ciao!

It looks like a scam to me. Full of marketing words but none of them is about technology innovation  Huh

i do not know if the big names reported in this article war real...

http://bitcoinist.net/neucoin-strongest-altcoin-opening-2015-thus-far/

but there are really BIG NAMES there...

a little copy&paste to summarize:

Patrik Stymne – co-founder of King (Candy Crush Saga)
Rob Goldman – head of growth at Facebook
Emil Michael – senior vice president of business at Uber
Henrik Kjellberg – president of Hotwire
Alex Norstrom – vice president of growth at Spotify (strategic advisor to NeuCoin)

just a question:

how to get involved???
3524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts about Neucoin? on: February 05, 2015, 09:07:07 AM

3527  Local / Mining (Italiano) / Re: cosa succede a cex.io (GHAS.IO) on: February 04, 2015, 01:24:47 PM
non sarebbe stato meglio far comprare un minimo di ghs per non andare in negativo. Io uso 2-3 servizi di cloud mining, ma non vado in negativo (saranno ponzi ) ?

molto probabile!!!

Huh
ma questo tot/click è più di 400/500 sat???

 Huh Huh Huh Huh

3531  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitcoin exchanges are a scam on: February 04, 2015, 10:07:34 AM
The old bait and switch, they get you to trust them, just before they steal your coin.
Lets be honest, these "hacks" I am going to assume are inside jobs until proven otherwise.
You can't just lose thousands of coins and just say "oooops,we were hacked, sorry, but our cold storage is safe *WINK*,these things happen remember?"

one exchange after the next gets ripped off and I am really starting to think they are just robbing us for our money, think about it.
When you leave your coin on the exchange it's not even yours until you withdraw it,the company has the private keys.

Yeah basically thats all I wanted to say, that these exchanges can suck a dick, and they need to stop fucking with us because this "hack" scheme excuse is really starting to become an insult to my intelligence. That can't be some kind of god damn bailout every time you fuck up (excuse my language, really but this is how I feel)

A murderer can't face a judge and say "HEY,I DIDN'T KNOW THE GUN HAD A BULLET IN THE CHAMBER,I WAS JUST PLAYING."

So these god damn exchanges shouldn't be able to say "HEY WE WERE HACKED,WE LOST YOUR MONEY,NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT."

i have just one rule!!!

NEVER KEEP ALL YOUR Bitcoin ON EXCHANGE ACCOUNTS BUT JUST THE MINIMUN NECESSARY
 BE YOUR OWN BANK
3532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gavin predicting 'chaos and drama' on: February 04, 2015, 10:05:27 AM
For those that didn't see it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIZEy5dJ6x4

Gavin predicting 'chaos and drama' mentions Bitcoin in the same sentence with 'hightech startups that often fail'

You don't even need to read between the lines ...

And here we go with chaos and drama hardfork ...

is always the same behavior.

if two people look something gray,
one says it's black
and says it is white

maybe it is the same for the bitcoin forecasting

3536  Other / Meta / Re: Empty lines at the end of post on: February 04, 2015, 09:19:41 AM
You have your post in quotes, sometimes multiple line spacing is necessary as well so why would it be "truncated" by default?
It should be truncated, possibly except for one or two lines at the end of a post by default. Otherwise it is very difficult to read a thread as you would be spending a lot of time scrolling past literally nothing

While I agree that it would be a pain in the arse to scroll past nothing I have seen no one with the problem OP describes since 12/2013.
I haven't seen that many lines of empty text at the bottom of posts, however I routinely see 3-4+ lines of empty text at the bottom of posts

i have already noted this behaviour...
and it is not a problem...
are just 3 or 4 lines...

the post with 50 or 100 lines and more, it is really a problem...

3538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which community focused coins have the most longterm potential? Vote for three. on: February 04, 2015, 09:07:19 AM
Well, from that list, I guess Dogecoin is the best option...

doge have just a big community...

on the functions side, it have nothing!!!
it is just one of the first script copy paste coin!!!

nothing else!!!

Indeed its a 1.0 copy paste without any purpose really and it's community is not really big at all, you are looking at their subreddit but many aren't active with doge anymore, it was mostly from when doge had its popularity.

It's amongst the top trade volume coins for many months...

the reason for this top trade volume ranking,
is that the doge have become famous
and there are 14milions$ of doge already mined [97,932,844,537 DOGE].

and i repeat.. this has nothing to do with its functionality!!!
3539  Other / Meta / Re: Unusually large amount of new users in the past week (bots) on: February 03, 2015, 09:44:02 PM
One option could be to charge a micro amount of BTC to join the site. Dont flame me for this suggestion Wink But perhaps a small fee of 0.00100000 ($0.22) would at least cut down on bots creating spam accounts.

I cant see 22 cents as being a reason why someone wouldnt join. A person with no BTC could easilly get that BTC amount from faucets in no time at all.

Just a thought!

Strato

could this be the reason ..
I had not thought!
