I have connected to nitro. Problem was that I have been blacklisted as a potential hacker. And all IP that I have tried was blacklisted as well. I am traveling everyday and was using my account in multiple cities everyday, is it the reasson ips are blocked? On 3G it works ok.
Glad to hear it is working on 3G for you! Please note that the blacklisting is done not by us at all, but by upstream providers and ISPs that defend against attacks. You may want to scan your computer for viruses or malware using up to date antivirus tool or malware scanner. There are several free ones available online. You will need to contact your ISP to ask for a new IP address if you want to use our website from your home. In addition, other websites may become unavailable to your IP address as the blacklist propogates. Thanks and let us know if you need any further assistance. |

Please understand that i have had tried to access the site from 3 different cities in Norway. 6 different devices. site is down. it is nothing about my account, server is unavailable from here. and don't say that it just me. if that was the true, show me any Norwegian who can access your site. i want to know where is that place. You say that your site is up and running again, but not for me , over 2 days. and i would like to get back my coins, because it stands unused and do not bring me any profit. time is money to me.

I can say that while our website is up and running, you are the only person who has told us of such problems. So whether it is Norway or you, we'll just take your word for it. We have offered technical support through any means you like, but if you simply want to withdraw, no problem, we'll help with that too. We've contacted you by PM. Yesterday morning it was withdrawals and deposits taking several hours to process. This morning it's a DDOS attack. It's always something.

Your developers pushed some nice code, and fucked up everything. I want my coins back, how can I get em? Sit in the plane, fly to USA and then connect to my account, or what else? You don't need to do this. You claim you can't access the website from Norway... you are the only person with this complaint now since our changes. From the other side it might look like you care european bettors, you don't. All of you admins are up in usa time zone or elswhere, but you sleep when we need you most. How many times we have asked you to put someone to be up for support when european gamblers are most active. And you always run server updates in our hours. You are the best, I know, but I am just tired that someone keeps my money and I can't access it. I want my coins back. And by the way, you have asked my account number. What it going to change? Huh? I told you, in these past 24h I have tried to connect from different IP, cities, devices. Nitro is down from norway, and it is funny when you say that our site is up and running again. Maybe for those you care, but not for europeans. I was betting thousands of dollars every day. So you can count -1 good customer.

no. it is still not working in Norway. and it is more than 24h now, i have cleaned cache and so on. down on all devices. i have even tried to connect when i was in different city, still the same. check it !

I'm not aware of any payout problems. I believe there was one guy complaining that one of his withdrawals was flagged for manual processing, but that it was resolved quickly. I can't recall now whether I saw that in the Nitrogen blogs or in a forum here. It seems like not all users have similar expectations from BTC books; some want complete bilateral anonymity, including freedom from any AML practices at all. Personally, I would be willing to put up with AML practices that parallel current practices at sportsbooks denominated in fiat currency in exchange for knowing that the sportsbook is a real company staffed by multiple humans in a known location. Nitrogen seems to be closer to a fiat sportsbook in terms of its own anonymity, so I expected that they might manually review very large withdrawals. However, my withdrawals from Nitrogen have always been immediate. When I withdraw to a Blockchain wallet, the coins appear in my account within a few seconds. This is clearly too fast for any manual processing or approval at all. If anyone has been experiencing non-instant withdrawals, that would presumably indicate either a server issue somewhere or some sort of flagging of their account in particular. I've made ~10 withdrawals in amounts from 0.05 to >4 BTC and all were equally fast. Since they also credit deposits instantly (even with 0 confirmations), it would be practical to use Nitrogen as a sportsbook while using, e.g., Blockchain for your wallet. Hey there! All withdrawals should be instant, with the exception of when you're betting on eSports (DoTA 2, Starcraft 2 and League of Legends). These are occasionally flagged for a manual review, but all reviews are completed within 24 hours. |
