming anxious because of the downtrend and once panic sets in, it'll snowball causing a further slide for the value. So just sit tight and relax people.
3504  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins are dying !!! on: May 18, 2018, 08:40:46 AM
Only those altcoins that are not good will die. And not all. The value of altcoins really drops but those good altcoins are growing big after a big dump. I believe in some altcoins and i invested to some of it.
I am a holder of altcoin and i dont believe that all altcoin are dying maybe some altcoins will die in the market but not all altcoins will dje specially the ethereum, waves, neo, litecoin and ripple this 5 altcoins will surely have a bright future in the market.

Lol and are alt holders supposed to panic now? :p it's given that not all alts have a good futire since many have bleak and unclear roadmaps but many are as legitimate as bitcoin and i don't think i even have to mention what those top alts are. Crypto won't be spearheaded by bitcoin forever and someday alts will do that
3505  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the risk necessary to make a big profit? on: May 18, 2018, 08:35:07 AM
Risk is the bedrock of any gain or loss. Calculated risk however will put you in good stead instead of just taking the other risk for risk sake. Sometimes however, having done all that's need, it is still difficult to predict the outcome.
I am really sure that when the higher the risk the higher the profit we can earn, and i have experienced it last year i dont believe cryptocurrency specially the bitcoin because i think my money will not grow, but when i invested with bitcoin the pricr of it was pump up to $19k.
Yeah it can be said that. if you increase your capital of course your risk will be greater because you will lose more money. but the bigger profit you'll get or for example you bought a new potential altcoin. it is high risk but it is possible that coin pump several fold in a short time
Yes i agree on that big capital can also gain a big amount of profit in return. But i think we can also gain a huge amoint of profit on trading in the cryptofeild if we are going to hold for a long term in short we need also a big patience to make a huge amount of profit in the near future. Because it we have a big capital but we do not have enoughf patience to wait for the right time , maybe we can lose an amount.

Well if you can afford to risk a big amount why not right? Big businessmen always take bigtime risks with their investments and more often than not reap good dividends. The difference is that they can afford to take those risks since they have a lot of money already. Of course big amounts can make bug returns but we also have to make sure that the risks we take are within our means.
3506  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is trend Now? on: May 18, 2018, 08:18:24 AM
Trading is still best way to make money, if you have been lose from trading dont quit but learn it more, and what mistake that you made, and from that make new better strategy.

Yes my choice is also trading because it is very good to make some monthly income but don't depends your income with trading because crypto currency is nor a stable earning method.

Well many people think it's simple as that but trading can be pretty brutal especially for those that think it's a way for quick profit. Even if you know how things work, the market is a different animal entirely. It shifts without warning and that can be difficult.for day traders. I'd prefer to simply hold my coins and look for long term
3507  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fluctuates Below $8,500 on: May 18, 2018, 08:12:17 AM
Bokka's advice would be to,
Quote
We continue to stay out of the market.

A better advice would be to get off your ass and get a real job to buy all the Bitcoins that you can while they are cheap. You will not get this opportunity again by the next halving on 2020.

Lol. Sounds like a good plan dude. Whiners took to hibernation last april when btc seemed to bounce back and went above 9k but of them are back now with renewed vigor hahaha! It's easy to leave the market if you can't handle it :p
3508  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Insurance or cryptocurrency investment? on: May 18, 2018, 07:59:08 AM
Hi, I'm planning to pull my insurance to invest in crypto for long period of time and trade a portion as well. Recently, I was wondering if I let my money sleep in my insurance for 10 years it will triple but I'm also thinking that what if at that time the value of my money is still the same as today because of inflation.

Crypto currency is real investment where you can invest for children and any uncertainty happen you can cash out easily and quickly without involvement of third party. While Insurance is now risky when you policy reach on maturity may be company close, staff changed and too hurdle to claim the policy.

I don't actually agree with that. When it comes to security for the future,i'd be more at peace having an insurance plan. I mean, i can simply ensure myself and my family before thinking of making such investments as crypto which, as we all know, is as unstable af right now
3509  Economy / Speculation / Re: Me Sold all BTC at 20k $ Peak on: May 18, 2018, 07:56:24 AM
Congrats , Only if you have done it with analytics and planned not if you have done it by luck or chance!
There is no happiness in winning with chance because you haven't earned it and if you don't know how to do it , you can fall next time , anyway hope you make it to be a great trader .
While it is obvious that is better that you earn money by taking the right decision and knowing exactly why you took that decision, at the same time a win is a win, it doesn't matter if you were just lucky the money in your pocket have the same value as if you won that money through skill, so even if you sold at the very top of the market because you were lucky that is still a great achievement.

Yeah and it's not an easy choice to sell as well at that time since everyone is crazy about bitcoin hitting well beyond. We didn't know if it's going to continue rising because if it did and reached 30k, it would probably be regrettable. Dude just made the right choice at the right time
3510  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Right now should I wait to buy ? on: May 18, 2018, 07:52:13 AM
Reading this source, I understand that prices are likely to go below 8k. Do you agree with those analysis?

 https://www.coindesk.com/bear-revival-bitcoin-risks-fall-below-8k-after-3-5-week-low/amp/
I think you need to wait until the price is alright around 9k but if you want buy now much better because bitcoin is stable at 8k price as of now. It depends to you because anytime you can buy bitcoin.

Well with how the bitcoin market is moving right now, i'd likely opt to buy sparingly if i have the funds. Price is unpredictable so best option is to be flexible and adjust to the volatility of it. It will also in a way balance your gains and losses.
3511  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hello traders on: May 18, 2018, 07:42:36 AM
To become a trader is very risky and that do not mean people are not making money from it.  The high the risk the high the rewards if the market swing to your favour.  You should know that trading is a good profession and if you can spend time to know how to manage the risk in it the better for you.

Well to be that efficient as a trader, experience is very essential. Losing is a part of it that we can't move on without and it's something where we can learn important lessons from. I wouldn't advice going full time on trading but a lot of people are making serious money from it.
3512  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the best Long-term Hold? on: May 18, 2018, 07:38:57 AM
yes, bitcoin is the best invest for a long time, Hold bitcoin is good.
when the price of btc is going up, we have a chance to get a lot of profit for your investment.
Yes it is. Bitcoin is the best investment if hold for long term because the worth of your portfolio will not remain the same but will tend to rise or fall at times. The fall is actually the worst time of the business which you can deal with by holding. The more you hold the more chances not to loose and to earn. All the Bitcoin billionaires are those who held for long. Just look at the Twin brothers who sued Mark.

Bitcoin is a good one for long term, but it's not the best one most probably. Ethereum looks much better for me to hold in long term. The profit rate would be much bigger in ethereum compared with bitcoin's possible long term profits.

Well it's possible. Since bigger companies prefer the ethereum platform and it's smart contracts, perhaps eth is going to be more profitable. But i wouldn't take btc's potential for long term growth aside. Personally, if it comes down to these two, i'd still place my money with bitcoin.
3513  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do you believe in luck? on: May 18, 2018, 07:34:15 AM
do you think that to be sucesfull trader one needs to be lucky or not but rather work hard, learn etc. my opinion is that luck plays big part. i know i myself am not realy somewhat enough lucky in lottery, gaming and similar. evan worse, used to be highly unluck to the point i would feal the world is going against me on purpose. i know some people like me, who simply cant succide evan if they work extra hard, like givin more then 100 percent. something happens, always. so you can see how realy bad fealing it is when it happens over and over again, to the point one starts to cry. then the oposite ones. ones who simply have lucky hand. so which one are you?, or do you evan think there is such thing as luck, and does it play any part in this cryptogame?

I wouldn't say it plays a big part to your success or failure, but I wouldn't call it pure luck, like gambling. Maybe you need to have the perfect timing to enter the market and invest on the coin which is very very cheap at that time and then that coin suddenly exploded giving you a windfall. As for your failure, probably you need to do your homework or even move step backwards and see where it went wrong on your end and figure that out, and don't make the same mistakes. And I'm pretty sure as you gain experience, luck has nothing to do with you making a lot of profits, its the result of your resiliency and your hard work.

Well admit it or not, we tend be lucky or u lucky every now and then. Even the most experienced and seasoned traders would say they benefitted from good luck from time to time. With the crypto marker as unpredictable as hell, luck definitely would play a part sometimes
3514  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC effect on altcoins on: May 18, 2018, 07:29:44 AM
if the money dont go out of crypto, the rule is very simple ; prices of bitcoins go up then altcoins go down, but when prices of bitcoins go down prices of altcoins go up.

Nope i don't think it works that way dude. Alts would go up if btc can remain stable for a while. Bitcoin plunged by the end of december up to march this year and it took pretty much the whole market with it. So alts most of the time would rely on btc being quite stable.
3515  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you all in when trading? on: May 18, 2018, 07:24:18 AM
Even in Forex I dont risk my self to ride in all my entries. Good traders are not greedy, they are not riding all their investment in a single asset. Instead, separate your entries to ensure that you are riding in a good entry point. Divide your entries into 4 different parts. If the first entry has go down, buy a new entry from the dip. Do it until you enter all your entries into good position.
this shows you really have got some experience and knowledge of this profession. If also prefer diversified trading over sticking with just one asset. This mitigates the percentage of loss and helps in gaining more profit. The most important point is, buying a coin during dip. This is what majority fails at. They leave their coins when the time is best for spending money and increasing one's asset.

Well even for non experienced traders, it shouldn't be that hard to understand that you shouldn't go all in. It isn't even about greed but logic and common sense. You shouldn't have to risk everything in one go especially if it's something as unstable and volatile as crypto trading.
3516  Economy / Speculation / Re: Short term traders should read this on: May 17, 2018, 08:06:55 AM
I personally don't make the mistake of putting my money in one coin. Apart from short traders, any long term traders or investors that put their money into a single coin is entering into a massive risk. Even if a cryptocurrency project is awesome, there is still a tendency that it might not yearn much results because of a single result committed by its developer.

Well all the points that were raised should actually be pretty basic already. Day trades offer more risk to hodlers since you're exposed to a lot more volatility and market movement compared to simply holding your coins.
3517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: May 17, 2018, 08:03:46 AM
Rockets are killing them today because they all know if they do not win this game they are done.
Golden State will not allow them to twin any more games if they do not win this game. Durant would not allow it! Grin
I put an extra bet with under 225.5 points for the total score so hoping all my bets win tonight because the Warriors at half time look like they are on the run losing 64 to 50. Wink

Well played. Harden was at his usual and they were able to defend homecourt this time. Hopefully they bring the momentum to game 3 though we all know how difficult it would be since the warriors will be playing at home. I'm rooting for a different finals encounter this time
3518  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there any chance to fall down BTC price at 5k again? on: May 17, 2018, 07:59:42 AM
Anything can happen. You can't be sure when it comes to bitcoin. Most people's prediction for last month are way off target even if it sounded realistic. Hopefully it recovers but be prepared to react if it does go down to 5k
3519  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expect price to go up or price down? on: May 17, 2018, 07:57:54 AM
depending on where you are. and surely everyone has different expectations. if you are a person who wants to buy bitcoin, then you would expect the price to go down, why? because, of course you want to buy it when the price is low. different from you who want to sell or who is holding bitcoin. surely you would expect bitcoin price to go up, because you want to get a big profit from the price you have bought before.
Simple if you want to buying/selling just dont some research news & try predicted with technical analysis but rightnow seem like Bitcoin phase sideaway iam not see about Bad news more than a month so i thinks with a few month maybe at agustus/september can break 12k-15k and going to next level if the trend continue.
The 4th half of the year is always there to make bitcoin supporters rock the world and those who are old players of the bitcoin market will reinforce my statement. At the moment, though the increase in values is slow but the good thing is that it is increasing in value. We all need to do is that keep supporting and buying bitcoin in order to make it touch huge values soon.

What's better? Don't expect lol. Of course the price will go up AND down and you wouldn't know when it'll exactly happen. Be flexible. This market will eat you alive if you don't react well to heavy fluctuations. Have a target but don't expect.
3520  Economy / Speculation / Re: we're pumpin right now on: May 17, 2018, 07:47:41 AM
Of course we are. Going to 2 500. This is "real" price. after that to 600-800
Wow, you sound very sure, mate. That price will help you buy as much bitcoin as you can. But yeah, what if it remained that way? How would you feel? When you waste your money over something you believe it will bring you fortune. I believe in bitcoin, and it is not going to $2500, and then $600 as you said. Do not forget that many people still do not know about its existence, and when they do, the price will reach the moon.

Lol. That's a cute assumption. I also believe that even with the market not looking good most of the time this year, bitcoin's trajectory would still be upwards in the long term. With supporters ans believers growing, it's farfetched that it will go that low
