3521  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Technical aspect in trading on: October 19, 2021, 03:26:46 PM
Most of traders have huge setup to have a detailed watch and do most of the time and finds out which coin will benefit them. But all this will come with time and experience as sometimes expert also loses.
You may go for higher end for your signal generation when you are successful in your trading as no one could afford such huge setup from the beginning itself. Huge setup are most for finding out where to buy and when to sell and may not for finding a profitable coin as all the coins with decent daily trading volume are definite profitable. So, you might need big setup only for your signals and may not for finding a coin.

it is not something great to lose money but if it was predictable then we would all make a profit and that is not going to happen, if we all make money then who are going to lose money to us while trading?
I guess there would be zero chances for everyone not to be losing. Because, even you will be right on finding the direction of a market, you cannot enter at the bottom but you may buy at any available prices and similarly you may sell at your own target which means you may not lose anything but when you are selling and someone will be buying at that prices which means someone does not need to be losing to get you profits.
3522  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop lose trading feature on: October 19, 2021, 08:16:01 AM
I will like to have my capital on a stable trade and am considering using the stop lose features on the exchange to execute trades on my behalf while being away.
Even limit orders may serve the exact purposes that you are looking for, I would like to be cautious against ever changing market conditions so that you may not get trapped by all of sudden volatility. When you are placing orders market may seem like in your favour but when you move away from the market then anything could happen which might lead you to lose your capital.

If you are preferring to trade with the help of limit orders and then you must choose non-news hours as market may not show much volatility in such hours. Still, wild fluctuations may happen at any time hence placing stop-loss order at the time of placing entry order is also most mandatory one to secure your capital.
3523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most Bullish Altcoin of the moment on: October 18, 2021, 07:08:15 PM
I love this topic, there are so many people who are sharing what they have bought or what they are working for and they are shilling here and that is the whole topic. There are no people who are sharing something that would be real and very important or sharing facts and charts and TA or anything like that.

All people here are coming in and saying which one should be higher because either they are employed by them, or they own it and they want to shill it so that it would go up. I personally believe the top coins and none of these. Like for example; btc, eth, bnb, ada because they are top ones and they are top 4 and I am quite sure that it is definitely something that everyone would agree that they are by far better compared to all these low level coins people are sharing here.
3524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba is worth the risk on: October 17, 2021, 08:20:37 PM
For you it may worth the risk. However not everyone has to believe what you believe and we could have things that we disagree with and that is not going to change. In the end I have my own views and you have your own views and that is going to keep staying like that. I believe that shiba is a shitcoin that will go to near zero levels.

It is very very hard for crypto currencies to go to a level where they are zero and that is why I do not believe that it will be exactly zero but it will definitely reach to a level where it is near zero, like 100 satoshi or something and will make everyone who holds it lose incredible amount of money and some will buy even more hoping it will go up and it will not reach there. However, I am not telling people to do whatever they should do, I am just saying this is my own portfolio situation and you can buy as many as you want.
3525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm sure altcoins will pump if we hold long on: October 17, 2021, 08:21:26 AM
I am sure that it is the explanation of the situation, isn't it? I mean if everyone holds long then it is going to be going up. It is from the people that sell constantly that makes it go down and that is going to be for a long time, that is how the market works. I believe that we do not hold long because of few reasons, there are people who do not care about a project and just want to make a profit and that is how they get into stuff and that is understandable, if you are not caring about the project and just want to make a profit then you are going to end up losing money if you hold long and still do not care, so it makes sense to sell.

If you are worried that it will go down then getting out makes sense too, and there are panic sellers as well. Long story short people will end up selling as long as the market keeps working and that is the problem that we have and alts not going up constantly.
3526  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you explain the October pump? on: October 16, 2021, 10:02:28 PM
Let us enjoy this present pump, however, on the threat of being accused of being an antagonizer again, my message is always the same. We should also be cautious because the reality of the market is bubbles will always pop. There are people who would say I fud, I would ask them is the cryptospace markets presently not in a bubble?
I do not think that what made the subprime so bad was not actually the size but it was basically the fact that they were defaulting their loan and that was the main reason. We have seen people getting mortgages with absolutely nothing and that was the main reason.

If you have so much mortgages under one umbrella and there were too many people who end up not paying at all then you are not going to be getting any profit because eventually we are going to see people not making their payments and you are going to end up getting defaulted and that will be worth zero in the end. That is what happened in 2008 people did not pay their mortgages and then the subprime loans got crashed.
3527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are there more people or bots on internet? on: October 16, 2021, 07:45:26 PM
I do not believe that we have more bots than people right now in the world but it depends on where you are looking for. If you are looking at games then there are games that have more bots than people and I understand it, however that is in games, or even in social media there are some accounts that have a lot of bots and I would understand if you are doing something that is basically just bots for followers and nothing more, I do not care it if there are situations where it is just full bots in their followers if it works for them, however there are people in some other twitter handles as well.

Like I have zero bots probably, because nobody really follows me, so it is full people, at least it looks like that, but it doesn't work for me because I am not getting anything decent, whereas if you are 50k+ followers with 40k+ bots but you are making profit then it is fine for you.
3528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Let's pay attention to BNB? on: October 16, 2021, 05:20:43 PM
BNB needs to basically get into the "big project" world, if they are getting ready for that then they need to make sure that they need to do that better. What makes an ecosystem great is big projects, for example pancake made BSC so big, and all those smaller ones as well because it was basically the hype at one point, everyone started something that was similar to pancakeswap and then everyone ended up copy pasting their code and created their own and millions of dollars were made that way.

Of course, it will not be the same right now, but they need a big project like that, whatever happens as big project in ETH that causes ETH to go up in price, it was first uniswap, and now it was axie infinity. I do not know what BSC could have, but if they have a huge project within BSC then the price of BNB will go up as well, and that would be a lot better for them.

3530  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: *Day Traders* are now calling gambling Addiction helplines!! on: October 12, 2021, 08:46:25 PM
I won't say that you will become millionaire or billionaire through gambling or trading, but yeah you'll definitely lose lots of time that you can give to your family and the society.
This must be a valid point and most people never think about. Unfortunately almost all the human are imagining/presuming like we are having unlimited amount of time but practically that is not true; we start realizing the importance of missing out or wasting time only when we start worrying about not doing something at right time (I have wasted more than $10k in commodity market by 2007 to 2009 and if I would have bought bitcoin for some 10% of that money then I would have been a billionaire right now; only a time machine might solve all these frustrations).
3531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin dump, Ethereum pump! on: October 12, 2021, 06:34:33 PM
do not be surprised by the statement of the world's great figures.  they are still trying to make the crypto market volatile by playing the issue about bitcoin and ethereum.  I think they should be able to argue critically and according to facts so that they can be understood by the public and not like manipulation statements related to crypto
Rich people will do anything to stay in power and that includes saying bad things about a good thing. As long as it makes them stay in power, then they will be against human rights as well, we have many dictators that keep on breaking human rights violations and keep on being bad people, let alone support something as good as crypto.

This is why I do not believe that we should be focusing on anything that world leaders would say. They are actually very bad if they already got there, no "nice" or "kind" person becomes a world leader, in order to get to that level you need to be doing some cunning politics and reach a higher level compared to everyone else.
3532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How are your shitcoins? on: October 12, 2021, 06:06:42 PM
Shitcoins are shitcoins, they are shit. If the question is how our portfolio is doing, mine is doing mighty fine these days, considering even the bitcoin increase itself was good enough to cover most of my losses, the other increases were just happy additions to that. However do I own coins that made a loss overall? Of course I do, they are shitcoins! Cheesy. That is what they do, they make you a loss which makes them the shitcoin to begin with.

This is why I always wonder what people mean when they say something because sometimes what they mean and what I understand are two different things. You do not ask how shitcoins are doing, if they were doing good then they wouldn't be shitcoins to begin with. Or if you think there are shitcoins that does well in some short term periods then they are not really shitcoins but underperforming coins at the very best.
3533  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: October 12, 2021, 01:10:29 PM
what we have in march 2022 that we don't have this year?

bitcoin already reached 64k this year so what more another 36k dollar in the following months?
Time, we have time until march 2022 compared to what we have left in 2021. That could be the reason why people imagine that it would be harder to do 100k this year. I believe that there is a good chance we could see crypto reaching to new highs, not just bitcoin but all of them but I believe we need time for it and what is left in 2021 may not be enough for it as well.

We are going to end up with much more stuff, but it doesn't mean that we can't do it neither, we may reach 100k during 2021 and it is technically possible and we have seen big bull runs happen before, all I am saying is that it could be a lot more possible if you give 5 months instead of 3 months. Actually if you give all of 2022, like "by this time next year" or something then we would have even more time and it would be even more possible to reach 100k by that time.
3534  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is in a downtrend, will it last long or temporary? on: October 12, 2021, 10:21:15 AM
If we look at it on face value, the price increased but every increase speaks about something else. I believe it increased very decently this time around but I believe it was much better than just an increase. For example, lets assume price starts at 42k, one day it goes to 48k, is that good? Of course it is good, but lets assume it starts with 42k but goes to 58k, isn't that much better? Of course it is much better.

This is why I believe there is a good chance that we could see a lot higher right now as well. The only reason why I am thinking like this is that we didn't had only just a recovery, we literally had a whole bull run during this period and you never know when the bull runs will stop.
3535  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you explain the October pump? on: October 11, 2021, 10:02:00 PM
Maybe the season contributes on what people feel right now, also since market showing some green signs then maybe we can speculate that this speculated figures will truly came but lets still not erase the fact that sometimes our expectation will not go as we want since sometimes there are sudden turndown since there are bad news came which is use by manipulators and hopefully we will not go into that point until the end of this year.
Manipulators will always try to do the opposite of what is going on right now. While it is going up then there is no need to manipulate it, if whales buy some more than they could end up profiting. However if they end up with a proper profit situation by working hard and reversing the situation we are in, then they could make a lot more money. I believe that we could definitely see the situation changing if manipulators take the charge.

The amount of money we are dealing with right now means they can't just manipulate with money, that would be near impossible, so they would have to just make some big news to change our ideas and the movement direction.
3536  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: October 11, 2021, 06:45:24 PM
Fiat is something I do not mind, people consider fiat is the bad thing but the reality is that fiat is not bad at all, not in its own way or just the logic of it. What is bad is the fact that we have a very terrible system in place that makes fiat be used horribly. In fact if the whole world was filled with "kind" people then we would definitely see fiat be used in great way as well.

Imagine a world where every person who has fiat helps the one that doesn't, every poor person lifted, every community improved, the whole world living in a situation where there are no poor people, no homeless person, no starving person, no uneducated person, no sick person that can't go to hospital. It would be filled with very happy people all around the world getting everything they want, BUT that can't happen because humans are greedy in nature, yet the reason is not fiat, it is the people who use fiat that way.
3537  Economy / Economics / Re: Will governments capitulate and finally recognize Bitcoin as a legal tender? on: October 11, 2021, 02:43:00 PM
I believe legal tender would be harsh, however accepting it as a currency that could be used in certain cases could be done. Think about it this way if I live in USA and can buy something with Euro then it is not a legal tender is it? I mean it sort of is but it is not exactly their national currency neither, I can go to whole world and exchange dollars and Euros for the national fiat of wherever I am which would make me a good profit in the end as well if I am trading it carefully.

Crypto is already sort of like that, as long as you can exchange it for fiat, then you should be considering it like a currency. Foreign currency exchanges in touristic places do usually have crypto these days and that is what matters to me.
3538  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Strategies changes with time on: October 10, 2021, 08:25:32 PM
Trading strategies do not change over time, it is the market that changes. So, when the market changes then the strategy can't stay the same as well. So, when you look at it outside of the box you think that same strategies do not work but it could cycle back and work, which means that what doesn't work is the market, it changes overtime and it works differently, something that worked for you for 6 months my fail to work for 2 years and then cycle back and work again, all because it hits that market perfectly as well.

So, it is the market and not the strategy, this has been proven over and over again in many cases, and not just in crypto neither, this is also true for stock market as well.
This is true, market style changes a lot. What one indicator means one year, may mean something else next year. This is very confusing for many people who do TA because they are used to seeing the same thing doing the same result but that changes so it becomes harder.

Like they are used to see when X becomes under 20 then it means btc price will go up, this has happened maybe 10 times so far and it is quite common, and then X hits under 20 and it goes down, they are all shocked about it. Then it happens a second time and a third time and by the fourth they are used to it so they make the trade based on how X going under 20 means btc price will go down, and by 10th it may reverse yet again. All these happening at all times so trading strategies change based on market changes. Obviously strategies do change with time, it just changes BECAUSE market changed.
3539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Altcoin journey with small investment on: October 10, 2021, 06:50:31 PM
Small investment part is a lot better than the bigger investment part because more people can relate to this. Obviously the smallest amount could be increased, starting with $100 and then not adding more to it could be even better since I am sure everyone could work hard and earn $100, hell you can do signature campaigns and bounties to get there these days, it takes like 2 weeks to earn that much in just bitcointalk, let alone if you work for some other places as well.

At the end of the day, I believe we are in a situation where not many people have 40k to show for, but they do have 100 bucks and this topic will be very beneficial to those people to see what they can do, not what they should, but what they can.
3540  Other / Archival / Re: [POLL] What to expect from Bitcoin in 2022? on: October 09, 2021, 08:26:12 PM
The odds are at a good place right now, 60+ to 30+ is a good odd to be honest, I wouldn't want to be in a circle jerk situation where 90%+ says we are going to be in a bull run, that is not really cool to be in because you are not going to get true outcomes and beliefs in that situation, it is going to be just bunch of people who think the same all got together, which makes no sense to me.

I believe we are doing fine right now, and we are going to see new ATH next year, but I am also saying kudos to everyone who believes it will be crypto winter as well, and enjoyed every post that says so. I personally care about every angle and not just with people I agree with.
